So call anyway cuz we all know the internet is not always accurate and I prob miss read as well. Their office is great w a couch, couple chairs, restrooms, outlet to charge phone. Get there early cuz Ubers can be quick or delay in Flagstaff winters due to rain and snow. I got a comfortable ride to Camp Verde, an hour away. I wish they went into Prescott but we can't always get what we want in life! I'm blessed that my Prescott friend is picking me up in CV. I've also taken Groome in the middle of nowhere Montana. This is a great comfortable transportation company that gets you there in any weather, rain and snow. My drivers have always been pleasant. The office guy in Flagstaff is an absolute love. I missed my first shuttle and had to call about 6 times with questions and changes and he was above and beyond courteous and helpful to me. Always be sweet in life cuz you catch more with honey than being spicy! For an extra charge, Groome can pick you up around Flagstaff, if you don't want to chance it with Uber! Happy Travels!

This was not a good customer service experience…read more I called and very politely and calmly asked Liz if I could speak with her supervisor regarding what she said was a credit-only policy rather than a refund policy. My trip is still more than five weeks away, and plans changed because a friend offered to personally drive my teenager to the airport instead of having him take a shuttle at 2:00 a.m (which makes me extremely nervous as mom). Liz refused to provide her supervisor's contact information and would not allow me to speak with a manager. I asked a few times (again, very politely and calmly) and then she told me she would be ending the call instead of letting me speak with her boss. That was disappointing and left me feeling like there was no way to escalate an extremely reasonable request. I am not changing his trip to Flagstaff. Only the one from Flagstaff to the airport because of it being at 2:00 am. After reading several other reviews, I'm also concerned about reports of last-minute cancellations. The combination of those reviews and my customer service experience does not inspire confidence. Extremely frustrating to be denied any opportunity to speak with someone who would actually review the reservation and have authority to make something other than a black and white response without even trying to understand.

I have not experienced the service from Tuscon, but whenever taking anything from Flagstaff it is always a huge headache when dealing with the phone operators. I have only taken the shuttle from Flagstaff to Sky Harbor Airport, but last night I attempted to take the shuttle from Phoenix. I wasn't aware that you have to check in at a desk, although apparently I should have read that when I bought the ticket. I think that should have been made more clear to me. I do see it in the email but I didn't print it out or read it, I just wrote down the reservation number, went to the airport, asked an airport employee where it picks up and sat there for an hour, only to watch as a yawning, text messaging driver speed past my violently waving hands. After going in, and searching for another employee (now at midnight) to ask if there was a desk or something I should have gone to. When I was directed there the woman was very nice and sympathetic to this sweaty, weary, and hopeful traveller, but I had to take a cab to my nearest friends house. This morning, I called the Arizona Shuttles toll-free number to reschedule, as the person at the Sky Harbor desk told me I should, and was immediately informed that since I didn't call there was no chance that she was going to reschedule my ticket, as there was no proof that I was waiting there. I'd rather deal with the Greyhound, especially when I'm lower on cash. I have recently had some better experiences with the company, but when they charge so much extra, it's really only worth the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the airport, I would never use this shuttle just to get down to Phoenix. For their extra price, they should be more accommodating and trusting of their passengers. Better for business. Sometimes they use the larger busses instead of the vans, and this is much more comfortable.

Nothing was available from Uber or Lift (on Friday night!), and the fancy luxury restaurant we ate, could not help us at all... Found Avor Taxi at Yelp, and they were really nice! And the driver was even nicer!!! If you do not plan to drive to the restaurant, as you'll be enjoying the nice wine for your vacation, plan your ride, especially back to your hotel. If it's impossible to get ride with the app on Friday night, you'll need plan B, and Avor Taxi would be great one for you!!!

I had used this "taxi service" for several months to get to work and back simply because they…read morecharged me slightly less than most of the other cab companies in Flagstaff even though most of their drivers were very unprofessional and were in obvious violation of several safety and health regulations (see my previous review on TA from March, 2020). First off, this company does not have an actual "dispatcher". They simply hand a cellphone to whatever driver will be answering their calls that day or night and that is who will be answering their phone calls, WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING regardless if you happen to be in the cab with them at the time or not. This is unsafe to say the least and is also against the law! I have also had drivers smoking, eating, etc. while I was in the back seat with no regard to me whatsoever. At last count this company only has two vehicles and both show obvious signs of previous collisions and both are in sad shape. Secondly, this cab company is the only cab company in Flagstaff that does not use meters in their cabs. I have been charged several different prices for the exact same ride depending on the driver. How do they determine how much they will charge you? I am assuming by how much they think they can get from you. But a more frightening issue is that since COVID-19 has become an issue Top Hat Taxi has not made any changes to the way they still do business. None of their drivers wear masks and regardless of what they may tell you, they do not sanitize their cabs in any way in between fares. You can tell when you sit down in a cab that has been cleaned and a cab that stinks! This cab company also advertises that they are a 24-hour business. Not since COVID-19. Now that the bars in Flagstaff are no longer open the driver on duty will simply turn off their cellphone and go home. I defy anyone to try and reach this company after 9:00pm or so (sometimes even earlier). All you will reach is a voicemail that has not even been set up so you can't even leave them a message. Do yourself a favor if you need a taxi while in Flagstaff; There are numerous other cab companies in Flagstaff to choose from and no matter who you decide to go with any of them will be better than this fly-by-night company.
