I explained what the previous company had said and the issue I had with the refrigerator. He agreed with the diagnosis of the previous company - but instead of a new refrigerator, he said he could fix it. He ordered the parts to be overnighted, but they didn't arrive until late the next day. He set me as the first appointment the following day. He arrived promptly at the time he indicated and explained everything he would need to do. At one point he found that "oil had gotten into the refrigerant lines" and that is "not good". He thought he could get it cleared out, and he did. After about 6 hours the refrigerator was cooling like new. He charged $300 service fee and handled the entire parts replacement himself by placing a claim with LG for the warranted parts.
