If I could give negative I would. I have seen several post previously about the Flagship one company. For anyone reading this, please do not use that company. Please read the 1-star comments as they are very accurate. I unfortunate was in a bind and did not read them. They just stole $187 for a bad part when shipped (that took 3 weeks to deliver) and now refuses to refund my money. After about 2 weeks of no contact from customer service, I used their comment email they sent me when ordering stating I could not reach anyone and the part was bad. A representative name "Vee" now has a lot of snide comments and states she/he will not refund my money even when she should have/could have because of the email comment I made about not being able to reach anyone and them shipping me a faulty part. I had a mechanic tell me the part was bad, and they still refuse to refund my money. In fact, after weeks of back and forth, they sent me the same part again! The parts are listed as "plug and play", no they are not. One part of the website says 30-days while another says 60 days; neither apparently are true. There are other websites out there that offer that, not them. They also state that the products warranty goes from the time the product is delivered, "Vee" originally stated it was from purchased date until I pointed out that was a lie, its from the date you receive it which their website says ships in 3-5 days; no, no it does not. Then because they received the product (actually back to their facility a few days past the 30 days; I was SOL!! Even though I had been coordinating with them weeks prior. I will show everything in my photos along with the customer service you can expect from "Vee" especially. If even 5 customers from the multiple websites I am going to post this heeds my warning, it will be worth it. And now, the website is saying that I do not even have an account established with them to see the timeline when I first started submitting tickets so I will also include a photo of the welcome email when I purchased the item. (Sorry if photos upload out of order). Also try looking up any of the social media plat forms they have listed on the website.. yeah, nothing for the past couple of years and even then its nothing but negative reviews. I can see why they shut them down. read more

I placed an order June 3 then got emails asking to confirm what was already confirmed vin. Told them to cancel my order they sent out an ecm then claimed they didn't get the email after a lot of no response emails I called they said they had to look into it. Came back and found the emails I sent them said they couldn't cancel because it was mailed out that day. Go figure. Once it arrived it wasn't programmed I didn't get the keys. I called them back. They tried making me go through a warranty claim. All I want to do is get my refund and send this dead unit back that I tried canceling. read more

Our order was placed on the second of June, after the first one apparently didn't pass inspection a second one was started which we were given no notice of. When calling the customer service line and getting a replay of useless information how funny is it when asked to speak to a supervisor or manager each and everyone of them said they were in charge and the best person to talk to put me on hold and shortly after disconnect my call. Apparently testing takes no longer than 7 days and the second one that is supposably "in testing" would be mailed out Fri June 14th which today is now Monday the 17th and it's the same song and dance of bullshit all over again! We put in for a refund and I'll be posting again if we have any issues with that. 100% Horrible and would never recommend read more

BAIT AND SWITCHED! I ordered & paid for an ECU listed on the FS1 website. After my payment went through, I received an message that the item I purchased was incorrectly labeled & that I would have to wait for their vendor to supply more. One week later, I get another message that an ECU matching my order will be coming, but it will COST AN ADDITIONAL $130!!!!! So let me get this straight....Flagship One is asking their customer to pay almost 50% more for an item for a processing error on THE COMPANY'S END?!!! I've completed my end of the transaction...COMPLETE YOUR END & SEND ME MY ECU! After weeks of trying to escalate to upper management, it has fallen on deaf ears. My customer service rep, Janna B., did not return any of my emails or voicemails. She did, however, quickly respond to my request for a full refund. Funny thing...I was referred to FS1 by my mechanic. My mechanic must not like me very much.... read more

They purchased a PCM on Ebay, removed parts from the circuit board and returned the PCM stating it did not function.

Do not use this business, July2024 my ECM went out on my Jeep Cherokee. I ordered a ECM from this company, they said it will be out by Tuesday. Tuesday can around and I got a email saying it's been delayed. By the third week I had to call to ask what's going on. Three weeks later I finally got the ECM in the mail. Installed the ECM and Jeep would not start. Traced all the wiring down to the ignition coil wire from ECM was not working. Had to other mechanics look at it and came down to the same problem. I called Flagg ship and stated it's a defective ECM so I sent it back in for "test". A week later they called and said there is nothing wrong with it and do they want Me have it sent back. I said "no" because I know it's defective. My only other option was they can send me another one but it voids the warranty. I was so tired of dealing with them I said just send me another one. I received the new one in the mail, installed it and my Jeep started right up (didn't run smooth but it started). So that told me the 1st one was defective cause my Jeep would not even crank with the first one. I called back because the second one (even though my Jeep would start now it ran poorly. Come to find out a wire going to my throttle Position Sensor shouldn't have volts going from the ECM. Flagship ones response was "we can return your money for store credit". I don't want to use their products!!!!! They are crap!!! I just want my money back read more

I own a shop and have been ordering computers from Flagship for a decade. I have always had good luck with their products.

