Not a health food option. But a lot of fun! Corn dogs of every variety from traditional to completely outlandish. Service was top notch, with them even replacing a dog they'd had a goof on before we even asked. K Pop playing on Al the TVs added a fun vibe. Good times!

As a fan of the Korean hot dog (and all its hybridizations) I was so excited to have found flaming Kuma. The food was excellent- hot, delicious, and generous portions. I went with the Mac and cheese chicken sandwich and that was the right choice!! I chose #1 mild and it still had enough kick for me lol. The restaurant definitely has fast casual vibes (and automated ordering) but as someone on 31 often it was fast and easy.

Nutella, buffalo ranch, Doritos, mango habanero

Service was excellent! I was unsure what to order and I had a lot of questions. The staff were very friendly and gave me great suggestions! The facility itself was very clean. I went a little overboard and purchased 4 corn dogs! I got Nutella, Doritos, mango habanero and buffalo ranch. My favorite one was the Nutella! I know!! That sounds like a weird combo, but it seriously made sense! Overall, I liked them all and I would repurchase all of them again!

Takes too long to get your order and there is no clear direction on ordering at the kiosks.... Random people just walk up in front of others waiting... As Quit asking for tips when I'm the one who stood in line and placed my order..

Plant based American

I have recently made the switch back to plant based eating with a bit of dairy and egg. As a newer resident of Indiana, I've found that Hoosiers love pork. I have never been a pork person but now that I'm back to no meat I've noticed it even more. One thing I do love is a big slab of fried batter on a stick though, so when I saw the Flaming Kuma coming in I got super excited! Especially when I saw the plant based sausage. I can't speak about the ambiance because I sent my personal assistant (my husband) to go grab me a plant based American and some tots. The tots were the star of the entire show. Crispy, crunchy, flavorful. The plant based sausage was okay, but it was kind of mushy. Next time I'll try the cheese and potato one! I'm actually pumped to try it!

SO Good! Food was hot & fresh. Service was great. I highly recommend for a fast bite. We got a mozzarella "corn dog" with sweet potato coating and a mac & cheese chicken sandwich w/ fries. Both were delicious and portions were large. Good value. Atmosphere is fast casual.

I forget but they're sooo good! Also got the Oreo bubble tea

Got the Nashville hot and the hot Cheetos. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich because he's not a fan of corn dogs. Then he tried my corn dogs. He hates spice too but he said next time he most definitely will get corn dogs and the chicken sandwich! He also got strawberry lemonade and loves it.

Ramen and Nashville Hot corn dogs

I've been here a few times now. I've tried several kinds of corn dogs as well as the chicken sandwich. Everything has been good! My favorite is the ramen corn dog, probably because I had these in Korea- it brings back memories. The ramen corn dog is nice and crunchy, and any sauce is good on it. The Nashville Hot corn dog has just enough spice to it that you start to feel it by the time you are done eating. It's not overly spicy, but you will notice some heat. I was suspicious of the Fruity Pebbles corn dog, but had to try it. I had this with the mozzarella filling, and it was surprisingly tasty. This might be more of a "snack" flavor than a main item for a meal. The Mac n Cheese chicken sandwich is a little bit messy, but good. I went with medium heat for the sauce and thought it was good because it didn't overpower the flavor of the chicken. Their fries and tots are good because they aren't greasy at all. I think they might use an air fryer. One of my favorite parts of their menu is their selections of lemonades. The mango lemonade is very good, but the blueberry lemonade is my favorite so far. Overall, I've been very satisfied with everything I have tried here. It's a welcome change from all of the burger joints and chicken shacks that keep popping up.

Place has some interesting choices, and they did a great job explaining them all! I had the spaghetti corn dog, half mozzarella half beef! Very good!

Made with hot dog. Definitely a must try. Food was prepared quickly. My friend ordered the mozzarella option and it was also great. Enjoyed having the self check out. Easy and simple ordering process. Will be back for sure

We went here a couple weeks ago for a quick dinner and also did take out a few times ! The place is new for sure! I like that this is family friendly, spacious, relatively clean and most importantly, quick service and super casual. There is a big screen tv too even though this is not a sports bar/pub. My favorite from here is the nashville hot chicken tenders , the tater tots and the Kuma sauce!!!! The chicken is juicy and you can pick the spice level. The size is generous! I also tried their boba tea drink and it is solid! Overall, I like that this place serves every craveable things.

