They took away the free vacuums and air hoses for self cleaning. Always trying to push you into a monthly pass. Not worth it.

This place does a really mediocre job. Even if you pay for the top tier service, not a soul will touch your tires, do a proper vacuuming job, do any sort of interior shining, or properly dry it. You could literally burn two $20 bills and get more done than using this service. It's half-assery across the board. read more

Beware, this place is now a full service car wash. I used to rate this place 5/5 because of the self service but now with the full service it feels like you're obligated to pay tips and you're waiting line longer than normal. Total deterrence. It's also smaller than the other flagship car wash such as the One Loudoun location. I am a member and pay the monthly's but haven't been here since early December or late November. No communication was sent about them becoming Full Service. Disappointed! read more

I should f**king sue this place. My first time there I opted in for the membership. After a month or 2 I realized that I wasn't using it enough and would rather have my new car detailed by an individual. I canceled it, and was still charged after requesting cancelation. I had my bank stop payment and it wasn't a problem afterwards. Fast forward to almost a 2 years later, I'm running short on time and needed a quick wash so I drop in this location. I explicitly stated that I just wanted one wash and declined the membership! Somehow I've been signed up for a membership again that I happened to catch on my credit card statement. Not once, but twice. First time, cool. Accidents happen. But it's happened again and by no means was it an accident given the other Yelp and Reddit reviews saying the same thing happened to them. I have no doubt that one of the kids working did it for incentive, otherwise it's just shady business. I will be calling this locations management. Class Action, anyone??? read more

I base my reviews on seemingly insignificant but positive experiences. I had a great experience with a young man named Richard. He worked very hard and remained upbeat and positive even till the end of what i'm sure was a very long workday. I've worked in the service industry before, it's tough. I wish him and this place success. It's yelp, so you'll see your fair share of negative complainers... This business as a whole is run very well and has a sound usiness model. read more

Agree with previous review. This was a 5/5 review car wash, which I recommended to numerous friends, until they removed the self service area without any warning to monthly customers. Now this location is a complete waste of time unless you buy a full service wash. I have monthly accounts for exterior washes for two cars. I bought them because I appreciated being able to use their towels to dry the cars immediately after the wash to prevent water spots and to use their vacuums. Not only have they removed the vacuums from this location but also closed off the self service area and stopped supplying towels. Now, if you get an exterior wash, you get water/soap spots by the time you drive home. I have spoken to two managers there and their answer is to use another location. I live around the corner from this one. I joined when they opened this since the other locations are not as convenient. The live chat's answer was to send me a coupon for a free premium wash. That solves the problem this week but not in the future. At least if they reopened the self service area and supplied towels and tire shine, I would be able to use it a few times per month, even without vacuums, and use a different location once a month or so when I needed the vacuum. Looking for another solution, which is difficult since flagship has monopolized the Ashburn car wash locations. At least under the old ownership, you got free towel dry service with an exterior wash. read more

I've been going to this place for two years. It was pretty decent when it first opened but the service has really gone downhill in the past year. I kept telling myself it was just bad luck. Going on the wrong day or something, but the last six times that I've been here I've been disappointed. Today, they didn't even wipe the dust off my dashboard despite paying for the premium interior wash. Pretty pitiful. I didn't even complain this time. I just decided I'm never going back and drove away. I used to say its not a car detailing establishment, so my expectations were too high. After two years though, I can confirm its not me, its them. Avoid the interior wash at all costs. Complete waste of money. If you must go there, just do the exterior wash, just don't have high expectations for your rims or wheels. read more

We had too much sand inside and outside of our car and needed a good cleaning before returning it. Glad we stopped by and used their services! Super convenient settings- you can DIY the interior using their vacuums and air hose for free and pay for the car wash afterwards. Helpful staff and very friendly! Very disappointed. This one is closest to my home and over the last few months I have visited the flagship locations at Loudoun One and Leesburg. Today I visited, and upon exiting the wash I went to the self serve area to vacuum, wipe and tire shine. There was an attendant outside talking in his phone who had rags and a spray bottle so I approached him and asked if I could use them and he handed them to me. As I was approaching my car a guy came out of the garage and took the items and told me I couldn't do that because it's no longer self serve. So they don't do the same service at that location as they do at the others At least on leesburg they have attendants wipe down your car and tire shine. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location. read more

Management is bringing down service of this once good location. Car wash did not dispense hot wax or other top tier service products despite the light being on in the car wash. Also, you can no longer use the self-service vacuum. The quality of the car wash is bad. Machines are worn out and no longer do a good job as they did when this place was new. Of course, management just denied the lack of dispensed products and just gave me a hand towel to finish cleaning up where their machine lacked. Minimal effort to keep this place in business, so I will oblige and not help keep them in business. read more

Came to this location for the first time today. Flagship car wash is the only major car wash near my house so I've tried out a few different ones. I would say this will be my new location to frequent. My car wash lacked a few things and when I pointed them out to who I believe is the manager Chuck, he owned it and took care of those few things right away. I understand sometimes in Service things won't be perfect, but he truly tried his best to make sure that I was happy with my car wash and that I truly appreciate! read more

I guess there were problems in the past. No more. The new manager Jay was great. My car was a mess (long story) and I didn't know where to start but he made suggestions, got staff on it and I left with what looked like a new car. Couldn't have asked for more. read more

If you purchase the extra outside only car wash for $18, beware.. the tire shine is either non existent or self service. Total joke and rip off. When I asked the employee and manager I was told that the tire shine is self service - despite the fact that the other Flagship at One Loudoun (the main one) they have employees who properly shone your tires , as expected. Furthermore when I pointed this out to them they became somewhat rude and condescending. I mentioned they needed to put up a sign indicating that the tire shine is self service.. I was pretty much ignored. Avoid this place at all costs. read more
