Just after purchasing my iPhone 7 plus from the T-Mobile store i dropped it on the concrete floor outside the store. My phone was already cracked 1 minute afrer buying it. I went back in the T-Mobile store and they told me I had to pay another $250 to get a new one. I had just bought it! So i didnt know what to do and started looking for places to fix it. Called about 5 places until i called fixaphone and nobody had it in stock and they said they would have to order it. Those places were quoting me $200-300! I finally called fixaphone and they quoted me $150 and told me it would get done in 20 minutes. I headed over there and they were really busy. It came to be my turn and the process is really easy. I gave the receptionist my name and phone number and they took in the phone. The receptionist told me to wait 20 minutes but, i found that hard to bealive because there was so many people waiting. I waited 15 minutes and my phone came out flawless and looking like new again. It was like magic. I was so amazed on how fast and convenient this place was. Definetly coming back for all my cell phone needs and telling all my friends about this place. 5 star shop! read more

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen really bad, so I needed to fix it asap!!! Searched around for prices and they were the cheapest I found! So I brought it to fix a phone and they were able to fix it in 25 min while I was hanging out in the lobby! Everyone was friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Once they fixed my phone they even put a screen protector and gave me a case for free. Customer service is something they highly care about. I will go back if I need anything else and will tell my friends to go there as well. My screen is still working just like original. So the parts they have are OEM!! They also have a nice variety of accessories chargers, cases, and many more items. They really are just a quality store! read more

Called in and requested a quote to replace the screen of my Nokia 920, which had broken 2 days earlier. The gentleman there advised me that it would cost $165, but then proceeded to google the cost of another Nokia 920. He found out that the price was similar and advised me to consider my options. He said that he was happy to order in the glass, but left it to me to decide. I was very surprised that he had offered me this information, and I was amazed that he had considering it cost him a "sale". Would certainly recommend them for their honesty and integrity, and would be happy to return if I needed assistance in the future. read more

Fast courteous service at a reasonable price. I walked in with a cracked iphone screen. They were able to fix it for me while I waited. Another customer came in with a more complex issue. They were able to explain that to fix the issue they'd have to solder a new chip onto the phone's circuit board, something I wouldn't even think of attempting myself. (Not a fix while you wait problem but at least an alternative to having to replace the circuity board or trash the phone.) Another customer came in looking buy another phone from them having purchased one previously. I was very pleased to have FIXAPHONE in my neighborhood. read more

I'm writing this review a week later after I got my phone fixed at this store. These guys are absolutely awesome they fixed my iPhone 6 and they fixed it in less then 15 minutes. I thought my phone wasn't going to work anymore but I guess they are magic or something because my phone is working better than ever. Not only that but the price for the repair is shockingly cheap. They only charged me $45. That's amazingly cheap and the quality is really good. Like I said I'm writing this review a week after I got my phone fixed. So far so good if anything changes I will edit my review and keep you guys posted. read more

I was very upset when it broke and I knew as soon as I saw the screen I had to bring it to fix a phone.. when I came in the guy was polite and told me I could be back as soon as 30 min! So I left got some chick fil a and came back! When I returned once again very politely he gave me my phone and hooked me up with the best deal of a screen protector and a case for only $10 !! 10/10 recommend. He also helped decide what color of case was good for me since I was very conflicted on which color to get! I got black ((: read more
