I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I rearranged my schedule, returned my rental, and went to collect the car. Shortly after, multiple system warnings appeared related to sensors/calibration that were not present prior to the repair. When I brought this up, I was told it could be due to "pre-existing front damage" and that recalibration might require taking it to a dealership at my own expense. This was frustrating, especially since the vehicle did not have these warnings before the repair. Being told the car was ready when it clearly was not resulted in wasted time and now having to secure another rental. That added unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To their credit, they have now taken the vehicle back in to reassess the issue. I'm currently waiting on an update and will revise this review depending on how they follow through and whether the problem is fully resolved. If you are getting collision work involving sensors or ADAS systems, make sure you receive clear documentation of pre- and post-repair scans and confirm responsibility for recalibration before picking up the vehicle.

I just picked up my 2022 Tacoma pickup from fix auto. I was in an accident a couple of weeks ago. When I saw my truck, I was so extremely glad to see what an awesome, Beautiful, outstanding job they had done on it. It actually looked better than it did before the accident. It also looked like the truck had been detailed, inside and out. All during the time it was in their care, I was informed on a regular basis as to what stage it was at during the process. I also received it earlier than originally expected. The day before pickup I received a call from a gentlemen named Lee to ask me about a certain color detail on a part. He also sent me a photo. I told him that it was not the correct color and let him know the color it should be. Lee immediately told me he would get it corrected and that I could still pick it up the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, Lee met me and took me to my truck. As I said previously I was ecstatic they had done such a great job. Lee and all the staff at fix auto were very friendly and helpful. The cost of the repair was great as well. I would tell anyone who needs auto body repair, they need to bring their vehicle to Fix Auto. They were referred to me by AAA. Best referral ever. Donovan McCulloch.

Literally smears all over the hood.

I brought my car in after a tree branch dented my fender. While the repair itself was okay, the finish was completely unacceptable. They never color sanded or polished the paint just gave it a wash and called it done. I took it back, hoping they'd make it right, but again, it looked untouched. My father restores classic American muscle cars, and we both immediately saw the lack of attention to detail. This wasn't polished not even close. This shop is a textbook example of workers cutting corners, assuming the customer won't know the difference. Unfortunately for them, I do. Their good reviews are misleading trust someone who's been around cars their whole life: this shop doesn't take pride in its work. Customer service was polite, but professionalism and quality were seriously lacking. I wasted my time twice and regret not going elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake.

Stay away from this shady shop. Referred by AAA insurance, started process same day as accident, front desk staff was courteous, took my car in and began repairs. Less than 1 week later, the car was finished, and I thought wow that was fast! Perhaps it was too fast... when we came to pick up the Lexus, the drivers side brake light wasn't working. Luckily, my husband noticed before we left the lot. The light was working fine after the accident and worked fine before the shop worked on the car. As this is a safety issue, we did not let the car leave the shop. They found the problem but claimed it was not accident related. They would not believe us that it was caused by the accident on the drivers side rear quarter panel and rear door. They insisted that we take the car to Lexus to have them perform a diagnostic test to determine what the cause was, at our own cost. Why should we pay for that when the shop can subcontract the diagnosis fees. Lexus determined that the part failed as a result of the accident or improper removal of the tail light. I 100% feel that a more thorough pre and post vehicle inspection would have definitely prevented this major headache to us. Checking the lights and safety items are functioning properly is a major concern letting a vehicle go back to a customer with a non functioning brake light can lead to a completely preventable tragedy. I feel that the inspector and the company are covering for each other and not including items that would typically be covered with an auto repair. My car remained with fix auto for 2 weeks while we were going back and forth trying to get them to fix the tail light. They wanted us to pay 500-700 to fix the tail light. We didn't pay and we also didn't have a deductible to pay either as the other party accepted responsibility. It added to the stress of an already stressful situation. We eventually had the car towed to Lexus and they fixed the car within 2 days and everything was fine. Also, my all weather floor mats went missing. I don't know if it was fix not reinstalling them after the repair...but they aren't there. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I was in an accident which is stressful, frustrating, and let's be real slightly embarrassing. I dropped off my car this morning with them after a two week wait, which had me frustrated, but I can now understand why there is a wait for this place! The whole crew is kind, welcoming, and thorough. I never once felt unwelcome, stressed, or ignored. Constantly being called by name and not ma'am, miss, or any other variation. This world is lacking human connection and communication is being lost which causes customer service to be a thing of the past but not here! Jasmine was incredibly, a woman who I may assume is the office manager was so sweet, a few "car doctors" grabbing coffee or passing by were kind, and the gentleman helping me with paperwork was so helpful! I have no idea what the outcome of my car is yet but I will tell you I feel unbelievably comfortable with my car in their hands.

