Really bad customer service. The two guys working there looked like they hate their job. Will not be returning. Most definitely felt uncomfortable.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered chicken bowls and have received worms in them. Never mind at here unless you want to get sick with parasites!!!! This place should be shut down!!!

This is supposed to be a steak bowl with white rice only. Not a speck of rice in sight and way too much cabbage.

For the life of me I can not understand how there's no accountability for staff anymore. The young lady who took my order was absolutely high and not only did I have to repeat my order to her SEVERAL times she still messed up two out of three bowls when inputting it even though I had to keep clarifying. The food from here isn't bad, if it's made correctly and while I understand that everywhere is raising their prices to pay $40 for three bowls of food and two of them are inedible is just sad. This is the second time we have been let down and will absolutely not be back. It's a shame, we frequently came here too. Picture of "Steak bowl with rice only" for reference

This used to be our favorite place to grab a quick bite once a week. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. They give you a bowl of rice a a few bits of steak or chicken. With all the nearby competition waba grill and Tokyo Joe's you would think they would take it up a notch. Other flame broiler locations a give you 2x the meat lid pops off and you never could see rice under the large amount meat.

The food here is always hot and the cooks make it pretty fast.

Great food. The food is always hot and fast. I like the ribs, chicken, and beef. The cashier Shawn is nice.

The burger made me feel nauseous, and the patty was extremely thin and lacked flavor. The fries were just basic, store-bought shoestring fries--nothing special at all. Service was also lacking. There was no one available to greet us or answer questions, which made the whole experience feel unorganized. They didn't have ice, and the drink options were limited to canned beverages or what seemed like store-bought water bottles - Walmart brand. On top of that, they didn't even have all the drinks they advertised. To make matters worse, when we were leaving, they didn't have proper takeout containers. Instead, we were given a small bag (meant for a cookie) to hold a chicken sandwich - size of a breast - which was pretty inconvenient. I also asked for grilled onions, but they were barely cooked and didn't add much to the meal. Overall, I would not recommend this place. There are definitely better options out there for the price and experience.

I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. The truffle fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great shareable side. Service was the one downside. It was not very attentive, and we waited longer than expected for check-ins and refills. (Oh, and a slice of onion, but I can't eat raw onions.) Needless to say, I left hungry. And the atmosphere? Yuck! Both McDonald's and Burger King outshine this place for atmosphere. The Chicago Dog that accompanied the Big Beef was a classic all-beef Hot Dog with a snap, rounded out with Emerald Green Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Yellow Mustard. For purists no ketchup is allowed on Chicago Dogs! Crinkle-cut French Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. The line did move slower than usually so I'm not sure what the delay is/was. There are a lot of food options and not only burgers. They have a variety of salads, serve breakfast all day, and have dinners you can order. I love that they give you the choice of fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, or a salad without charging you extra. Most places do. The service was great and please don't take offense if they read your order back quickly. This place can get really busy. The cashier read our order back perfect. Tonight we ordered 3 meals. A Pastrami Burger Combo w/ Sprite, Chicken Tender dinner w/ Pink Lemonade, and the Mechanic (Pastrami Steak Sandwich) combo w/ salad and Unsweetened Tea. The total was $58. We always order our fries extra crispy. It's the way to go for us. The Mechanic was really good. I would definitely get it again. It was seasoned to the max, actually a little too seasoned for my liking but I assure you, that's just my preference because I'm not big on salt. This was my first time having their pastrami in a sandwich and that's what was heavily salty to me. The bread and the fresh veggies on the sandwich helped cut through it a little. My side salad was delicious. I love that they use English cucumbers and put shredded cheese on it. My significant other tore his pastrami burger up and said they have the best one locally. My teenager loves the bread from the chicken tender dinner. Sadly they forget her Ranch for the tenders. Overall, it was yummy!
