This is the worst cab service ever. I called to order a cab and was refused service, when I asked why the dispatcher said I had a foreign accent and hung up. I called a second time he just showed how much of a bigot he was by laughing at me on the phone and hung up. They chose to refuse service to a potential customer because the person is not from here. I had my an online reservation to be picked up at 5:30am. By 5:37 I called dispatch to make sure my cab was close by only to be told that their online system didn't work and that no cab was on it's way. Dispatch said they would send a cab out that could be there in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and cancelled. I was already late for my meeting at that point. Friendly Cab, take down your online reservation system if it doesn't work. It's the only reason I called you instead of an Uber. read more

Garbage. Made an appointment to get picked up because my car is in the shop, single parent here.....dropped my kid off at school after taking the city bus, and nope, no taxi. No call. Nothing. Their phones are busy 24/7. The other line just rings and rings. These people need to be shut down for gross negligence and false advertising. read more

I was horrified when my sister booked this company without reading the yelp reviews. I was arriving to flagstaff by train at like 4 am. I didn't know what to lose because most of the cab companies have bad reviews so it was good she picked my poison for me . Used their online reservation the night before as my daughter has a broken ankle and needed transport to doc appt. They didn't show as scheduled so she called and was told online person didn't transfer reservation to them, then kept making excuses as to getting cleared before they could be there and not friendly at all. I avoid and would recommend avoiding this company like the plague. To add to our experiences, the other night my girlfriend and I decide to get a cab ride home. We find a cab, unfortunately it's "Friendly". Oh well, we get in give directions, cab doesn't even start the timer until pointing in the right direction! Amazing, usually the timers running already. So he gets there fast with less than 5$ tab (usually 7-9 how they drive). Amazing, right? Give a big tip (best ride ever). Get inside, and now my girlfriend notices her skin is burning. What?! There's a huge bleach stain on her pants. Ruined her favorite pants and caused a chemical burn. She calls the cab company so they can warn the driver. And the operator was a complete idiot, and thought we had left a bottle of bleach in the cab. What turned to be the best Friendly has to offer, ended up as the worst cab ride ever. read more

Horrible experience. I arrived late in the evening at the Flagstaff airport. Their business card was next to one of the airport service phones so I called them. A grumpy sounding guy told me that someone will be there in 15 minutes. Mind you, I am the last person at the airport aside from a handful of employees. So I am waiting outside in the cold (the airport doors were closed behind me) for an hour. I called numerous times but no one picked up. I was six miles away from my hotel and after a total of 75 minutes decided that I would walk to my hotel. Luckily an airport employee gave me a ride to my hotel on his way home. I travel weekly domestically and internationally. 80 times this year I have arrived at an airport. But not once was I stood up by a cab company. And this does include some 3rd world countries where the cab service worked better than "A Friendly Cab". Don't use them. To make things worse, the next morning I woke up with a serious cold thanks to waiting in the cold outside the airport. read more

They lie that they are the cheapest in town, they are not! The cars are all breaking down inside and out, drivers dont seam to care! This cab service is an absolute joke. First off it took the driver 3 hours to come pick me my fiance and our two year old daughter up from Staples. Secondly the driver went to the place wrong before cutting to Staples even though we clearly said to pick us up at Staples. Then the driver proceeded to try and get a huge tip out of US during the entire cab ride which I find very disgraceful and disrespectful. I will never use this cab service again and I don't recommend this cab service to anybody who reads this review save your money there are better cab services out there. read more

I wish could rate 0 stars. I used to be a regular with Friendly. More times then I can count, I had to wait more then 30 mins for a pick up that I scheduled over an hour in advance. Not only that but I was the one who had to call and find out where my taxi was after waiting for my scheduled pickup only to find that they were "on their way", and they wouldn't even show up for another 30 minutes! The last time I ever used them, they made me late for work (it wasn't the first time either). I had called as usual, over an hour in advance. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and called to find out where they were . . . Supposedly . . . On the way. I wait another 10 mins, call them again. Find out that whoever was dispatching sent Apex to come get me and they were "on their way". I wait another 15 mins and call them AGAIN!!!! Dispatch stated the driver (Apex) should be almost there. I told the guy that I am now late for work and that I had scheduled well in advance for this to not happen. He said he would call the driver and then call me back . . . He never did!!! I call him AGAIN after ANOTHER 10 mins and asked if someone was coming, if not I needed to call another company. I didn't even get a straight answer. So I called Sun Taxi and thankfully Ken w/ ST was just down the road and didn't have any scheduled pick ups. He was there in less than 5 minutes. I called Friendly back and told him to cancel because I got a ride with Sun Taxi. The guy told me that Apex told him I was in the car. Seriously, why would I be calling you to cancel if I was in the damn car. Take responsibility for your own pick ups and if you have scheduled pick ups, those should come first!! read more

