I'm fairly apt at basic home repairs, but after a few YouTube videos and nothing seeming to work, I called IQZO. Andrei picked up the phone, asked for my address, and was over in 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. He identified the problem in under an hour, ordered the necessary part, and came back the next day to quickly install it. Andrei is very honest, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and I am so very grateful for his swift repair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I would give him TEN STARS if I could!!!

I can't overstate how satisfied we were with out service call from this provider!…read morePrompt, Professional, Reliable, Reasonably Priced, Well Prepared, Friendly and Respectful. I called on NewYears Day (Friday afternoon) and left a voicemail about a refrigerator problem. I figured I wouldn't hear back until the following Monday. Forty minutes later Ron, the principal in the business, texted me. He asked me to send him a photo of the unit's identification plate, to help him determine if it's a type he could service. Great time saver for all involved! Minutes later he texts me back saying when he can arrive the next morning (Saturday) and explaining his charges. Saturday morning he calls to advise us that he would arrive in twenty minutes at the pre-appointed time. He arrived, masked and focused. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part (which he had on his truck, thanks to his pre-call preparation), generated a bill, cleaned up and after a moment of friendly small talk was off to his next gig. We live in a relatively close knit single family home community and we will be sharing our experience as the opportunity presents itself. Thank you, Ron!!

For those of you who think that the concept of a responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and affordable…read moreservice technician is a thing of the past, Dennis Boyea embodies all of these qualities of that era in today's world. We have used Dennis several times, and each time he was immediately responsive to our call, came out to our house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and because of his expensive experience with appliances, immediately knew what was wrong with our Maytag washer (in this case), and knew which part we needed and what had to be ordered. Within three days he was back with the part and fixed the problem within about an hour. His repair rate was very reasonable, and probably much less than a brand authorized service technician would have charged. He also guarantees his work. Believe me, you will be completely satisfied with Dennis and the work he performs on your appliances. We plan on using him for all of our appliance needs. You should as well.
