I come to this location all of the time, just not so much since being pregnant as it's my favorite place to drink. Yesterday, was our 3yr wedding anniversary and all I was craving was a giant juicy burger from Flanny's. While my husband finished his burger in less than 5 mins, it took me about 20 mins to get through mine. It's so huge and perfectly cooked medium, I could barely make it through the last bite. Normally, this place is packed and so loud we can't hear each other speak. Thankfully, everyone was too into the France V England FIFA game to bother with the jukebox. I hope they open more locations more north, the trip is worth it. The food never disappoints. read more

They brought these kinda cold and with no spoon. Would say they need to improve a little more and I know they are busy but doesn't mean to treat us any less of customers . It's pretty busy and they service nice but they are pretty presistent that everything is alright but it's okay. Have fun with ur family but make sure to check ur food. I recently visited the Coconut Grove location, as I'm a frequent customer, and was very disappointed to learn that our favorite bartender, Bernie, is no longer there. Bernie has been our favorite bartender for many years. His personality, professionalism, and exceptional service were truly top tier. He made every visit enjoyable and created an atmosphere that kept us coming back. You really had to know him to appreciate the kind of person he was, and he became a staple of the Flanigan's experience for many of us. While we enjoy the rest of the staff and appreciate everything they do, Bernie brought something special that can't easily be replaced. It's disappointing to see him no longer working there, and I genuinely feel this will affect our experience moving forward. I don't know the circumstances surrounding his departure, but as a loyal customer, I wanted to express how much of an impact he had on so many guests. Employees like Bernie are a big part of what makes people choose to return, and I hope management understands how valued he was by the regulars. read more

Like no matter the situation--broke, bored, celebrating, or just wanting a good meal that actually fills you up--Flanigan's never fails. We were in the area and decided to go to Flanigan's for a late lunch. The lunch menu is really worth it. For 6.99 plus a drink, you can get a pretty good meal. Some of the choices for example, are soup and 1/2 sandwich, fries and rice or potato, hamburger and a side . The kids meals are a nice selection as well. For example, for 6.99 , kids can have a few ribs and a side, chicken nuggets with a side, macaroni and cheese, hamburger and a side or grilled chicken with a side. This also includes a kids drink. The service was okay, but they were pretty busy, so it was a a bit slow. The ambiance was good, since they are ready for St. Patrick's Day. However, my main "complaint " was the status of the Women's bathroom. It was dirty and I kind of lost my appetite. It makes me wonder if the kitchen is bad as well. read more

Best place ever. Love Flannerz. 1st week of NFL. Got here at 12. Should have made it 11:00. Bar was packing up. Didn't get the Mack daddy seats I wanted but I am here. They put a Bell up on the middle of the bar which blocks TVs and there are lights that hang down now that block TV views and there are beer coozies hanging from the dirty fuzzy rope also block TV views as well as some of the fish hanging. The ambiance is always great with multiple tvs playing all the sports and great music in the background. The service was slacking a bit. The waiter we got didn't check up on us as often as we would like. We had to ask another waiter for refills and sides. However, we still enjoyed the food. read more

Very loud interior. Service was hit or miss as several people were serving us at the same time which allowed for some miscommunication and incorrect orders. The chicken tasted like fish which leads me to believe that there is cross contamination on the grill. Left with a really poor stomach ache. Did very much enjoy the butter rolls. This is my second time eating here and both experiences have been the same unfortunately. Willing to order something else giving it one more shot. I am a weekly Flanigan's customer and have been for more than 10 years. Throughout that time, I have always enjoyed my visits and considered Flanigan's one of my preferred places to dine. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was extremely disappointing and left me with a level of dissatisfaction that is difficult to overstate. First, I would like to clarify that my server was friendly, attentive, and professional. My concern is not with her service, but rather with what appears to be a company policy that negatively impacts the customer experience. When I received my check, I noticed that the promotion offering free wings with the purchase of a beer pitcher had not been applied. I politely asked my server about it, and she explained that, based on a recent management meeting, employees are no longer authorized to proactively inform customers about available promotions. Instead, customers must specifically ask about promotions if they want to take advantage of them. Frankly, I find this approach very disappointing and customer-unfriendly. If I had not happened to notice the promotion myself, I would have paid full price without ever knowing it existed. More importantly, if I were a first-time customer, how would I know to ask about promotions that are never mentioned? This policy creates the impression that the company is intentionally withholding information that could benefit its customers. Rather than encouraging loyalty and making guests feel valued, it leaves customers feeling misled and taken for granted. In a highly competitive market with countless dining options available, customer engagement and transparency are critical. Promotions should be used as a tool to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business--not as hidden opportunities that only benefit those who already know about them. As a loyal customer of more than a decade, I left tonight feeling extremely disappointed. The issue is not the value of the wings themselves; it is the principle behind the experience. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this policy made me feel that the customer experience was placed far below that priority. I hope management will reconsider this approach and return to a policy that promotes transparency, appreciation, and genuine hospitality toward its customers. read more

This is a disgrace for the Flanigans brand. I will escalate this to the BBB, rest assure i will also reach the Flannigans headquarters, i also own a logistics business that has served flanigans in north miami... Avoid this location while this manager leads this place. Harassment and insults to a client is unacceptable, specially when the client has been patiently waiting almost 2 hours for a table consuming in their bar. For what you pay for portion wise is SO worth it. Nachos were out of this world - SO good! They have maintained throughout the years and that a great thing. Consistency. There's likely a line specially on weekends and so much more if there's a game going on. Now, what I've noticed that has been changing lately. Service. Ugh. What's going on. The staff in the front on my opinion has gone from either they care less bc they know the influx of people is there and will continue coming, or they are understaffed? Maybe a combination of both. Can't blame it completely to they don't caring bc they do try to take an order but they are always in a rush. They just want to get it out of the way and maybe ask if in The middle of the meal if all is good to check the box but not if everything is ok.
