From the very beginning, event coordinators Lauren Ocheske and Caitlin Fraga took incredible care of every detail and made sure our event ran flawlessly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and positive energy made the entire planning process seamless. The event staff absolutely crushed it. Huge thanks to the incredible bartenders and servers -- Connor, Kassidi, Kortney, Daniel, Nigel, Leo, Megan, Vlad, and Annie -- who provided truly epic service all night long. The champagne was flowing, the signature EME Peach-Tini was a massive hit, and the food was phenomenal. The steak and potatoes were AMAZING... our guests definitely ate more than their fair share!
