Imagine us and our dog and all our stuff, the broken car got towed to the dealership late at night to be left there for when they open in 34 hours or so, trying to get to our hotel so we can at least get some sleep before seeking a rental car and dealing with the dud car. This was my first contact with Top Hat and Jay did not fail to impress me with his professionalism. I was so pleased with his attention to details and prompt replies to my inquiries that when it was time to finalize my trip plans I reached back out to Top Hat. Once again Jay was very prompt, courteous and professional in his communications. Our first reservation was for service from the Flagstaff Train Station to our hotel. Our train was over an hour delayed and would be arriving after 11p. I emailed Jay and he assured me they were monitoring the arrival of the train and that regardless of the hour the driver would be waiting for us. No sooner than we stepped off the train platform a friendly voice called out to us, it was the driver from Top Hat. He was very friendly, helpful and assured us all was well. My traveling companion is physically challenged and he made sure she was comfortable in the front seat vs the back. The next morning we had another driver for our trip to Sedona. He was very prompt; met us at the front of the hotel and took pains to make sure we were comfortable and our baggage securely stowed away. He asked if we needed anything before we started our journey and I joking said the hotel only served Pepsi products and that I was desperate for a Coke and a Mr. Goodbar candybar. He laughed and said his favorite convenience store was less than a block away and they had both. After a quick stop there we had a wonderful ride to Sedona. Both my traveling companion and I were very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service provided by Top Hat. Thanks guys; you are awesome!