proof of them returning my car in worse condition that it was in

Absolutely terrible. Referred by AAA insurance. Had me take in my vehicle for a couple days for a simple bumper repair from a minor rear end incident. Just for them to call and tell me they are are not gonna fix the car. We then scheduled a pick up time for monday the friday they delivered the news of there incompetence. Just to find out that the bumper was still missing on the car and they have not put it back on the vehicle. They also notified as a shock that they were charging me $410 for holding the vehicle and not doing anything. I had to call my insurance just for them to communicate and pay for the fair. (The agent was also very surprised by this information and was upset as well that they don't tell you there is a fee just to take in vehicle regardless of weather its a claim with insurance or not at drop off) Took me an over an hour to obtain my vehicle. If you want an actual competent, trustworthy reliable shop that is going to respect your time. PLEASE AVOID!! what ever you do if you get referred to this establishment PLEASE SAY NO and GO TO ANOTHER SHOP. I recommend Tokyo Automotive or Caliber Collision. At the very least they don't scam you by charging you excessive amounts of money just to hold your car hostage.

AAA approved and I will happily go again. The speed is average at best, but the main focus is the quality of air and hanging out

They came out very quickly, were friendly, professional, and had the new windshield installed fast with no issues. Not long after, my windshield ended up cracking from a rock chip. I reached out to check on the warranty and even though it wasn't covered, they still took the time to come back out to my house and look at it. They spent about 20 minutes inspecting it, sealed the crack, and did everything they could to stop it from spreading, all at no extra charge. They were honest about the situation, explained everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help instead of brushing it off. They even made sure my car was clean inside and out before they left. What really stood out was the customer service. These guys actually care and treat you like a person, not just another job on the schedule. However, they were the most comprehensive in their initial quote and quoted me top-tier glass. If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.

I'll sum all this up very simply. The installation of the new windshield itself on my Buick in…read moregeneral was barely acceptable. Upon returning to my car after said work was done and the job was paid in full, i saw that my doors were locked and my key/opener were laying in the cup holder. Luckily, I carry a spare key on me in case these shops screw up. I observed that the lane departure camera behind the rear view mirror was crudely attached with blue painters tape to the windshield. I approached the guy (Johnny, i think his name was) and asked him about the camera tape up job. He stated "Oh I forgot to mention that", yeah right. He stated to me "oh, these mounting clips break all the time and we will order them from the dealer". Well, come to find out, the only mounting tabs were molded into the lane departure camera housing and the dealer only sells the whole camera assembly which is over $600! This also doesn't include recalibration of said device either. However, breaking the lane departure camera mounting tabs by inexperienced chuckle heads and then being lied to from the get go brought down this rating by 4 stars. Not good. The bottom line is that don't blow smoke up the customer's ass leading him on to BS. It NEVER ends well. Honesty is the best policy. DON'T LIE TO THE CUSTOMER. This is Business 101, people! If I was approached early on before I left that the tabs on the lane departure camera were broken upon disassembly and worked with me regarding repair/replacement, this would've been a 4-5 star review. I cant for the sake of things recommend this establishment. Avoid this place if you don't want to risk damage to your vehicle.