Ordered and paid for a jeep ECM the product description promised 2 to 3 day shipping. I provided them with the required information and for the next 3 days I received a message everyday asking for information they already were given. I received a phone call telling me they were all set and would ship the part. 3 days later it still hadn't shipped and I got a message saying their would be another 2 to 4 day delay. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund . Instead they sent me a message saying they would prioritize my order. I had to request a cancellation and refund again. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. These people are horrible read more

i had problems with them from day one. ordered a pcm they said it was plug and play. Got the unit from them with no instructions at all in the box. called them. had to wait for them to get back to me. only to be told i had to have the unit incoded for the pats system. That cost me 150 from a local guy. Once i got the car to start it had a code that was not there before. Called them was told to fill out a form on line and wait, took 48 hours. They told me send it back i requested i talk to someone about the problem was told not possible. Got the unit back installed another 150 for the pats system same poblem again. call them, was told could not talk to someone. requested i fill out the form again now the car has been down for 2 months will they jerked me around. bought a unit form another company it worked right out of the box. read more

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. Ordered a pcm and after being quoted on the phone I'd have the part within 7 days, it still hasn't shown any signs of being shipped after 14 days. Their customer service is useless and they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money. I've opened a case with my credit card company for fraudulent business practices. Avoid doing business with Flagship1 like the plague. read more

I ordered a plug & play pre-programmed Engine Control Module (ECM). I received a filthy junk yard ECM that was still programmed to the original vehicle about two weeks later. VIN does not match. Immobilizer was not programmed. Vehicle that started/ran no longer starts. Customer service is awful! They require you to sign a legal document absolving them from all legal & financial responsibility to even speak with anyone. It clearly states that nobody will ever receive a full refund or be compensated in any way even if it is their fault. Managers are never available and do not return phone calls. All you can do is speak to people in another country at a call center that you can barely understand. And they will do nothing but tell you over and over to sign that form and somebody will call you. It is not worth it to deal with this company. They get it right at least some of the time but when they do not, you are out of luck and out of money. Go elsewhere! read more

Total Scam! Wish I read the reviews prior to buying the defective ECU that cost me $200 install fee with GM and it didn't work. I Have had them repair this ECM unit 3 times and now again not working. Toyota 89661-50151. Can their tech check it completely?

I purchased a "overhauled/reprogrammed" ECM for my 2012 Buick Verano. I only have a push button ignition. Which means I needed an ECM that was compatible specifically for it. (They supposed sell different versions). The service rep ASSURED me it would work. If not return for a full refund. HA NOT!!! Would not start! Fine..I'll return it...right? Hmmm, they charged me an $85 dollar restocking fee for their mistake. Customer service was basically silent when trying to return. They now will hate you. But wow are they SOOOO nice getting the sale. Very crooked. read more

I am having the exact same problem as others with my ECU. I received the unit, installed it and the car would not start. We put the old unit back in and the car started. If this unit was programmed based on the Vin it should have worked. They told me it was a key problem so I had a locksmith check it out and it was not a key problem. A friend who is a Ford Mechanic said that if the old ECU would start the car then the new ECU should also start the car. They are giving me the run around and they told me that the technical people don't speak directly to customer, even though I spoke to one of them after the problem occurred. Guess I should have checked the reviews before I purchased it. But I believed the website when it said guaranteed or receive a refund .......... This company is not legit or as advertised. read more

