Friendly gentleman at the desk accommodated my request and he looked at it and assured me that it was just a protector that's broken. $15 for a 2 minute fix. That was great! He even threw in a free flexible screen protector since my old one is old and has some "leak" spots already. Assessed and installed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

This is a kiosk in the Arundel Mills Mall, near the food court (neighborhood 2). This is my first…read moreexperience getting a phone screen repair so I have nothing to compare to. Normally I am not rash, and churlish enough to toss my phone on a carpeted floor expecting it to land safely. No it bounced and hit the frame of a antique sewing machine, so perfectly that it cracked the screen...okay confession over. So this process took a week and 3 trips. I am willing to accept that some of the overall length of time is "supply chain" [they didn't have my screen model in stock]. However my only knock is the said they would call and never did. I called a few days into the wait. Young man said it was there, so I made the trip (not that far, but still not without hassle). When I arrived he looked around (I would argue that should have been done when I called) and was told to come over. All good we all make lazy mistakes sometimes. Young man was otherwise professional and polite. Anyway the work was done correctly, phone looks like new and $100 lesson in being an impulsive dolt was worth it. Lesson learned, get more sleep during the week, get some exercise, manage stress better so you don't have to go through this first world problem, a dumb problem to create for yourself.

Believe the negative reviews. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The craftsmanship?…read morePoor? The professionalism? Even worse. I dropped off my Apple Watch with these guys 6 months ago for a simple battery replacement. Got it back 3 weeks later. Watch turns on and then immediately dies. I take it back because its clearly a workmanship issue. They tell me something wasn't connected right and will fix it. Then the saga begins. For literally 4 months, I had to call every week asking for an update. They always promised to call back, and never would, so I would have to call. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, because the excuses always sounded legitimate. They were not. Finally after 6 months, I demanded my refund. They then refused to give me any sort of compensation for my now BRICKED Apple Watch. I took them a working device, and now I have a worthless piece of junk. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and have filed a BBB complaint and may even go to small claim court.
