Being new to the commercial market, Mark Belsanti has taken the time, effort and patience to guide me through the commercial process recommending and explaining not only the process, but which choice would be more beneficial to me so I could make a good decision. His expertise, knowledge and marketing strategies were greatly appreciated. He has gone above and beyond what I expected. As for the Residential part of da Vinci Realty I have the pleasure of working with Leslie Belsanti, who works harder than any other residential realtor that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the local market and her suggestions and guidance made me thankful she was representing me. She worked so hard for me and her level of service is unsurpassed. I have also had the pleasure of meeting other agents that work for da Vinci Realty and I was impressed with their attitude, team work and the commitment they all provide. This is certainly Real Estate Company that has exceeded my expectations. My previous real estate experiences never came close to the level of service that I have received from daVinci Realty. They are true professionals and did not disappoint. Evelyn DiMieri

I've loved working with West USA Realty in Flagstaff. Have since rented two houses through Melody…read moreand each time has been fantastic. She's addressed issues promptly and was very thorough throughout signing process. They were nothing but flexible with move-ins and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Depending on your budget, Melody has an amazing selection to offer and compared to other property management companies in town, I won't go anywhere else! I have yet to work with a property manager so willing to go out of their way to help than with Melody! Thank you Melody and West USA!

I rented a furnished "luxury" 3bd condo through Tim Allen at West USA Realty. I got the impression…read morethat Tim is a nice and reasonable guy whenever I was able to get in touch with him (we even got a small rent credit for all the trouble), but the communication was consistently godawful. Text, email, phone, work orders; literally every time I had to contact this company (from begging for the lease contract to getting clarity on the security deposit) I needed to follow up at least once to move things forward. I originally wrote this review to detail each point of communication (like 8-10 distinct threads) and how it was a consistent cycle of unnecessary stress followed by empty apologies. I've already shared most of that feedback privately and don't want to push the character limit on this review. Most memorable for me was that, despite asking several times during the two weeks leading up to move-in, I wasn't provided with the lockbox code, wifi info, or much of anything at all. I finally got this info around 10 AM *on move-in day* after speaking to Jacquie Kellogg, who was terse and asked me "Do you have Tim's number?" before telling me she'd call me back. Tim sent me the info. Jacquie never offered any apology. $4500 per month--that is fruit basket on the doorstep territory when the realtor commits a move-in gaffe such as this. Another calamity was when the fridge broke. The handyman came and he just had to mention that he used to work with Tim years ago but that he stopped because his invoices would mysteriously go unanswered for months. I felt like I was in one of those Goosebumps books where they find out who the villain is in the most cliche way possible. I came out to Flagstaff intending to buy a vacation home, pre-approval letter in hand. Based on my experience as a renter, I became cynical about the prospect of working with a property manager. I thought paying a premium would guarantee me a certain standard of service but I truly believe that working at West USA is viewed as a clock-in/clock-out job where it's totally fine if emails from June are getting answered in August. My eyes water when I have to admit how much I paid to join the backlog.

Find a different rental company... Similar experience to…read morethe previous poster. Also tried to rent a vacation cabin from this company through VRBO for this upcoming holiday season (3 nights, one night being a holiday), and was forcefully cancelled by the property manager, for unstated, false policies. A week after receiving confirmation of our booking, the property management company contacted us by email (not VRBO), stating that to keep our confirmation we would need to: - stay an additional night (4 nights now), because of a holiday - would need to pay an additional cleaning fee ($49), for the number of individuals in our party (which was below the capacity listed for the property.) This was on top of the original fees already charged when the property was booked consisting of $150 for cleaning and $49 for a pet. The additional night and fees for this change would have totaled close to $500. This does not include the price to change other reservations (flights, rental cars, etc.) These additional night policies are not listed anywhere, nor are the additional cleaning fees for filling the place to capacity. Contact to this company was initiated many times by email, phone, VRBO reps, etc., but there was a severe lack of response from the property manager or anyone else. - Selective emails were responded to (none to/from VRBO), phone calls normally would go straight to voicemail, or might be answered once and then voicemail. A request for a phone call was made multiple times by me and VRBO regarding this issue to the property manager and none was ever received. - The first email, the property manager tried to blame VRBO for the issue at first (not being able to set a minimum stay requirement - https://help.vrbo.com/articles/How-do-I-set-a-minimum-stay-requirement). As the reason for being able book the 3 days instead of 4. - VRBO was contacted regarding the policy for the listing posted, and every VRBO rep that I spoke with (which totaled well over 8) confirmed that we were well within the minimum stay requirements and could not be cancelled by the property manager for not accepting night 4. - This company then stated their own policies are "per the homeowner" (4-day minimum, etc.), yet are still not available anywhere on any travel website, or their own. Throughout the minimal correspondence, I was never able to find out who truly manages any of their vacation properties, a non-existent person named Maggie would send the emails, an Elizabeth answered the phone once (real, but not listed on this company's website as an employ), or the son John (who is listed on this company's website and vacation property manager but never able talked to). Everything was handled by this company through external email, and not the internal messaging system provided by these internet travel sites. My assumption is that is their way to add these additional fees without VRBO or likewise having a record of what they are exactly for. Regardless if they upheld the reservation or not, we would have found a different property to rent for the holidays, feeling as our refundable security deposit would never be returned. To be extorted to pay more money or be cancelled is a very inappropriate business practice and unethical. I would not recommend doing any business with this company at all.

This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. They made bogus charges in an attempt to keep…read morethe security deposit and were completely uncommunicative in response, even to VRBO staff. I had to go through a lengthy process with VRBO followed by my bank in order to recover the security deposit they wrongfully kept. When this was finally resolved and my bank credited me back the security deposit funds that had been withheld - Jackson Associates/Flagstaff Vacation Rentals sent me the first reply email in this 5 month process and stated that the would be charging my card for the stay all over again. This has been and now apparently continues to be the worst experience and I would strongly caution anyone against renting from them.
