Best and simplest car wash experience I've had ! You drive up to a person, roll down the window and pay, you drive up and a person washes off dirt on tough to reach places before the machine takes over. A manual towel dry by several folks at the end was a nice surprise. Exterior-only wash was $10.99. Great deal. read more

CLOSED AND ABANDONED. Sign says under new management but not a soul is here. Too bad, they were a solid service!

Raphael made sure my car and mom's car were taken care of and they both looked better than expected! Thank you to everyone at BriteWash for taking the time in this cold to exceed my expectations! If I could give 10 , I woud read more

Best car wash I probably ever been to! To start with you are warmly greeted by a live human who is happy to explain the options and process. I choose an Outside/Inside combo for a decent price. Next you drive the car through the well lit tunnel (with lots of cool lights), car really gets cleaned. Follow the arrows to the next step, which is interior cleaning. A friendly crew mobs the car, vacuums, sprays, wipes, etc. I spent a little time the beautiful lobby area where they have fresh coffee, snacks, and more. Overall fantastic experience, my car looks brand new. read more

For an auto spa where you can just drive up and get your wash and even a hand finish, I think it's fair and they do a good job cleaning! Had to swing by after some pretty nasty dust from a couple weeks of rain and for the most part 99% of it was gone. The business model was a bit confusing to me. Paid for the Ultimate Wash for $20, then I pulled into the aisles with the hand wiping since literally everyone else went there. Mistakes were made, and that requires additional cost LOL. Makes sense - website listed that starting at $21 but I swear I paid something in the 30s before tax. Anywho they were super nice about it and did a good job despite my super messy interior. Was maybe a 15 minute way from drive in to second pay to leaving. I think as a standalone wash it's a little high for me. Maybe I'd do wash only and drive back on a sunny day. But I see they do offer monthly memberships, and if you live in the area that's totally worth it. read more

Excellent! My husband took his mud and dust-covered off-road pick-up truck to BriteWash ... hoping for a miracle! The team did an exceptional job, as the truck came out like new! It was his first visit to BriteWash. It went so well that he now has signed up for the "ultimate wash unlimited package." It's a great value, as each full wash and wax comes with the "essentials" interior package. It's perfect for someone who uses their vehicle to its fullest! In addition, they really make your visit enjoyable. Spotless waiting areas and bathrooms, coupled with free coffee, are perks that exceed car wash expectations by a long shot. My husband never leaves reviews. In this case though, he was so pleased that he dictated this review to me for posting. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed! read more

Just have someone do a final inspection prior to handing the car back. Based on the monthly fee it's a very decent value.

Nice place, but the top primary brush has been broken for weeks, so your are not getting the service and what you paid for. read more

Was just there getting my car washed at BriteWash in Leesburg. Expensive for what they do! Was told that they are better than Flagship and that they do a much better job at cleaning your car. Nope, they missed many spots from the inside and left the outside with water stains. Do not recommend them at all! You're better off having your car detailed at home or continue going to flagship. read more

I came after it snowed. When I first arrived no one was there to help me. As I was finally entering the wash, my car was stuck and my wheel was getting pushed off. When someone came to talk to me I didn't understand them so I spoke to them in Spanish and they stated they didn't understand me. So they send someone else. While talking to the other person, the original person that didn't speak Spanish was speaking Spanish to the other worker. I was finally able to go through the wash. Once drying they left a lot of streaks and my car was still dirty unfortunately. My first time wasn't the best experience but I am always willing to try again read more

BriteWash is once again closed down. I have a monthly plan with them and have no idea if I will get my money refunded. I went last week to have my car washed and the business was closed. I drove down today, July 9, 2025 and the business was still closed. read more

This car wash is great overall. The reason for the 4/5 is due to speed and attentiveness. Last time, they left a rag in the car, didn't explain where the key was left until I asked and trash is left on the ground near the cars. I found a screw right by the front tire when they were done. The staff is friendly and the price is in line with other car washes. read more

Good service, staff was helpful and friendly! Wash was good and they had plenty of people to wipe down my truck quickly. Very satisfied with my wash. read more

