I accidentally ordered mine lettuce-wrapped instead of with a bun, but it still tasted pretty good! Definitely prefer the regular bun though--it just hits better. This is probably the best location for Habit burger outside of Santa Barbara County…read more The service here is great! As with all Habit locations. What really stands out to me is the way the meat is seasoned here; there are many locations in this area where the meat tastes a bit bland, but here, it's that nostalgic, delicious taste when I have first come to love in SB county. Charbroiled meat patties seasoned to perfection with melty cheese and a toasted bun with a slew of fresh veggies.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jersey Mike's location. Not only was my…read moresandwich made incorrectly the first time, but it was also made wrong a second time after I specifically requested ranch and no tomatoes. Despite clearly communicating these instructions, the order was still not prepared correctly. What was even more frustrating was that this occurred near closing time, and no effort was made to properly correct the mistake or offer a satisfactory resolution. As a customer, I expect my order to be prepared according to the instructions provided, especially after bringing the issue to the staff's attention. Due to the repeated mistakes, inconvenience, and lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this location. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expected.

The tuna sandwich was great, well-balanced, and I loved all of the flavors together. Unfortunately,…read morethe only disappointment was the bread, which tasted like nothing. It was like cardboard, sadly. But, I'd get it again with a different type of bread to see if it's just a batch issue. Subway used to be a childhood favorite, and I remember eating the tuna wrap back then. I'm pretty sure the portions were bigger. But all of the veggies together still tastes decent, healthy, and isn't a shabby deal. I just wish they had more deals!

The Chipotle Philly tasted even better with the way he prepared it! I also want to compliment Matt on how he handled the food. He was extremely clean, careful, and professional throughout the entire preparation. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. His customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to cleanliness truly made an impact. Thank you, Matt, for providing such great service!

FOOD Spicy Deluxe Sandwich - This is a great chicken…read moresandwich. I like that it's not too greasy like some other fast food restaurants. Mango Passion Sunjoy - I love how they have rotating seasonal flavors for their drinks. The mango passion was one of my personal favorites. I hope they bring it back. Berry Parfait - Great for mornings where I don't want something too heavy. Sometimes I add it as a side instead of fries to have as a dessert. Peppermint Iced Coffee - I love peppermint desserts and mint chocolate ice cream, so I fully expected to love this. Unfortunately, this tasted like cough syrup. I wouldn't recommend it. I'll stick to their peppermint milkshake instead. Mac and Cheese - If you like stovetop mac and cheese, then you might enjoy this. It tastes like generic fast food mac and cheese. Market Salad - This was surprisingly delicious. I love fast food salads and was disappointed when McDonald's discontinued theirs. Lucky for me, I have found an even better alternative. I'm looking forward to trying their different types of salads and dressings. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AMBIANCE Everyone knows Chick- Fil-A is leagues above the rest when it comes to fast food customer service. Not only that, but I have also noticed that they make an extra effort to keep both the interior and exterior of the restaurant clean and presentable.

I have been to quite a few Chick-fil-A locations over the years, and unfortunately, the Brea…read morelocation is consistently the worst experience I've had with the brand. My orders are wrong so frequently that I now feel like I have to sit there and check every single item before leaving. What makes it even more frustrating is that employees have actually seemed annoyed or argumentative when I take the time to check--yet the reason I'm checking is because my order has been wrong so many times. At this point, I would estimate I've wasted close to $60 on missing or incorrect food that either I or my son couldn't eat. On one occasion, my order was wrong yet again, so I drove back and explained the issue. I was so frustrated that I told the employee I no longer wanted the food and simply wanted a refund. Instead of apologizing and resolving it, she told me she couldn't refund me and proceeded to argue with me about it. I had to continue insisting until another manager finally came out and issued the refund. Today was another example. I ordered a salad and specifically paid for an extra egg. When I received it, the "extra egg" consisted of two small slices that together appeared to equal roughly one egg. When I questioned why I was charged for an additional egg when I clearly did not receive what I paid for, the employee argued with me about that as well. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that, and I would never leave a negative review over an occasional mistake. The problem here is that it has become a consistent pattern, and the way concerns are handled makes it significantly worse. Customers should not have to argue with employees to receive the food they paid for or to have an incorrect order corrected. The service at this location simply does not reflect the level of hospitality and customer service I associate with Chick-fil-A. I genuinely think corporate management needs to take a closer look at the Brea location because the repeated order issues and argumentative responses from staff are far below the standards I've experienced at other Chick-fil-A restaurants.

The bad: I ordered a carne asada burrito, and if I'm being honest with you, it was okay... It tasted like your basic generic burrito. Nothing special about it. And the asada wasn't chopped up that well. (Some of it also tasted dry) There's simply better burrito options out there at other restaurants and food trucks. Maybe add cheese to it to make it taste better? Now the good: The burrito was a decent size. And the Spanish rice inside of it was pretty good. I also ordered a chocolate stuffed churro and it was exceptional! the staff were pretty nice and the place looked clean! Just watch out for the transients that sometimes be in the area. One dude gave me attitude right outside the restaurant because I didn't give him any money ‍. Which is not the restaurant fault, but it's still a good FYI
