Had an older model iPhone with a cracked screen that had been exposed to some raindrops resulting in 0 not working. Took in for screen replacement and water damage check. Also noted the charging port had issues. In a short time I was notified the screen & charging port were replaced and ready for pick up. At pick up we found the rain must have damaged the sound or volume. Immediately they began to recheck the phone and asked us to leave or bring back the next day. We did and in less than 2 hours the problem was resolved. We are very happy with our experience. read more

Run do not walk away from this store. They essentially robbed me by replacing my 256G iPhone with a 128G. I first brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max 256G for a back repair. He told me it would be ready in 2 hours and would be $180. He said he only had a black cover and I agreed that was okay. 4 hours later the phone was ready but it was overheating repeatedly and would not work. I brought it home just figuring the store didn't have any AC and it just needed to cool down. It continued to just cycle reboot and was really hot. I brought it back with my husband and told him he broke my phone and needed to fix it ASAP bc I needed it for work. He demanded that he did not break it over and over again. I demanded a refund because it was clear we weren't getting anywhere. He was reluctant but gave it to me back in cash (I paid with a credit card) We took it to the Verizon store to trade it in and get a new phone because I need by phone for work (2FA etc) and they said they couldn't take it because it was dangerously overheating. I got a new phone and went back to Fix it All to inform them that he had not only broken my phone but cost me $1100 in the process of getting a new one. The owner continued to lecture me and tell me that his business was not going to take a loss. It got so bad to the point that he would only speak to my husband. We asked for compensation for the money we paid and we would move on. He refused stating he wanted to try and fix it. It was clear to us that he had given a refund without his bosses permission and was now in trouble. We agreed. He kept saying his boss was coming in from to take a look - we always "just" missed him (he was lying, his boss was in VA) Three days later he called us to tell us the phone was broken (duh.) and he would send it off for repairs with his insurance. We agreed but wanted a paper trail - no paper trail was ever given to us. Luckily, I could track my phone with find my iphone. 2 months later (we had to go into the store every few weeks for an update because he would say he was going to call us and never did) we got the phone back. But here is the catch - he didn't use real iPhone parts to replace it and its now a 128G iPhone not a 256G. We didn't catch this until we brought it back to Verizon. Essentially, they robbed us. Twice. I should have sued them for what they did but they were VERY manipulative and eager to get us out of the store. At the end of the day I just wanted to be done with those jerks. He literally told him our problem "kept him awake at night" Be serious. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life! I took my apple watch here for a screen repair since it was cracked. They told me it would cost 180$ and would only take about 3 days to fix. I go in to pick up my watch and they claim they don't have the right screen to replace it with and it will be another week before I can pick it up because their boss was going to go get the right pieces that they needed I go to pick it up again and they this time claim that whatever they are doing just isn't working and the touch screen won't activate. (First of all.... They never gave me any call or updates on that matter whatsoever, they had my phone number but didn't think to call me and let me know my watch wasn't ready so that I wouldn't waste my time driving up there to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready?!) This back and forth went on for a month and a half and I was finally fed up and told them to just forget about it and that I wanted my watch back. The manager insisted that they would fix it and that I could pick it up in a few days. Well long story short I got my watch and it seemed to be working perfectly fine although you could definitely tell they did an iffy job on it, the screen was kind of crooked and there was sticky residue as if they just used some sort of glue to attach it on there... and then not even a WEEK goes bye and my sister simply bumps into me and the new screen of my watch just becomes completely detachted with wires coming out of it and everything. At this point i was just so annoyed with these people that i am just never going back there and refuse to deal with them ever again. Do yourself a favor, save you're time, save you're money. Fix It All Bel Air uses junk aftermarket screens for your iPhone. I constantly got messages saying an aftermarket screen was used. They used such a poor quality screen that the screen would randomly spaz out, or would not work at all. They do not stand behind their warranty and told me there was nothing they could do so I'm out over $400, and had to get insurance and pay a $200 deductible for a new phone. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. i brought my pixel 6xl in because I dropped it. They put a new screen in and the next day a small black hole (ink spot) formed under the glass. I went back to the store 3 times and the owner/repair man was never there. He was always out of the country. On the third time there he was on the phone and said I needed to pay $200 more (after having the phone screen replaced for $300) in order to get another screen. Took my iphone there had screen replaced not bad. Went back because the mic. Stopped working they fixed it. A day later not working. Wouldnt refund me. Called BBB they helped get my refund back. They said I only had my screen fixed there. My bank statement showed different. I took it to Best Buy for the mic and update issue's that should have been covered under warranty. The geek squad asked if I had work done on it I told him about the screen. He said he could tell because it was a junk screen and the water seal was missing so he couldn't send it to Apple to be fixed because of Fix it all's bad work. They are NO good. read more

Took my wife's iPhone to fix the screen, $195 later she has a new screen. Two days later the screen is not working despite not dropping the phone or any other than normal wear. Took the phone back and told there are two cracks! Needs a new screen and will cost another $185! What? Fix It will not back up their work. When argued with them they said they would come down to $150 as they were giving us a deal! They should have just replaced it or at least give it us at cost. Took it to the mall and got a new screen for $100 with a guarantee. I never write bad reviews but when you conduct business like Fix It you will reap bad reviews. I went here to get my iPhone SE fixed, don't really remember how much it cost. Once I got it fixed, I took it home and my screen started glitching. When I went to type the letter L, everything but L would appear on the screen. So, I took it back a few days later to see if they can provide me with a new screen, which Jeremy did thoughtfully. I came here to get my charging port fixed and ended up making 6 trips there. After the first they had broken my phone and it would restart every 2 minutes, then they suggested a new $200 screen would fix it. After that didn't work I left it with them overnight. The next day I go to pick it up and they had reset my phone and I had lost all my contacts and photos because they didn't ask if I had backed up my data. So now I have lost all my data, my phone was still broken, and I had to pay for the charging port which is now pointless since my phone barely works.
