William is the man ,he does what he says he's going to do , very professional and on time. I cannot…read moresay enough about his performance.

After a VERY cold uncomfortable shower, we deduced that our hot water heater was probably dead, so…read morewe did what most people would do- hopped on the Home Depot website and picked a new one then hit the I need an installer button... Moments later we were contacted by a local plumber who would have been happy to charge us $1700 to replace our water heater (it's a 40 gallon basic tank!) so we politely said no thank you, and were then contacted by someone who could not give us any information at all. Frustrated, I turned to Yelp- just to look for a local plumber. I had no idea there was a service recommendation tool on here!!! Anyway, I put our information in and waited for a call back from "five local plumbers" within seconds I got several texts from different local companies. I opened them one by one and they were all pretty generic except one, this one. The text was personally written and then followed up with a rough estimate without me even needing to ask. So, we called William, he picked up right away and came to the house within 20 minutes to take a look at our situation & verify what we needed. We had an old used up water heater with a leaking expansion tank and the pipe from the water heater to the wall had obviously leaked at one point because there was a small mold ring. William told us we would be fine with a 40 or 50 gallon and a small expansion tank, he told us to pick one about the same height as the one we had to avoid more pipe work, and as his original text indicated, he said he was available Wednesday afternoon. (This was a Monday afternoon that we initially contacted him) So we ordered what we needed from a big box store that offered delivery. As promised, and right on time William showed up, pulled our old water heater out and installed a new one in just a couple of hours! He cleaned up behind himself and the new install is clean and flawless. He was respectful, honest and transparent through the entire transaction- oh, and his estimate of was spot on even though he had to run to ace hardware mid job. Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing disasters, but if we do- we will be sure to call William!

I am writing to formally address a dispute regarding the water heater installation services…read moreprovided by Climate Experts. Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Forced Purchase of Additional Water Heater: Due to time constraints related to the sale of the house, Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, leaving me with no choice but to purchase the recommended water heater for installation in the attic. The new water heater was installed with an invoice dated 17 February 2025 and signed 13 February 2025. Issues and Concerns Failure to Honor Signed Quote: The signed quote explicitly stated that the water heater could be installed in the garage. Climate Experts refused to honor this agreement, citing additional costs and unforeseen circumstances despite having sufficient information (pictures, listing details, etc.) to prepare the quote. Lack of Due Diligence: Climate Experts did not send a technician to inspect the property prior to providing the quote, despite my realtor offering flexibility to accommodate a visit. This oversight led to inaccurate assumptions and subsequent issues. Leverage of Time Constraints: Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, forcing me to purchase an additional water heater to meet the inspection requirements for selling the house. Financial Impact: I incurred additional costs due to Climate Experts' refusal to honor the original agreement and their lack of due diligence.

I always like to give credit where it is deserved…read more My front bathroom toilet would drain VERY slowly. I assumed I would need the drain snaked. It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.

Amazing service. Luis was super helpful over the phone troubleshooting with me…read more Next day visit from technician David who identified the issue with my water heater and had it replaced, flushed all of the pipes the very same day.
