I called ServPro of Central Brevard since I knew they specialized in the type of cleanup I needed done and was connected with the owner, Raymond, who wound up being a comforting and helpful individual to deal with my issue. Ray took it upon himself to meet my friend at work who had the keys to my residence, after which he meticulously documented the scene in my house with digital photographs that he emailed me and then discussed via phone. He then prepared a rather reasonably priced estimate for the work to be done, and he ensured the work was done in a timely manner.
