After almost a week without hot water the part came and Taylor D ghosted us. We called and left messages. We got the service and left messages. We finally had to just replace the whole water heater and had to pay another plumber to do it- we paid cash. We expected that eventually they would realize their mistake and call- never happened. So Taylor d missed out on a cash pay job. We still do not know why Taylor d ghosted us but we will never use them or recommend them to anyone. We have had good service people and bad service people - but never been ghosted by a business. Do not use this plumber.

Tech called didn't want to come. Husband said not an emergency, but call center said no available appointments tomorrow. What 24-hr service means is that they will answer the phone. It does not mean theny will repair it when you need it. The service person came out the next day and told me that the disposal was broken and needed to be replaced. He did not check the pipes or anything. After a 10-minute sales job he finally got to the bottom liobe: The price: $870. For a disposal??? After negotiating with the "Manager" he offered me $650 plus a 2-year free membership. I refused. I called another plumbing company. They came out within 2 hours. He looked over the situation, opened up the pipes and told me that I DID NOT need new equipment: just a clean out. He showed me the pipes. $205 late and 30 minutes the job was done. I am the winner today, as I save $665 today by not using Dial Duron.

It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.
