So they just opened up on 08/17 for their grand opening. Came today on Saturday (08/20) and honestly, the place is not bad. I love the sushi parlor and a mini bbq grill you can let someone cook the food for you. Really creative. But their are many foods they have their had no flavor, either they did not add seasoning or other condiments to make the food flavorful. BUTTTTT I know they opened up and they just getting used to the place. I will come back later on. Yes I recommend it. No not all food is the best but it's doable. Oh I spoke too soon, we took some family friends here for a dinner and it was absolutely embarrassing. The food was not fresh and the selection was so limited. We were apologizing nonstop to our guests for having them drive over an hour to visit us and experience such terrible food. Only consistent thing was the service as their servers were nice and quick to clear our dirty dishes but nothing was worth even a second bite. Never coming back again. read more

Wow this place is filthy! Went there for lunch on a Monday at around 11:45 am, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, there was trash and water all over the floor. At this point I was thinking I should've just walked out but I still decided to give it a shot. I went to get a plate and I noticed food that had not been washed off the dishes. I had to dig thru a couple of plates to find one that was dry and didn't have food on it. When I sat down to eat I noticed food on the floor that hadn't been swept, then when I took a drink from my beverage, I noticed something on my cup, at first I thought it was a design on the cup but it turned out be a piece of pepperoni stuck to it . We searched Yelp, found this newly opened Buffet, decided to give a try. We enjoyed going to buffets, bcz we can try all kinds of foods for a set price; we have been to many many buffets in different cities and in different states too. For $12.99/pp lunch buffet was reasonable priced, especially during inflation. However, we were disappointed to see the foods varieties were not appealing nor appetizing! Some of foods looking dried up and crusted; our favorite Salmon were soaked in water. We came at 1145am, foods should be looking fresh and presentable. Staff were friendly and attentive though. I came here twice with my family. The first time I came here, I didn't really enjoy the food because they were bland. The second time that I came here, I wanted to have someone cook for me instead and the food was delicious. From now on, I will just go to the cook station. I was out in the area and me and my little ones were super hungry. We found this place and decided to try it out. Everything was good. The servers that were there were super friendly and accommodable. Thats why they get a 4-star review. I really liked the grill area, and the sushi was really good and tasty. They have a good number of options and I thought it was a good price. The place is a little old and may need some renovations but that's just me. So the buffet station is small compared most Asian Buffets. The buffet is your standard Asian Buffet you'd find anywhere. The Mongolian BBQ is singlehandedly carrying this buffet, you can't find any Mongolian BBQ for this price anywhere in SoCal. I come here for the Mongolian BBQ, the actual buffet items are just side dishes for me. The sushi is definitely on the weakside. The reason for the 5 stars is that people tend to be hard on buffets...and to all the folks that are so hard to judge, it is a buffet after all and you do need to help yourself! It is not a 5 star gourmet restaurant. For the price the place had a good spread and for all the times the service people had to come to clear the dirty dishes and clean after their tables is a lot of work for such little tip. The food was fresh and they don't put a ton out at a time because they would get old sitting there. If you want to get a personalized dish, then don't go to buffets but a sit down serviced diner. read more

I searched for a seafood buffet in Ontario for Mother's Day and I am glad I found Flaming Buffet. We usually go to Luxe Buffet but that's kind of getting played out now. We live in LA but we chose one in this area because it is the halfway point between LA and Palm Springs were the family can meet. The only difference is there are no lobsters in Flaming buffet but they have everything else! They even have mongolian noodles, choose your ingredients and they'll whip it up for you! Luxe buffet have lobsters but they don't last no more than 10 seconds as the people would rush even trample on each other to the buffet line when they bring out the lobsters from the kitchen and I hated feeling like scavengers gawking at those lobsters... Flaming buffet had delicious sushi, not dry at all.. they have salmon, crawfish, steak, ribs, ugghh, drooling as I write this. It is not a grand fabulous buffet but the price is AMAZING and it isn't a HUGE place but I believe it brings the family closer together =D. I wish Flaming Buffet was in LA, they'd be busy! The only thing I would suggest is for them to replace their plastic cups for their drinks... my Mom on Mother's day got a cup with her precious Diet Coke with a chip, she could've cut their lips... I gave them a $30 tip for Lunch of 7 people... then my Mom gave them another $20 tip afterwards thinking I did not tip them. That's $50 tip, PLEASE REPLACE YOUR CUPS. Thank you. I have been going here since Super China Buffet, Ana's buffet, and now flaming buffet. The food now is the best it has ever been. I went about a month ago and it was still okay, but something musy have happened. Pineapple slices are good and juicy, no outside skin on it that I was use too, just good whole slices. The best part was the new pepper chicken, blew me and my wife away. I had been eating pepper chicken wrong my entire 40+ life, this is how it is done. Went in for lunch at noon, everything was so fresh, and the restaurant was very full. They came by our table 4 time in our 45-minute lunch, checking on water(refilling) making sure everything is good. They were attentive, nice, and the food better than ever. Let's start with the environment. The place is actually quite clean compared to other buffet places, also, easy to park and not hard to find, good, 3 star. Next, let's talk about food, honestly, not too bad due to it's price range, however, with $15/person lunch price, I would recommend people to go somewhere else for better dining experience unless you don't care about the quality of your food but only quantity, then this is the place for you, 2 star. Service! Well, we normally should not expect any service from a Chinese restaurant, don't even mention Chinese buffet. However, since they ask for tips and they set their minimum recommend tip at 15%, I therefore will rate their service. Female waitress and female manager are extremely rude. They do not answer your questions nor do they give any comments after I responded to their questions. Males are okay, since they do actually collect plates pretty quickly, that's why I ended with 15% tip otherwise, I'd had left with 0 tip, 0 start for the female, 2 star for the male, rounded to 1 star. Last one is my personal rating. I had been to this place a few times before, I know they offer military and senior discount. This time, the waiter told me that that had never done such thing nor heard of it. That's very interesting, because I used to ask them in English nor did I ever speak to them in Chinese. After all was said and done on Christmas morning, the family decided we didn't feel like cooking dinner. This buffet came up in our suggestions for dinner, so we thought we'd give it a shot. Environment: We were pleasantly surprised with this establishment. The staff was warm and inviting upon entry and the restaurant was very clean. We were immediately seated, had our drink order taken, and made our way to the buffet. Food: The spread of food was quite nice, a little bit of everything, including AYCE steak.
