I dropped off my Wife this morning to pick up our vehicle from being repaired for scratches on the left side passenger front and rear door. This place said they replaced multiple trim pieces on the car but none of those were damaged to begin with. The repair facility definitely ripped our insurance off for a simple repair. They also did not disclose a credit card fee of 3% and just charged her for that. Had they informed her about such we would have paid with cash or a check. Our insurance had paid us directly. This is a deceitful auto repair facility. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I came to this location through my insurance. This is obviously an insurance factory fix. First you drop it off and then they put it in a "line" to be looked at. What is the point of a drop of appointment if you aren't going to look at it for 3 more days? The car just sits there and I go carless for those days? I got a phone call that more parts needed to be ordered and I asked what the new timeline would be. They said they would call me back. I have heard nothing and left multiple messages over the last 6 days. My car was supposed to be done today and no one has given me a phone call. I tried to call and got the message machine AGAIN. Service was amazing! The best auto repair shop I've been too. My car got vandalized and driver side window got smashed and the passenger door had like a huge bullet size dent. We called our insurance which directed us to the closest body shop. It's in the same plaza as Panini Kabob Grill and Lazy Dog at the very end of the shopping plaza. Matt was with us from the beginning to end. He was prompt, attentive, and super nice! He arranged for pick up to take us to the rental car place. Our car was ready a day early but the car rental place was closed. He said no worries, we could drop it off with him and he'll arrange for someone to come get it tomorrow. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. It was already a headache and unfortunate incident to deal with but I was glad Fix Auto's service was above and beyond. My car came back like new. All the broken glass was vacuumed and gone. I even got a car wash and the oxidation fog on my head lights seem to be gone too! read more

Visited this location for an estimate. Photos were taken, I was told an estimate would be sent by email in 24 hours. Heard nothing after three days, called, was again assured an estimate would come soon, again heard nothing. Very odd. The work was done correctly and on time. The receptionist Rachel has no personality and does not make you feel welcome. The service writer Bryant did a very good job for us but he's very bad about returning calls. I found their lack of communication very frustrating. The work however appears to be good. read more

The scratches and dents on my Audi A7 were painful to see. StateFarm suggested a couple of Body Shops closest to me. This was the closest. StateFarm trusted their estimate and did not bother sending an insurance adjuster to review their work estimate. The scratches and dents occurred on 12/12/2017. They sent me daily text updates on the status of repair and I picked up my car on 12/22/2017. Malinda with Fix Auto Mission Valley is a very knowledgeable young lady who took care of me from the very beginning. She is very pleasant to deal with, detail oriented and is quite experienced for her age. Nothing escaped her young pair of eyes. See attached epics. Mike basically just fix the cosmetic, and call it done. For the damage of the suspension, He pointed me to Lexus Dealer, so I have to prove that it is from the accident. And obviously, the dealer have no benefit of taking the suspension apart to prove the damage is from the accident. Very very disappointed. Lesson Learn: if accident happen, you have the right to bring it to your car dealer directly, its your right. Do not listen to your GEICO, and bring it here. read more

I had a really great experience with Fix Auto! I went to them because I have Geico and they have express service there for bodywork. They got the work done on my truck ahead of their estimated time and did a beautiful job! My truck looks like new again! They also washed it and gave it back to me smelling really nice! * Thank you, Bryant! * I never set foot on Fix Auto property, which makes Bryant's kindness and helpfulness all the more commendable. My car was towed to the Fix Auto Mission Valley location yesterday after I was rear-ended the night before. The damages were pretty significant, as I was rear-ended by a Toyota 4-Runner (picture an SUV on steroids). The Mission Valley Fix location was already super busy, so my car would've needed to be moved to another Fix location for repairs to be conducted in a timely fashion. The other Fix location didn't have good reviews on-line, so I wasn't interested in that location. This put me back to square one for selecting a body shop my insurance policy partnered with. I'm in a fair amount of pain from the accident, so making decisions is more challenging than they'd otherwise be. Bryant offered (actually offered, wasn't asked) to help me find a body shop my insurance company partnered with that would be able to fix my car within the time frame I needed the repair done. It was so kind of him to offer his time and expertise to help me out, as he had absolutely nothing to gain from it. Bryant, if you are reading this, thank you so much for being so helpful! read more

On two occasions I have used Fix Auto Mission Valley for auto body repair. Each time my vehicles have been returned promptly and the work was done flawlessly. They were very cordial and matter-of-fact laying out all options not trying to influence our decision or get us to take a more expensive route. WOW! We are on vacation in San Diego and someone scratched our rental car pretty bad. Brought it to Brendan at Fix Auto Mission Valley for an estimate to repair so rental company didn't ding us. Not only did they buff it out, they filled in the scratches with matching paint AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME!!!!! Unbelievably gracious, kind, helpful. I took my Nissan Maxima 2013 car got hit front end damage to get repaired they did awesome job, I was kind of worry at first because I thought they were not going to match the paint, but it came out looking like it nothing happen to it...