Ok I lived in flagstaff for 17 years and this company used to be amazing. im not sure what changed or what happened but the new drivers are rude and the car quality has gone to the rats its just gross. but a positive note yea they will get you where you need just don't expect to be treated like a human more like a paycheck..... boo guys come on clean up. read more

If I could give them negative 5 I would. Worst experience ever. I made an online reservation for 5am Thursday, July 18, 2019. I'm from out of town, but already had surgery scheduled for that date. I made the online reservation around 8:30pm the night before. After making the reservation, I realized I had not listed my room number so I tried to call the office. I hit redial 26 times as it continually timed out for no answer. 3 times the call was picked up then disconnected. Not wanting to be late for my hip replacement surgery, I called a different cab, spoke to a live person, made and confirmed a 5am reservation. When I went outside there were 2 cabs. I told the "Friendly" Cab driver that because no one answered the phone, I was going with another cab service. After calling me a F***ing B***h he left. Before I reached the hospital I received a text from the 'friendly' cab driver. Among other things he said he hoped the surgeon would "slip and slit my throat." I reported him to the office (who did answer at 5:30am.) I then received a text from the driver calling me a "tattletale and a snitch." I will certainly never attempt to use them again. VIOLENT DRIVERS. Almost got into an accident with a driver in one of these cabs. He blew a stop sign and almost smashed into the side of my car. I honked as instinct because he almost hit me, and he flipped me off and then proceeded to get out of the company taxi cab and walk up to my window of my car screaming and yelling profanities that I will not repeat. As soon as he got close to my car window I backed out rapidly and moved to drive away where he followed me for a few turns and then stopped. I called mall security to see if they can identify this man or his cab license #. I also notified flagstaff police. I called the company phone number to speak to a manager and report their employees violence and guess who answered, this man who almost hit me. As soon as I began stating what happened on the phone, he said "oh you're that dumb bi**h from the mall", he then proceeded to tell profanities on the phone and I just hung up. They don't even deserve one star. Please be cautious while using this company or riding in one of their "FRIENDLY" cabs as clearly they are quiet opposite. read more

I made a reservation with Frienly Cab and then my flight got cancelled...twice. They were super understable and they didn't charge me anything. Finally they picked me up at the airport just in time and drove me to Coconino Community College in perfect time. I called then again to drove me back to airport. Perfect timing always. Very good service and price. nice drivers who tall to you respectfully. I recommended this taxi service to everybody in Flagstaff. read more

Absolutely horrible service or should I say non-service. First off, I used their on-line form to schedule a pickup for my son. I called the next morning to verify and they had no record of the pickup. They said "never use the online scheduler". Then why do they have it online still if it doesn't work??? Anyway, I told them 11 o'clock at the back of Sechrist and he scheduled it; 11:00 came and went. Called multiple times and told that they were on the way. I then called back at 11:30 to "cancel" the cab and the ass on the phone told me that they had been sitting there for 10 minute, which was BS because my son was still outside waiting! Called a cab last night, and it took 25 minutes for the cab to get there. When he finally arrived, there was a woman in the front seat! The driver simple said he 'picked up a stray'. When we get to my house, he did not have his card reader handy so he kept his meter running as he looked all over for it! Finally having the other woman in the front seat fetch it from the trunk. When we called the company to leave a bad review and let them know about our terrible service, the operator hung up on us! When we tried calling back, all lines were conveniently busy. We live in Flag (despite what the profile says) and don't own a car (yep, Eco-hippies) and learned VERY quickly to avoid this company. Yes, you'll wait forever, yes they're rude. And theyWILL try to screw you. NEVER get in. Friendly cab, especially when one of 'the sisters' is driving...we had groceries spoil because one of the sisters refused to pick us up (the fare wouldn't be enough for her). Check our bar reviews, we know what are talking about....stay away from this company! There are plenty of other cab cos in Flag, but they are the largest and hard to avoid. I ordered a taxi and after waiting 15 minutes (not a problem) they sent one that didn't accept credit cards, so the cab driver called in for another one. Forty minutes and a second phone call on my end and they still hadn't sent one. I was late for a dinner and thoroughly frustrated, and ended up having to call another taxi service--Apex Taxi, which is really saying something, considering Apex doesn't have all that good of a reputation either. But at least all of their cabs accept credit cards. read more
