I had never added power steering fluid in 32,000 miles after checking it regularly. After a trip to this fraud and theift store I have added two pints of power steering fluid in the next two weeks after they damaged my power steering system. I have 40 years repairing industrial equipment and 50 years repairing my own cars . Never take your car or truck to this repair shop unless you have too much money and need to throw some money away. They are happy to charge you for un needed repairs

brought my 2014 f150 in for a transmission last oct took them 2weeks to get the work done, when i…read morepicked up truck i suspected them of putting more miles on my truck then there should have been, i was also missing a bed liner, i did not say anything cause i was not sure if they did use my truck and if the bed liner when missing on there watch. i put 800 miles the truck , then Jun 3 i brought it back for warranty work on the transmission , was shifting hard. but this time i locked my tail gate and took pictures of my dash milage and fuel .so they had my truck 7 weeks trying to find out what was wrong with the transmission, witch they could not fix.so they put in another rebuilt transmission .when i when to pick it up i notice tail gate was unlocked so i asked why is this tail gate unlocked ,, he replied i used your truck to go get parts a few times,, so i went to my truck and took another picture of the dash they put 114 miles on my truck and burnt 1/2 tank of gas front grill was damaged and there was debris and dents and scratches to the bed of my truck. i said to him don't you think this is totally unacceptable he said no. i said do you drive all the customers cars like this he said i do. i then said this is not right and at that point he told me to take my truck and go. seems to be a good mechanic if you don't mind him treating your car/truck like it ant shit! if you use them i highly advise you to note your milage and condition of your vehicle. would not even give 1 star if i could post with out doing so.

I had my oil changed at Christy's today. They were super fast (faster than "rapid" oil change), and really friendly - the owner and his wife chatted with me while I was waiting. The owner even offered me coffee or tea! :o) The total price was in the low $30's. I gave them 4 stars because - "Yay! I AM a fan!" And I will return. When I lived in MN before, I used to go to Saturn for oil changes - they changed my oil, washed my car, and vacuumed it - for a good price. Since Saturn is gone :( and since I need a regular service shop, Christy's works for me.

I called, and they suggested I really had to come in, which makes sense. They gave me options/pricing, and really tried to keep the price low. The dealership quoted me $4,000 (to be clear, dealer did say 'shop around') to repair whole system. I drove out of Muffler Doctor with a repaired, safe, car for just under $200.

Today I brought my Subaru in for brake pads and rotators... I thought easy fix. Well I was informed I needs calipers too. $900+ visit... after speaking with Tim, I remembered I had an extended warranty. After all was said and done, the Subaru dealership has to replace everything due to a manufacture issue. Tim was helpful through the whole process, and charged me NOTHING. When I asked if I could at least pay something for the diagnostics, he stated "oh no, I mean I would hope someone would do this for me in your situation." You do not find that kind of customer service anywhere now days. Most shops are all for themselves and how they can make money. It's great to know there are still good businesses and business people out there. Even the advisor at Subaru mentioned the guys at Muffler Doctor are good people. So if you're looking for a great place to bring your car... this is the place!

I called early morning and asked if they had any availability to mount/balance my tires for today and they said to bring it in & they'll have it done by the end of the day. So I dropped off my car at noon and I didn't pick it up until 7:30pm, 30 minutes past closing. Okay that's fine, he said by the end of the day.. even though that was near 8 hours, I was prepared to be car-less for the day. I also asked for an oil change. So I pick up my Mercedes and it smells kind of funny. I drive it across the street to the Walgreens and the smell gets stronger & my car is making a loud noise. My car is very well maintained & has never had any mechanical issues. When I drop off my car, I'm expecting to pick it up in a better condition than when I dropped it off - not in a condition that seems like my car is about to explode any second. Wth? So I get home and my car is SMOKING. The noise was scary enough, but smoke too? Oh nah I'm thinking my engine is about to blow. Imagine if I had brought my baby with me too. Danger danger. I call the shop immediately & he tells me to bring it back. I'm annoyed that I already waited all day for my car and now you guys messed it up - and I have to bring it back? It's 8pm. I get there and explain everything, no apologies were given. Just takes the car to the garage and says they'll take a look.. Um okay. He comes back about 20 minutes later and says the girl who changed my oil spilled oil ALL over my engine, the sides, it's everywhere, it's a huge mess & It's gonna take a long time to clean it up. Ok so at this point it's already 8:30pm, I'm supposed to been have had my car finished, be home putting my baby to bed, be on about my day, but I'm stuck at the shop, and figure out a way back home AGAIN. I'm clearly upset because why wouldn't they clean up the oil before calling me? They should've notified me of this happening as well and failed to do so. So instead of getting an oil change, I got a huge oil spill, and I'm sure it's going to mess up my car in the long run. Now I'm going to be car less for another day & have to push my plans all around. On top of that, it's cold outside, it's a hassle to bring an infant out in this weather, and what if I had plans? What if I had work the next day, or bring my baby to her doctor appointment? Still no apologies, just a "mistakes happen" No compensation nothing. SMH $355 and an attempted murder. This ain't no lil cheap ahh Honda Civic car either. I am supposed to be going on a long road trip this upcoming weekend which is why I made sure to get all my maintenance done beforehand - now I feel like my car isn't even safe to drive home 5 minutes down the road.
