This company, which I've known as Arizona Shuttles for as long as I've used it, absolutely sucks,…read morepolicy wise. I have not experienced the service from Tuscon, but whenever taking anything from Flagstaff it is always a huge headache when dealing with the phone operators. I have only taken the shuttle from Flagstaff to Sky Harbor Airport, but last night I attempted to take the shuttle from Phoenix. I wasn't aware that you have to check in at a desk, although apparently I should have read that when I bought the ticket. I think that should have been made more clear to me. I do see it in the email but I didn't print it out or read it, I just wrote down the reservation number, went to the airport, asked an airport employee where it picks up and sat there for an hour, only to watch as a yawning, text messaging driver speed past my violently waving hands. After going in, and searching for another employee (now at midnight) to ask if there was a desk or something I should have gone to. When I was directed there the woman was very nice and sympathetic to this sweaty, weary, and hopeful traveller, but I had to take a cab to my nearest friends house. This morning, I called the Arizona Shuttles toll-free number to reschedule, as the person at the Sky Harbor desk told me I should, and was immediately informed that since I didn't call there was no chance that she was going to reschedule my ticket, as there was no proof that I was waiting there. I'd rather deal with the Greyhound, especially when I'm lower on cash. I have recently had some better experiences with the company, but when they charge so much extra, it's really only worth the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the airport, I would never use this shuttle just to get down to Phoenix. For their extra price, they should be more accommodating and trusting of their passengers. Better for business. Sometimes they use the larger busses instead of the vans, and this is much more comfortable.

The on boarding process was incredibly streamlined, making it very easy to list our house with them. They gave design tips, coordinated amazing photos, cleaning, linens, additional maintenance, and created all of the third-party listings without us having to micromanage anything. When there's an issue with the property, they are quick to respond. We had a furnace issue over a weekend and they went out to the property multiple times to meet with vendors and rectify the situation quickly. They juggle owner priorities and guest experience with grace - I appreciate that they can see things from both points of view and are able to work with both sides simultaneously. If we had 10 more investments in Flagstaff, we would list all 10 homes with them without blinking. In the same vein, if I was looking to take a trip to Flag, I would absolutely book through them. 10/10 recommend!

The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to sharing ideas for attractions, things to do, and places to visit around the area. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable stop, and a great place to get both local information and a few fun keepsakes.

We were part of a large group that booked rooms, or would have left upon check in. The biggest problem was that there was a barking dog left unattended in the room next door (literally a wooden door separating our room). This dog barked for 5 solid hours. My husband went to the lobby to complaint about 45 minutes in and was told they would try to get ahold of the owner. We called about every 45 minutes from then on and were told the owner wasn't answering their phone, and there's nothing they could do. I requested some kind of compensation and to cancel the next night as we could no longer tolerate this barking. I was told there was no manager on duty and maybe I should try to talk to someone the next day. I reminded them of their own pet policy. The next day, we left the premises to attend the event. We returned late afternoon to finding no room service had been done, and the dog barking next door again, which clearly meant the owner was booked for another night as well. Due to the inability of any staff members we spoke to, we were confident in knowing there would again be hours of unresolved anxiety producing barking from this poor animal. We packed up and left. We received our receipt for 2 nights the next day along with a $5.00 charge for 2 complimentary beverages they offered us upon check-in...along with a kind sentiment hoping we enjoyed a slice of heaven while we were there..never again!

Especially the RN's who work Labor & Delivery) The campground was covered in snow (February) and so I cannot comment about the showers/restrooms/laundromat, etc. as these services are not available in the winter. However, this just means more available spaces to park or camp (they have sites for tents, Campers, big 5th wheels with slide-outs and huge motor coaches they have new 50amp sites for with easy pull in access! Sites are big enough and signage is good. The one thing I would suggest is during the summer, they need to somehow mark the driving pathways so they can easily be distinguished from campsites when snowfall covers the ground. We accidentally drove thru some tent sites getting to our reserved 30amp space in the very back of the campground. No harm done - but my sweet hubby who was driving in was getting quite grumpy how awkward it was to park - only to later realize that if we would have followed the roadway, it would've made a lot more sense and been so much easier! Once we parked, Water and Electric hook ups were quite easy, and each site had a picnic table with plenty of room for parking we even had room at our site for an extra car to park. We thought we would only be there a couple of nights, but due to complications with the birth we ended up having to stay more nights and even asked for a late checkout, and both needs were met by office staff with such kindness and understanding. By the way, definitely make some time to shop around the store. Besides supporting your local community businesses, they have some excellent products for a VERY tasty charcuterie board, light lunch and snacks to take back to your campsite or pack up to go on a hike! My last comment is about marking your GPS coordinates if you are on any site at the back (closest to the brick wall) where the new 50amp and 30amp sites are. Apple Maps, Google Maps & Waze will all mark correct GPS coordinates, however, when you switch to an address, it will tell you that you are on the next street over as if you are one of the apartments on the other side, of the brick wall. In fact, even the sites across from our not up against the brick wall, still show an address using the street name "Pico Del Monte Circle" on the other side of the brick wall where the apartments are located. This is pretty important if you are using your location finder to give somebody else directions to where you are or using apps like Instacart or DoorDash. I did use DoorDash while we were there and the driver had to call and I had to explain how to get into the campground.. this has nothing to do with Woody Mountain Campground and everything to do with the map situation. I did report it to Apple and Google. Hopefully it will get fixed but as of today, i see that has not been fixed. (may 2026)