UPDATED.. This is my experience with this company! See the email strings!! You get only 30 days after purchase to make sure the ECM is good. Called and purchased unit. It arrived 4-5 days later and had it installed the next day by the shop. ECM failed with codes P0720, P1600, P0500! The same as it had before! Every time to call this vendor you get an operator not the shop mechanic's. I explained the situation and requested an RMA. before RMA was sent out I had a detailed questionnaire. Basically doing some of their troubleshooting for them explaining the problem of their "tested" unit and had to be complete before it was accepted. Once accepted and approved RMA tag sent. I immediately boxed up ECM and took to UPS that same day. I tracked unit and was waiting responses or an immediate replacement shipped out since the 30 day clock was ticking. After another 4-5 days of not hearing anything.. I called vendor. I was told that they were working on it and it should be done soon? At this point..over 20 plus days has gone by! I was waiting for their email, call or determination (did NOT happen) I finally called because it was 4-5 plus days later? Then if they shipped it to me again the lag time NO hurry attitude from the vendor. As explained above. There was NOT enough time for them to complete it ship it to me, me receive it take it to the shop 1 mile away the same day, have it installed praying it was going to be "GOOD" the second time!! If it was NOT good..the 30 day time period was over and I eat $420.00 I told them to refund my money and they charge a "RESTOCKING FEE of 20%" You have only 30 days after original purchase (from day 1) "NO EXCEPTIONS" I would of been out $420.00 plus a defective ECM. I had to make a decision from my experience with the company of selling "tested" defective products and taking forever every step of the way resolving this in a timely matter. I ate $80.00 they got their bad "tested good" ECU back and my $80.00. Not one word from the vendor trying to resolve or return my $80.00.. 1 star is too much! HERE IS AN UPDATE!! Emails from the company to me. Trying to get me to change or delete my review!! On Aug 31, 2023, at 9:15 AM, Steven Good day Kelly, This email is reference to our previous phone conversation, unfortunately as much as I would like to process the refund for you right away I cannot do that coz I still need to follow orders, again if you could at least revise or remove the review I will process your refund and provide the refund receipt. Technically, after you revise or remove it, you could always just add another negative review. There is technically nothing stopping you so I am taking a risk. But once we process a refund, we cant get that back in anyway without you paying us again. We hope you understand and we appreciate your business. Here's the following link for the review as we speak. https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/64879c08c063061d5199f0fe Please call me back at 516-766-2223 Ext. 761, I look forward to your call or email. Warm Regards, Steven G Flagship One, Inc. My reply..You must be kidding me, right? I told you how I may update the review. NEVER Obviously you did not hear me clearly. You mentioned to me that you are busy filling orders. And that you cannot do this. Once again, I told you to credit my credit card and then I would update or revise the review if I thought it was warranted. Your company that you work for has already wasted so much of my time. I learn something in corporate. My time is more valuable than your time. We were on the phone for half an hour today and then I get this ridiculous email from you. As far as your company and the review, I told you exactly how it was. The review is not hurting me. It is the honest truth you guys hurt me you failed me you took my money and now you're wasting my time. I have better things to do than to suck up to a company that still is trying to squeeze me for my time, my money and for their well-being and greed. So once again you're wasting more of my time which is valuable, I am not going to update that and for all this harassment and hassle and misunderstanding and waste of my time you guys can send me $150 instead of 85 my time is valuable, when I receive something from you guys in good faith, then I will update things emphasizing that at this point you're not doing it. I wasted a lot of time with your defective product. Your lack of customer service, and the lack of follow through here it is probably six months later and you're finally getting back to me. What kind of customer service is that terrible! I've spent a few hours communicating with you people writing up a survey of what's wrong with it. I talk to you about all this it must've gone in one ear and out the other so if I don't hear from you then I'm just going to leave the review exactly like it is because it's honest, straightforward and to the point, and it reflects my experience with this co. NEVER AGAIN you FAILED Grade F read more

MY experience with Flagship One was not perfect, but it was good enough to earn 5 stars. Allow me to tell you why. The dealer (Nissan) required $2,700, plus one month (minimum) to source / program / install the broken ECU/ECM on my vehicle. Sent my dead computer to Flagship One, had it repaired for under $600, with a faster turnaound time that what the dealer offered. The key thing here: The repaired ECU/ECM worked. I was skeptical that this would be the case. Wanted to give credit where credit is due. I didn't even have to reprogram the transponder keys. My truck fired up immediately upon installing the repaired ECM. Working with FS1 was clunky / cumbersome, but the result was good, and that it what matters most (to me). read more

I've been fighting off and on with these guys for multiple months now. I've been sent 2 ECU's, both of which did NOT work as advertised and their RMA process is tedious and annoying as well as sending me a return label that was already used. The way they ship things is disappointing to say the least, it's extremely slow for something I spent $400 on, and both times they sent me a computer it was only in a bubble mailer and was very beat up and scratched. Is part of the blame on the US postal service? Probably, but they could've packaged better to accommodate that. I had high hopes. I'm very let down, and my car still doesn't work. read more

I ordered a PCM for a Jeep and was told it would take 2-7 business days to arrive, I told the customer 2-7 business days. I asked them to Overnight the good one at their cost and was told they couldn't approve overnight delivery even though this was a fault on their end. Now, I'm writing this review while still waiting for the unit that they shipped USPS Priority, it was supposed to be here yesterday, and the customer is irate, affecting my reputation in a negative light. I bought a replacement PCM ECM whatever for my 2000 grand cherokee v8 , it was having tons of electrical problems, speedometer/gauges going bonkers, ABS light, airbag light, brake light, check engine light, rough idle, misfiring/stumbling on acceleration, overcharging the battery to the point it was swelling and pissing battery acid everywhere (i even replaced the battery and alternator, checked all the ground connections, still didnt help). This replacement worked instantly, fixed all of my issues, i am so grateful! Only downside is it took about 2 weeks to get it, yet I understand it probably takes a while to find parts and refurbish them. I was very anxious reading all the negative reviews, but i think those people are not patient and do not understand the process and what it takes to find a used PCM, clean it up, test it etc, especially for older cars like my 2000 Jeep. I got emails every couple days letting me know what was going on. Thank you FS1 and Ameera H, fantastic job! Jeep isrunning better than ever! read more

Over a three-day period, total of 45 codes came up. Upon sending it back I inquired about what was wrong with the unit. No response, once that occurred I immediately asked for an RMA and shipped it back to them. They have refunded my money, however no answers as to what was wrong with the unit. Flagship1 is the worst company i have done business with .
