Ordered custom cupcakes for a baby shower, and Tiffany and team created beautiful, scrumptious cupcakes for us! Love that they can do gluten free and conventional. We did chocolate and snickerdoodle, and then gluten free carrot and gluten free tiramisu. All had rave reviews. She did a great job color matching my colors and following the inspo pics I sent for the design. Recommend calling to start your order since emails took a longer reply. Once contact was established, all communication was easy and prompt. Pics are of the cupcakes all set up at the shower :)

Tiffany did amazing on my sister's Mexican themed graduation cake. I sent her an inspiration picture and the cake was even better than the picture. It was also very delicious and our guests at the party were raving about how beautiful and tasty it was. Will be ordering from her again.

Fizz bakery did an amazing job creating a custome cake for my nieces graduation party. It was absolutely delicious and designed exactly like the example photos we provided to the baker, Ms. Tiffany. I was in search of some good quality cupcakes for my daughter's bday celebration. While I waited in line a sweet lady told me I would be hooked on Fizz bakery. She had come to get 1 of every flavor! I chose banana cream pie, red velvet, snickerdoodle and chocolate cake. They were absolutely delicious!!! I could not have been more impressed. My cousin said the snickerdoodle was the best cupcake she ever had. The cupcakes were fresh and delicious. The lady in line was right... I'm hooked!

Stockton should consider itself so lucky to have this amazing bakery! Tiffany and her crew are doing amazing, amazing work. I brought in an idea for a kids Spider-Man birthday cake two weeks before the cake was needed. The timeline was going to be a little tight for the type of cake I wanted but Tiffany was straightforward and upfront about what she could create for us since they were so busy with other orders. When I say I screamed when I walked into her shop and saw the cake, I mean it! This cake exceeded all my expectations design wise. She managed to add things I didn't think were going to be able to be done. I am so impressed by the way this cake looks but also just completely blown away that it was delicious and moist. Please come to Fizz Bakery for whatever needs you have.

I've been looking for a bakery that can make a speciality cake for my nieces graduation party in 2025. I found this bakery on Yelp and saw that it had a ton great reviews. I decided to stop by today so I could sample some of their cupcakes and inquire about their cakes. I purchased four different cupcakes: raspberry/vanilla, carmel, banana cream, and a vanilla confetti. They were ALL super moist and absolutely delicious. They each also looked visually appealing too. The staff and the baker were all super friendly and helpful. This is the one yall, I have found the bakery I was in search for!!! I will definitely be ordering my nieces graduation cake, as well as future cupcakes, from this bakery. Thank you Fizz Bakery!!

Ok this place absolutely deserves an added star to their rating, EVERYTHING I have tried here I have devoured, from their cookies and baked goods on the shelves to their custom cake creations, Tiffany and her staff have always went above and beyond my families expectations. Recently we ordered a 40th Bday Cake asking simply for a 49er Design, what we picked up was literal art, I felt bad cutting it! Lemon curd and Guava Filling with White cake and let me tell you EVERYONE asked for a slice of each when they went home. That was Nov 11th, we also ordered Pumpkin Pies for our Thanksgiving feast and when I tell you it was the best pumpkin pie I have ever had I absolutely mean it. I was blown away but how light and smooth the pumpkin filling was and the crust was perfect. I had plans to take pics like the cake but It was eaten too fast If you're in the 209 or nearby or even passing thru Stockton, STOP at Fizz Bakery, collect your baked goods then continue your journey you will not regret it!

Easy 5 stars for Fizz! Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. We've tried their cupcakes, cookies, scones, and other treats and everything is consistently delicious. They've also baked several sets of birthday cupcakes for us and each time, our guests rave about how yummy there are. We recently had a Wednesday theme party and I requested black and white cupcakes, so they made half chocolate, half vanilla/oreo with vanilla buttercream + whipped cream + Oreo. I bought spiderweb cupcake wrappers and made cupcake toppers and they were kind enough to add them as decorations for me. I was able to order 2 dozen cupcakes two days before the party without issue. For cakes, definitely order ahead of time (6-8 weeks).

Im soooo happy with my cake purchase from Tiffany and her staff! I go here regularly for pastries or cupcakes it's always 10/10 so delicious ambiance is always nice! This cake was so good and moist! She is so talented. My son was thrilled and the kids all were so excited to eat it. What a cute find! Needed cupcakes for a small baby shower. I've never been here, and their website wasn't working, but I took a chance and called them. Ordered a yummy combo of champagne cake with strawberry buttercream. So delicious! They were a hit! The staff is super pleasant and friendly. Definitely coming here to get my cupcake fix .