My husband had gotten our car washed at BriteWash a while back, and he thought it was expensive for a drive-thru car wash. I decided to give this place a try today, since I had to stop by Lowe's and it's right next to it. I had a great experience! My car was not in a good shape when I took it in. It had been a while since our last wash, and it had been parked outside for months. They really scrubbed my car down and made sure not to miss any spot. I noticed that they even popped open the hood at one point, and even asked if they could take my car through the washing station one more time. They really took the time cleaning the inside of the car, too. Everyone was very polite and worked really hard in the 80+ degree weather. I was very impressed today and wanted to leave them a generous tip... and of course of all days, I didn't have cash on me today and couldn't find ATM machine inside. So even though I rarely write reviews, I wanted to give them a shout out on Yelp. I hope they keep up the good work! I will definitely be taking my car back soon! read more

Wow!! Finally a great car wash by our house. I refuse to go to the other one in Leesburg because they take forever. We got the "ultimate" today and all I can say is I'll be back!! What a great job they did. Inside and out. Everyone was so nice as well. What a fanatic addition to our area. My husband is going to get the unlimited car washes for $29.99/month. Well I was recently brought up to help run the place on an emergency notice by Greg miller the owner. Just to work 7 days a week and bring back all the employees that left because the business wasn't functioning correctly. Workers went weeks without pay and came back once they found out I was in charge. Moving forward he just sold the business and gave me and none of employees time to look for new work and failed to pay everyone what they are owed. Very selfish act to people that help keep his business running and in order for his personal benefit . the workers are great and so is the location but now that the place is sold it may be the next flagship automotive wash. Thanks Greg miller read more

Best car wash anywhere. Some complain that you have to wait a few extra minutes compared to other car washes - but it's because they are doing a thorough job getting your car showroom clean! I wanted to like this place since I've heard some very negative and scam-related activity happening at another area car wash chain. Place is nice, for sure. Despite being decorated nicely inside, things were looking a little tacky. Bathroom was pretty, but needed attention. Looks like things aren't getting attention. Got a $40 interior and exterior. Left with my rubber mats definitely not clean. I'm not even sure they cleaned the driver's mat at all. Probably won't go back. read more

First time at this car wash and went through it with no soap and left with hard water spots, so I called the manager and he apologized that happened and explained that the compressor was out and the back up one was heating up so he offered to hand wash my truck and do the interior free of charge. Very nice management here and my truck was sparkly clean! Thank you so much read more

First time going to this car wash and completely disappointed with the way they handled the situation with customers. I paid for the service to wash and clean the inside of the car. Before cleaning, I stood next to the employee and told him not to clean this seat because I had my papers and stuff there and only needed to clean the back seat and driver's seat. The staff replied ok, smiled to me and I went into the waiting room. This was also my fault for not checking after they done and a few hours after leaving I realized the documents and stuff in the car were gone. I drove there and learned he threw it all in the trash without consulting me. Then the WHITE YOUNG manager came over and blamed me that I should have known his staff didn't know English. I asked him how I knew who knew English and who didn't. He answered that he was the manager here but sometimes he asked his employees if they answered yes but they actually didn't understand. The problem here is that the manager did not apologize to the customer and reprimanded me should know that his staff did not know English and that was unreasonable for a first-time customer like me. Please should have or make sure someone understand English take care of your service if you don't want to be in the same situation like me. The picture below is after I picked it up from the trash and had to throw away some things in the trash because he threw away all my stuff and damaged my things. read more

$60 for an ultimate interior and exterior is too much and prices should be reduced by 25%. - 4.5 stars for the automatic wash as it doesn't dry thoroughly but the wash is great. Much better than other car washes as it has special scrubbers for the sides and front which actually gets the bug tar many others leave behind. They also have great scrubbers for the tires/wheels that brushes them very well. - 1 star for the service lane. They really need to optimize their process. One crew member per car takes them 30 minutes to clean the interior each after already spending 15 minutes for them to even attend to the idling car. They should instead emulate other successful car washes and should have the entire crew of six members working on one car to expedite the process. By the time the crew member finally attended the idling car, the car it was already dry so they were using their drying cloths on dry paint and scratching the clear coat. People were waiting an hour total just for a quick wash. - Waiting area is just ok but they do have available restrooms so this receives 3 stars. Weirdly, the waiting area doesn't have any auto products available for purchase just snacks. read more

A absolute best place to get your car washed. Very detailed inside and out. Locally owned ( NOT CoRPORATE) and they have a great place to grab an amazing cup of coffee and watch a program while you wait, which is not long like the other places. read more