08. Hot Cheetos Korean Corn Dog & 03. Potato Korean Corn Dog

Super yummy! Both Korean Corn Dogs were warm, fresh, crispy, and cheesy. Loved the choices! The Hot Cheeto one was my personal favorite. I would definitely go back to try more!

Nashville chicken sandwich

My daughter and I ordered a corn dog each (regular potato for Her, sweet potato for me and a Nashville chicken sandwich to share. The corn dogs were so good we forgot about to take a picture of them! The staff were super nice too. We are definitely coming back. We love the food, the music, easy self ordering, the food looked and tasted amazing.

The skin on the hot dogs were so tough to chew that no one finished their item. The fries were plentiful but bland. Even though she was whispering to me, the counter staff member kept asking me to repeat myself. She got several order items wrong, and I, as the customer, had to correct her. We did not even share our concerns with the manager because we decided there would be no more Portillo's for us. We would not have used a manager's coupon if we had been given one.

The kiosk was giving me problems so I went to the counter where Grant did a great job helping me! I got a bacon cheese burger add grilled onions. I will say the fries are always fresh and crispy but the burger just wasn't it. It looked delicious but the patty was just warm not hot for just coming off the broiler. The grilled onions were room temp and tasted like smoke or bland flat top with burnt cooking oil. It was slow but I was starving so I ate everything in only a few minutes. But in the end the burger would not be something I recommend or order again. I will stick to the hotdogs and chicken tenders.

The building facade is unassuming in a strip mall off the main drag in Carmel. Inside, the place oozed character. We love dive bars and Fat Dan's is an original. The place is a dive but in the best sense of the word. The interior is worn but everything was clean and inviting. The staff were warm and welcoming. We sat in a booth with tattered seats and a wobbly table and we loved it!! We ordered breadsticks, a Cuban sandwich, wings and fries. Before I describe the food, I have to write about the way they deliver the food. I saw one of the staff bring out this boat of food wrapped in white paper to a table near us and thought that was an order of a specific type that warranted such a delivery. When I asked our waitress about it she smiled and said that was how she was going to bring out our food. It's a little thing but we thought it was unique and just added to the feel of the place. A few minutes later we received our food in a white paper boat and it was awesome. The breadsticks were good; the nacho cheese wasn't the best. The coleslaw was a hit with my wife and son. The Cuban sandwich was really good. The chicken wings were outstanding! The wings are smoked and meaty...and the blue cheese dressing that came with it was delicious. The waitress told us that they make the blue cheese in house and I believe her. The fries were tasty- our waitress was right in saying that a small order would feed a family. We did our best but there was no way we were finishing anything. The portions are large.;) All in all, we had a great meal in a unique place with really friendly staff. Thanks, Fat Dan's!!!

I proceeded to have a seat at the bar as the patron to my left commented that I was grossly overdressed for this establishment. He wasn't wrong, but a girl needed some food! I ordered the smoked wings and a side of fries. I chose water to drink because I wasn't in the mood for anything else. BEST WINGS ANS FRIES!!! TWO THUMBS UP! The wings and fries are perfection. No sauce necessary. I tried the teriyaki but it wasn't to my liking and the wings don't require anything extra. They are perfection straight outta the kitchen as served on butcher paper. The fries are probably the best fries I have ever eaten. Seriously. I'm a fry connoisseur - I know my way around a fried potato! Best part: the price! They are priced appropriately. Portions size is great. Hearty wings, not lil wing dings. I only did 6 wings, but next time I'll do the full 12 and take some home. Better than Ale Emporium - argue with ya mamma, not me! I said what I said. Go Bears....Blackhawks...Bulls...Sky... it's a Chicago themed bar, so I'm sure you can find fans enjoying the games here. I'll be back! See you there!