I visited the bakery today as I was on a warranty repair call for one of the brand new ovens. Tiffany is just as nice as can be and I wound up buying some baked goods to bring home to me and my wife. My wife says those carrot cupcakes are the best she's ever had. My hat is off to you. You're off to a wonderful start I will be back thank you. Tiffany and her crew are amazing! My wedding was this past weekend and the cake from Fizz Bakery was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. I heard all my guests say that the cake tasted great! Went back today and realized this place can really get me in trouble with my waist line. I tried the protein cookies for the first time. OH EM GEE!!! They are soft and chock full of goodies, even whole roasted almonds and goji berries!! Everything so far is amazing!! Funny... I opened one of the 2 protein cookies I got as soon as I pulled out the lot. I LITERALLY wanted to turn around to get a few more because they are so good!! Self control is necessary! And Tiffany's service is amazing. She was helping another couple but made eye contact with me and smiled and responded to my compliments about the cupcake I got a few days prior. The young girl who helped me though seemed like she cared less about my excitement there. read more

On February 25, 2017, we gave our Mother a 65TH Birthday party. Fizz Bakery made her party a smash. Mom is known for still wearing high heels at 65!! Can step out in 5 inch stilettos with no problem. Fizz Bakery made high heel cupcakes and a cake that tasted absolutely amazing. Everything was moist and delicious. Mom said, "Next year make sure you get the cupcakes again!" This place is AMAZING!! They have fresh made pastries everyday!! They're cakes they make are unbelievable! We came in today to order my son's 5th birthday cake. The ladies helped so much!! This place is great. Found them by chance while looking for someone to make a cake for my 1 year old. Tiffany assures is it would be done when all other bakeries couldn't have it done in time. Went in to see her in person. Tiffany is not only extremely talented in why she does, she is extremely kind, and thoughtful. She took the time to ask us about our child and whether or not she has had much sugar. She explained that different styles will have more sugar than others. This type of caring does not go unnoticed. My daughter and I go here at least once a month for the cupcakes. Just recently we tried the cookies and apple pocket...big mistake.... we were like addicts, we had to go back in the same week to get more cookies and apple pockets. I went there today to order a cake for my stepdaughter's 16th birthday . Tiffany was so sweet and helpful. She knew exactly what we were looking for. We ordered cupcakes and checked in on Yelp and got a free cookie. That cookie was so freaking awesome. Best cookie hands down. Allow 4-5 weeks for specialty orders. Edit: I am editing my review based on all the rave reviews everyone else who tried it gave the cake. Despite my thinking the frosting was too sweet, most others thought the sweetness level was perfect. All in all this is an outstanding place with excellent customer service and I can't wait to purchase from here again. Great customer service. Five stars for sure in that department. I ordered a cake for a birthday party and they went the extra mile to find images that would fit the theme. They did an amazing job on the outside. We took pictures. Loved it. The cake was chocolate with a chocolate mousse filling and white frosting on the outside. The only issue we had is that the white frosting on the outside was way too sweet. Like practically pure sugar. I had to remove all the frosting from my slice just to eat it. The cake part was moist and delicious and the chocolate mousse filling was perfect. 3.5 starts total. 5 stars all around for service and the cake part except for the frosting. Sadly, 0 stars there. Next time I will ask to sample to make sure I like the flavors before I buy the cake. That was my fault right there. read more

This is our first time being here at that bakery and let me tell you, Tiffany and her worker is amazing. The price was reasonable as well and everything about the cake turn out AMAZING!!! Our first time and definitely NOT our last time either. Our son cake was Five Nights at Freddys and the cake that we chose was very berry cake wit strawberry filling and that cake is sooo delicious. Our daughter cake was My Little Pony and the cake was German chocolate with cookie and creme filling. Both of the cake turn out and taste amazing!! Hands down one of the best bakeries I've seen in all of California. So blessed to have it so close. They made the "Naked" wedding cake for my wedding and the all three flavors were moist and delicious. A lot of bakeries make cupcakes that are just ok but Fizz Bakery has mastered moistness if that's a word in nearly everything they make. You will never be disappointed and they make specific requests if you have them. They are creative and inventive but also very down to earth. I often talk about them saying "my baker" is so good they should try. People will say that's a weird way to talk about your wife. I say I'm not talking about my wife. I'm talking about the best bakery I've ever been too. Even discounted 1-2 day old cookies are still phenomenal. There's so much more I could say, but you have to go a check them out. They'll become a favorite of your's too. They also make Keto friendly desserts. I've tried them and gotta say didn't know that was possible to eat something with no sugar and it still be so good. read more

