The hot water circulation pump only worked for about two months and then quit working. I called them several times and all I get is excuses. There is definitely no service after the sale. When you call them you get forwarded to an answering service and you just have to hope they will return your call. Now I've had to pay another plumber to come out and check the pump only to confirm that the pump is not working. I am once again trying to contact them to replace the pump, but still no response!
