After buying a pre-owned 2015 Lexus RX350, we immediately got a good size paint chip on the hood while on a road trip. One of the drivers in our family has issues with u-turns. As a result... our cars have deep scratches on their front right bumper. I wasn't interested in repainting the entire bumper... first estimate was almost $1000 from another shop. They gave me an estimate to fix a good-sized dent I had that was a bit lower than another Body Shop, but they recommended a dent expert to me that they figured could fix the problem virtually 100%, and for far less. Took my car to Top Gun After someone rear ended my car. My insurance company wanted me to take it to their certified shop (one of the big shops in town) just happened to be the same shop that screwed up my car several years ago, paint issues twice!!!! I learned a very valuable lesson don't let yours or any insurance company tell you where to take your car. You have the right to take it to whoever you want. the insurance company doesn't warranty the work the shop does . Unfortunately having to revisit and rewrite my review. Initially i was very satisfied and overall happy with the work. However when i received the car it felt as if the rear end was washy and the camber was off, when i brought this to attention i was told it was the way i drive and the car is perfect. I had my doubts but what more could i do? The front right headlight also began to condensate on the inside, the drivers side window was off the track and would twist when rolling up or down, my glove box light didnt work, the dome light didnt work, and the paid began chipping away on the front bumper. The owner eric personally spoke with me and said everything would be taken care of and it wasnt at all. I never heard from him again. About two months after having it back the differential literally exploded as if something was wrong with the rear end. Hmmmm like i had been saying all along. But no apparently the way i use cruise control is incorrect. I spoke with eric when this had happened and was told to take a hike that he would not help the situation and that i should call someone else. All in all im very disappointed and will never return or send anyone to top gun. Im a young man and feel thats a large reason why i was treated this way. Oh yeah they also had my car for 7 months!!!!! The owner doesnt own up to his word or his mistakes. Shady dealings for sure. read more

I can't say enough about Rick and the guys at Top Gun. I called them at 4:30pm on a Thursday afternoon...they close at 5pm. I told him that I was selling my car in 2 days and that I had a chip in my hood. I couldn't get touch up paint from the dealer in time before the buyer arrived and I had to work all day tomorrow. I own a 2002 BMW Z3. It is in great shape but over the years scratches, rock dings etc were becoming noticible around the car. The overall paint is still in good shape just the noticible nicks and scratches were annoying. The touch-up kits sold by the dealer are hard to apply when you're older with a shaky hand and not the best eyesight for such detailed work. That's why I called Top Gun in hopes they could help me with this. I was referred to Chase the "touch-up master". And that he was. I am still speechless and do not have enough words to thank Eric and everyone at Top Gun who helped me out. Someone hit my car in the rear wheel and took off (which was a real pain). They caused some damage to the body above. I searched really hard for a place that I felt I could trust and that would make me feel comfortable leaving my car to them, and Top Gun is it!!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Their amazing customer service and friendliness is what initially pulled me in and made me believe that they really cared about helping me out. You can tell they're real car enthusiasts, but also just amazing human beings - they are not trying to rip you off like a lot of other places. They gave me an initial estimate to fix everything, but frankly it was more than my budget would allow (fair price but recent college graduate here), so I said no to painting the bumper, but yes to doing everything else. When I went to pick up my car, they had painted the entire bumper at NO EXTRA COST, cleaned and detailed my car. To be honest, the car looks better than it did before the accident, which I did not think was possible. On top of that, they charged me less than they normally do for the rest of the repairs and even gave me an additional discount. I just cannot believe that someone would go to such lengths to help out a stranger and I just could not be happier. I appreciate their work and kindness so much! Thank you Eric!!! Instead of replacing the extremely cheap sidemarker clip they lost when removing the front bumper they used some putty to hold the sidemarker in place. It came loose less than a month later. Excited to find out what other surprises await me in the future.. The damage repair itself was great, the bodywork looks better than it did before the car was involved in a minor accident, minus the hood being a little misaligned (I'm assuming it was taken removed from the car for some of the repair work). A bunch of miscellaneous paint chips around the damaged areas and on the side of the car were fixed too, which is a plus. They had the car sent somewhere for an alignment which was done poorly and the steering wheel was left uncentered (it was centered before taking it in, the accident hadn't involved the front axles at all) and the car steered to the left. There were either paint or wax dots all over the trunk and inside the engine bay which took a while to buff/wipe out, and a new chip in the paint down to the metal in the gas cap area (along with a bunch of paint/wax mystery dots in there too). There was also a bunch of this stuff as a dried splash of liquid on one of the wheels but that washed off with ease. One of the large rubber weatherstrip pieces on the roof next to a repainted panel came off the first time going through an automatic car wash. It was not a good feeling seeing part of my car danging by the window but it appeared undamaged and popped back into place. There was a bunch of sticky dried corn syrupy soda or something similar in the cupholders, I'm really hoping my car wasn't used for a lunch run... read more