Fizz is by far the best bakery in Stockton Ca. Tiffany saved the day for my grandsons 13th birthday. I originally ordered a cake from Safeway net knowing they no longer do sugar pictures. Another baker sent me to Tiffany and she made me one. I knew then this was the beginning of a long friendship. I called Safeway and said to make a larger cake and I would be there in the morning to give it to them to place on the cake. The poor kid at the bakery told me the decorators had left an hour ago. He was embarrassed to bring out the cake. No wonder it was horrid. I took the cake to Tiffany and she worked her magic for only $10. This woman loves her work and her staff is wonderful. I am trying to figure out how to put the before and after cake on here. You won't believe it! read more

Oh goodness! Small local business with big delicious taste. Took my son here as a reward for school grades and he loved everything he picked. We ordered our granddaughters 4th birthday Minnie Mouse cake from this business and yes we will most certainly be using Tiffany and staff again! The cake was awesome, tasted so moist and delicious and everyone at her party enjoyed it! Yes we paid good money for it, but it was worth every penny in my opinion! Tiffany is always so nice, smiling, bubbly, etc when you walk into her store to order things or pick up any fresh baked items she has to sell, and I appreciate that as a customer! She really works hard to please her customers in my opinion! We had used a place called Creative Delightz last year for our 10 year old granddaughter's party and it was not even close to this cake and in fact no one ate it after they tasted the first bite because it was so dry and terrible! We will continue with Fizz Bakery for sure! read more

Excellent baked goods here. I love all their cupcakes that Ive had the privilage to try. My only concern is that their shop is tiny and if you go here when it's crowded, it's hard to look at their pastries and baked goods in their window to select what you want due to customers standing in your view doing their business. I hope they get a bigger Shop because they are wonderful bakers. read more

I attended a bridal event today and saw fizz bakery's booth which instanstly made me excited! The past few months ive read several great reviews and just haven't had the chance to stop by. All I can say is OMG!!! the snickerdoodle cake with cream cheese frosting is AMAZING! although I'm sad I didn't win the free cake for my wedding today :((( I'm going to have to come in and at least order my top cake. SO GOOD! read more

So I've been looking high and low, from city to city and going as far as Modesto to find a replacement. I've come across some decent cheesecake but I still hadn't found one as good as my favorite cheesecake in Woodbridge. That is until I came across Jennifer. I was searching on Yelp once again and came across her Yelp page once again and thought it was time to take the plunge and contact Jennifer to order one of her cheesecakes. I hadn't called her yet because there wasn't a reason for me ordering an entire cheesecake and felt like it's a bit much to order myself an entire cheesecake. But after so many failed attempts I felt like it was time, after all maybe I can freeze it for future cravings. I let her know I love crust and was requesting a thicker one. She ended up asking me if I wanted my cheesecake to have a crust on top so that way I'd have crust on the top and bottom. I told her it sounded good and I really appreciated the fact that she took into consideration what I told her I liked. So today I got my cheesecake and I couldn't be any happier. It's creamy just like I prefer and there's definitely a lot of good crust. I'm so happy to have found Jennifer and look forward to getting more from her in the future. From what I saw on Yelp she makes really good treats. If you're looking for great cheesecake or other desserts you really don't need to look any further, I'm positive that you'll be more then happy with what you order from Jennifer. She's also very friendly and of course accommodating obviously. That's better then any bakery I've ever went to. There's nothing better then getting the exact dessert that you've been craving. We have family with special dietary needs, and I was drawn to this bakery by all the options listed on its website, and by all the excellent reviews I had seen here on yelp. For the first occasion, it was my mom's 80th birthday. I ordered a 10 inch round cake...sugar free marble with non-dairy whipped topping to fill and frost. The cake was excellent! You could not tell the cake was sugar free...no after taste; the cake was moist and delicious, and got rave reviews from our guests!! The second occasion I ordered 50 cupcakes for my sons Air Force Send Off party. I ordered sugar free vanilla, lemonade, peanut butta cup and merry berry strawberry. Once again...rave reviews from our guests. Moist, delicious, awesome flavor, sugar free did not taste sugar free, not did it leave an after taste. And I must give Tiffany kudos for excellent customer service as well. Both of my parties were on Sundays. I said I would pick up my orders on Saturday, but she insisted on everything being fresh, so she was there early on both Sundays so that I could pick up my orders before my parties. I wanted a small cake for my 25th birthday party on Friday afternoon but I was told that they are about 2-3 weeks out for getting those types of cakes done. She asked me when my party was so I told her it was on this coming Friday. We decided on a set of 24 cupcakes. These cupcakes I tell you are so delicious. My personal favorite was the salted caramel cupcakes! The frosting was delicious! Not to mention the decorations on the topping of these cupcakes were cool.
