The food is good. The Fried Shrimp was a little bit salty. The Fries were crunchy and had the perfect amount of salt. We went on a Wednesday night so they had 10 wings and a pitcher deal. Our server was very sweet, he always went up to check in on us. For a Wednesday night, is not too busy so our food came out fast. The lighting will be dim, giving like sushi vibes. We called to make sure the prime rib was available. Only weekends after 4 pm. Fine. We got our food quickly but not at all like the picture on the menu. First of all our server was great, tended to our needs on a party of 6. She seemed very apologetic when the wrong food was brought out to 2 of our party. The problem is that it took forever to get the correct food out, meanwhile the rest of us were eating. Wrong salad, wrong fish style vs what was asked. The food was very good no doubt as well as the desserts and the rolls. While eating, we observed a server drop a glass, she proceeded to get a broom and dust pan, cleaned up the mess and then go to the trash can and with her bare hands touch the dust pan and garbage can to dump the broken glass. Then she continues to serve without washing her hands . There was a sink next to the garbage can that states employees must wash hands. Disgusting! read more

Our server was very nice and was very attentive. The manager came up to us as well and he made sure that everything was okay - in which me and my friend really appreciated. If I can leave zero stars I would as the service was extremely slow. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted when we sat. We placed our orders & sat for at least 30 minutes and still no appetizers arrived or refills of drinks or even being checked on. We noticed other tables around that sat after us were getting appetizers before us. Poor service & poor management.
