I thought, ok, I'll try them. Big mistake. I paid $289.00 for a service call and to remove the emergency bolt from my garage, as I had no key. Once open, Chris was basically at a loss as to why all my remotes were not working. Diagnosis was a possible bad circuit board and recommended that since the garage opener was 20 years old, it was best to replace it. I was anxious to get the door fixed, agreed, and he informed me that they do not carry the size motor for a single door. He suggested to me to go to Home Depot!!!! He was aware beforehand that he was called to repair a single garage door and could have mentioned that on the phone. I was speechless. I am still upset that I called this company and did not wait until Monday to call the best garage door repair company in Indian River County. On Monday morning, my door was fixed within an hour. I am out $289.00 I was quoted this amout prior to him coming, I was not made aware that they don't carry garage door motors for single garages and that they would not be able to repair replace my motor, if that were the problem. I am a senior on a fixed income and I feel that I was deceived. If you think you may not be able to fix the problem, don't make the service call. The possibility that the motor or circuit board was shot should have come to your mind when I described the issue with the remotes. I am still fuming. Very expensive lesson learned.