Visited for my first time this past weekend. Excellent first impression. Very bright and clean with friendly staff. When my car was finished, I walked around to inspect it before driving away. My front license plate was bent in half and my truck was covered in spots. There were several dirty spots as well. The inside also had several dirty places that had not been touched. I noticed only young employees (high school students?) working and never observed any leadership/management overseeing the work or doing quality checks. read more

Stay away or go 2 miles down the road to auto wash of Leesburg. Back in July 2023, I had a discussion with CJ (general manager) regarding the cancellation of my membership, which had already been requested to be canceled in November 2022. At that time, I was assured that my card would no longer be charged. However, to my dismay, I have been continuously charged every month since then, despite never utilizing the car wash services. To this point they continue to try and charge my credit card and refuse to reply to any emails in regard to solving this issue. These actions are criminal. read more

Might be the worst car wash experience ever. Wait in the only line open because the credit card reader wasn't working. Pay almost $40 for Ultimate car wash. First the automatic line stops working part way through, then it starts working. Moved through and noticed the last big brush on right wasn't even moving. Brought this to the attention of a manager. No response other thanks. No, let's run your vehicle through again. Inside cleaning job was very poor. Most the windows were still dirty. Outside mirrors weren't even touched. I'm going to stop now. Never going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've had trouble finding a car wash that does the interior to my satisfaction. I have a dog and she rides with me fairly often. I know this causes a bit more work and tip accordingly. However, these folks did a great job not only vacuuming but the windows, cup holders, dash etc all looked great! I'll definitely be back. Staff was friendly and considerate. I like that you can watch your car being cleaned so things like floor mats don't get misplaced which has happened elsewhere). read more

The gentleman who took my payment was wonderful and took time to explain everything. The exterior wash was really well done. Competitive pricing with ability to add services as needed. The interior took longer than expected but the gentleman was kind and focused. However, the second row mats were still fairly dirty after the interior cleaning was completed despite having the rubber mat cleaning added. They were not wiped down which was frustrating considering they had sticky stuff and dirt on them from the kids. read more

Had a coupon to try so decided to get all the winter salt off of my car. I usually wash myself but during the winter it doesn't happen. Just did exterior. Fairly clear how to enter and person stepped up after I drove up. Tried to upsell me but just wanted a basic exterior wash. Exterior wash was fast, the machine was a bit shorter than expected compared to other washes there seemed to be less cycles/brushes, rinses, etc. Afterwards, I drove up to the vacuum areas, not a separate area for exterior only. A ton of people 3 did the drying. I noticed that the first guy was pressing on the front. I later noticed that the front plate was mangled much worst than any other carwash prior and I was missing a front cap for the fog light housing. I guess the brushes are quite aggressive. Probably won't be back b/c the front plate won't survive too many washes. Plus now I'm missing a front fog light blank (place where there is a blank where other car models have fog lights). Other than that, the wash itself was very nice. Car was very clean afterwards, no missed spots which happens with machine car washes. Very quick. Update So I went back and they were able to find my car part. I still probably won't go back b/c I've never had my car parts come off in a wash before. They also recommended I get a reinforced license frame which I probably won't do just to use their carwash - again no other car wash has mangled my license plate as bad and I don't want to buy a car part to make it possibly not mangle. Oh well, was hoping they were an option. read more

The $220 Car Wash!! A couple of weeks ago I visited this new car wash in Leesburg, VA. Since it was new I thought it was worth trying. Big and expensive mistake. 1. I paid $20 for "The Ultimate" wash. While standing in the reception area I was told that my car was ready, a very quick completion. When I asked if the interior had been done I was told that this was an extra charge of $20. Needless to say I turned that opportunity down since the other very, very good car wash in Leesburg includes the interior cleaning in their "Ultimate" service. 2. Upon returning home I discovered that the drivers side wiper blade had been dislodged from the wiper arm by the wash equipment. Fortunately this was an easy fix, but this should not have happened. 3. Walking around the car I noticed that not all the panels were clean nor was the rear hatch or rear bumper. Again, an easy fix, but one that I should not have had to do myself. 4. During my walk around I realized that the rear window wiper arm had been ripped off by the wash equipment. When I called the store I was told that they would look for it, call me back, and report the problem to the general manager. None of that occurred. This morning I took the car to the Ford dealer and had the wiper arm/blade replaced. Cost: $200. Total single car was expense: $220. Do not, ever, use this service. It is bloody expensive. read more
