Dennis Boyea can fix any appliance that other companies cannot! He is amazing! He has repaired our dishwasher, dryer and stove. read more

For those of you who think that the concept of a responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and affordable service technician is a thing of the past, Dennis Boyea embodies all of these qualities of that era in today's world. We have used Dennis several times, and each time he was immediately responsive to our call, came out to our house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and because of his expensive experience with appliances, immediately knew what was wrong with our Maytag washer (in this case), and knew which part we needed and what had to be ordered. Within three days he was back with the part and fixed the problem within about an hour. His repair rate was very reasonable, and probably much less than a brand authorized service technician would have charged. He also guarantees his work. Believe me, you will be completely satisfied with Dennis and the work he performs on your appliances. We plan on using him for all of our appliance needs. You should as well. read more

I'm going to give Mr. Boyea 5 stars for being an honest man! He responded to my call very quickly. He took the time to research the parts I needed, and even though I followed up with him, he recommended I order the part myself and save the cost of a service visit. He even gave me a site to order the parts! After looking at it a little closer, it really is an easy fix!! Who does that anymore? He will now be the person I call from here on out for honest assistance with any appliances we have! read more

Dennis Boyea's Appliance Repair - My repair from Dennis. - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

Came home Friday from a trip with a pile of laundry. I called and had to email a few yelp suggested companies but Dennis actually answered the phone. He had the lowest service call rate and said he could be here on Monday between 10:00 and 10:30. To my surprise he called at 10:01 and said he was on his way. Dryer works perfectly, his rates are great ... so what more could you ask for in service? Not a thing. Will definitely use him again. Thanks you very much. Now to catch up on laundry ...YUCK read more

I got a referral to use this business. I would give him a 10 if I could.. we have a vacay condo in Tequesta and always weary when we need a repair of any kind if we will be overcharged or scammed. Not from Dennis Boyea!!! Dennis was soooooo nice and knows appliances. He was straightforward and fast. He knows refrigerators. He open the fridge and took the panel off and checked a few areas and pinpointed the issue. He was honest and told us the cost to repair vs buying a new, he recommended buying a new one. Fridge was not getting cold and it was a Freon leak somewhere. He didn't overcharge us. Honesty is good. Highly recommend this business in Palm Beach and surrounding area. read more

Thanks, Dennis and Brad ... you set the bar high in the service industry. read more

I called Dennis multiple times. He returned one call leaving me a message telling me how busy he is. Thereafter, he made no attempt to return my calls. Personally, I find this unprofessional. A simple text or quick call sorts things out. Clearly, my business didn't interest him. read more

Our Samsung dryer stopped heating over the weekend. I called Dennis on Monday and he had someone to our house by 1pm that same afternoon. Brad was great. The heating element was damaged. He had a replacement with him so we didn't have to wait for parts. With the service fee and the part it was under $200. Great service! read more

Dennis came out the day after my late afternoon call and diagnosed a somewhat difficult problem we had with an oven. Even called an associate to help when he needed a second set of hands. He had to order the required part as it was not a common piece that a company would have on their truck. I offered a deposit as I would expect to pay for a special order and he said it wasn't required. He arrived back in four days (two of them were a weekend) disassembled the oven again and replaced the part all for what we considered a reasonable and fair price. Everybody needs a local appliance repair guy and Dennis is ours. PS: I found him on YELP (after listening to music on hold with another company) and called him as it seemed a below review might be a bit unfair. This is my 200th review and usually stick to restaurants, but it's pretty clear I'm not new to YELP. And no, I am not Dennis' buddy, friend, associate etc. read more

I've heard lots of wonderful things. I called last week. No call back??? Not sure if they're still in business.

He came in pulled dishwasher said it is not working and would get back when he checked on part. Never got back to me and charged 90 dollars.

I've used Dennis before for fridge repair and had no issues. Recently called for a dishwasher that wasn't draining. He came out the next morning, but apparently because the job wasn't going to be a quick repair, he told my wife that he wasn't interested and left her with the broken dishwasher, wouldn't even recommend someone who might take the job. Will never use him again. read more

I highly recommend this appliance repair business. I called, he came and fixed my dryer. Honest and very reasonable.

I've used Dennis Boyea for several years. He's great -- not sure what that person who gave him the bad review is talking about. Dennis is honest, knowledgable, and dependable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him for any repair. My review is based upon the way that Dennis conducts himself -- as a professional should -- and nothing else. read more

He was fast and efficient and he knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend, do not hesitate for 1 second!

Great to work with. Repaired a dryer and provided recommendations so the problem would not reoccur. Also, ordered a replacement part for my washer and installed it when the part came in. read more

I received the recommendation through Nextdoor. The first thing is that you get a specific time for an appointment, not a window. The second thing is that they arrive exactly at that time. The third thing is the tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He accurately estimated when the parts would arrive and made the appointment for the next day after they received them. Now here's what really impressed me. The dishwasher appeared that it wasn't rinsing well after the repair was completed. I called back the next day (Saturday) and they called back within the hour. He thought it may be residue from before the repair but made an appointment for Monday morning. I wiped everything down just in case it was just residue and sure enough he was right. Two subsequent washes were perfect. So I called Monday morning to cancel and they said they still wanted to look to make sure the new parts were OK (they were). They could have easily said OK it's canceled and moved on to a paying job but instead wanted to make sure my previously paid job was good. That's how to run a good business!!! I highly recommend them. read more

Dennis and his guys are exactly what we needed. Responded to my call right away. Talked me through costs prior to coming out and made sure I was comfortable, came out and was personable and thorough and was honest when it came to the fees at the end.
