Just follow the instructions they give you and you should be golden. Honestly the worst thing has been not being able to eat like a normal person... I miss chips! They also have an emergency line you can call after hours (I didn't have to use but good to know I could call). At one point, I was asked to pay even though my appointment was nowhere near finished, and there seemed to be no end in sight to the waiting. The office itself feels dated, crowded, and extremely busy. There seemed to be a large number of patients scheduled at the same time, with staff rushing from person to person. I was left waiting for long periods and genuinely felt like they had forgotten I was there. During the hours I spent there, I was never offered water or asked if I needed anything. This was genuinely one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I understand that affordability may be one of the reasons people choose this practice, but after my experience, I cannot recommend it. If you have another option for dental care, I would take it.
