Neighbors recommended Ultimate, it was in our BBB book as a 5 yr. recommended business. I checked the 5 five star Yelp, google, Angi and Next Door reviews, I called at 10 AM and RJ arrived at 6 PM. RJ was personable, professional and very neat. I was happy he showed up when he said he would and solved the issue. He assessed our appliance and diagnosed a faulty compressor. Repairs were 1/3 of the price of a new refrigerator, we all felt it was a worthwhile repair. On line, I checked Home Depot and a local appliance shop, his pricing was accurate. The refrigerator is now 2x the price we paid 4 yrs. ago. When scheduling the appointment, I received a confirmation email. I was asked to text a picture of the model & serial number from the appliance in advance. RJ came with all the parts & equipment needed to do the repair. He spent 2 1/2 hours replacing , soldering & cleaning out the lines. He accepted credit cards & we received an email receipt. RJ left his card & told us not to fill the frig for 24 hours. RJ followed up with us the following day. He believes the service contract companies aren't worthwhile as they don't hire quality technicians. As wonderful as RJ & Ultimate were, I hope I won't see them for many more years!

Rob came out within the two hour window as quoted. Very personable, knowledgeable and wore a mask. He quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem as a bad heating element. He had the part in his car so after a fair price he got to work fixing our dryer. Excellent service from him and his coworker Moriel (not sure on spelling), completed the job quickly and also left the place tidy. Highly recommended!! Unfortunately, this particular part was no longer being manufactured and I could also not locate a replacement anywhere (I looked long and hard as the alternative was replacing an expensive unit). I was fortunate to find Board Busterz through a Google Search and I spoke with Tony about having him troubleshoot and hopefully repair the board. He came through in a big way, identifying/replacing a couple of defective parts and sending me the board back (less than a week from shipping it out to receiving it back in the mail). I then called the local service company to have the board re-installed in the wine fridge and everything was back to normal (no more error codes)! Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the end result but also with the way Tony handled the process (friendly, professional and reasonable).

Since I coincidentally didn't receive my lease renewal I removed it but now that's no longer a concern I will resubmit my original review which I still fully stand by: Ana was such a horrid and vile individual that I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone unless your goal is to bring someone else misery. She seems as if she incapable of providing truthful information or controlling her emotions when she is "overwhelmed" by phone calls. I will say outside of dealing with Ana the quality of the I received was crappy and dirty. While it is understandable the products are refurbished and not brand new it shouldn't look as if they were recently removed from a foreclosed home. The delivery driver Jason was more than kind and pleasant to communicate with. Hopefully he can guide Ana on how to be more like him when communicating with customers/clients. Having a broken fridge while being a breastfeeding mother is hard enough and unfortunately Ana used her position to not only drag out the situation longer than needed but be she was a total b**** to someone who just wanted truthful information. I initially tried to give Anna grace and thought maybe she was having a bad day as we all do but she is simply a vile individual as she dragged out providing a clean and functioning fridge for 25 days! Mostly repair people takes too long to fix and to order the parts but he got things done by letting us know how long it takes to get parts.
