I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I rearranged my schedule, returned my rental, and went to collect the car. Shortly after, multiple system warnings appeared related to sensors/calibration that were not present prior to the repair. When I brought this up, I was told it could be due to "pre-existing front damage" and that recalibration might require taking it to a dealership at my own expense. This was frustrating, especially since the vehicle did not have these warnings before the repair. Being told the car was ready when it clearly was not resulted in wasted time and now having to secure another rental. That added unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To their credit, they have now taken the vehicle back in to reassess the issue. I'm currently waiting on an update and will revise this review depending on how they follow through and whether the problem is fully resolved. If you are getting collision work involving sensors or ADAS systems, make sure you receive clear documentation of pre- and post-repair scans and confirm responsibility for recalibration before picking up the vehicle.

I just picked up my 2022 Tacoma pickup from fix auto. I was in an accident a couple of weeks ago. When I saw my truck, I was so extremely glad to see what an awesome, Beautiful, outstanding job they had done on it. It actually looked better than it did before the accident. It also looked like the truck had been detailed, inside and out. All during the time it was in their care, I was informed on a regular basis as to what stage it was at during the process. I also received it earlier than originally expected. The day before pickup I received a call from a gentlemen named Lee to ask me about a certain color detail on a part. He also sent me a photo. I told him that it was not the correct color and let him know the color it should be. Lee immediately told me he would get it corrected and that I could still pick it up the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, Lee met me and took me to my truck. As I said previously I was ecstatic they had done such a great job. Lee and all the staff at fix auto were very friendly and helpful. The cost of the repair was great as well. I would tell anyone who needs auto body repair, they need to bring their vehicle to Fix Auto. They were referred to me by AAA. Best referral ever. Donovan McCulloch.

Literally smears all over the hood.

I brought my car in after a tree branch dented my fender. While the repair itself was okay, the finish was completely unacceptable. They never color sanded or polished the paint just gave it a wash and called it done. I took it back, hoping they'd make it right, but again, it looked untouched. My father restores classic American muscle cars, and we both immediately saw the lack of attention to detail. This wasn't polished not even close. This shop is a textbook example of workers cutting corners, assuming the customer won't know the difference. Unfortunately for them, I do. Their good reviews are misleading trust someone who's been around cars their whole life: this shop doesn't take pride in its work. Customer service was polite, but professionalism and quality were seriously lacking. I wasted my time twice and regret not going elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake.

Stay away from this shady shop. Referred by AAA insurance, started process same day as accident, front desk staff was courteous, took my car in and began repairs. Less than 1 week later, the car was finished, and I thought wow that was fast! Perhaps it was too fast... when we came to pick up the Lexus, the drivers side brake light wasn't working. Luckily, my husband noticed before we left the lot. The light was working fine after the accident and worked fine before the shop worked on the car. As this is a safety issue, we did not let the car leave the shop. They found the problem but claimed it was not accident related. They would not believe us that it was caused by the accident on the drivers side rear quarter panel and rear door. They insisted that we take the car to Lexus to have them perform a diagnostic test to determine what the cause was, at our own cost. Why should we pay for that when the shop can subcontract the diagnosis fees. Lexus determined that the part failed as a result of the accident or improper removal of the tail light. I 100% feel that a more thorough pre and post vehicle inspection would have definitely prevented this major headache to us. Checking the lights and safety items are functioning properly is a major concern letting a vehicle go back to a customer with a non functioning brake light can lead to a completely preventable tragedy. I feel that the inspector and the company are covering for each other and not including items that would typically be covered with an auto repair. My car remained with fix auto for 2 weeks while we were going back and forth trying to get them to fix the tail light. They wanted us to pay 500-700 to fix the tail light. We didn't pay and we also didn't have a deductible to pay either as the other party accepted responsibility. It added to the stress of an already stressful situation. We eventually had the car towed to Lexus and they fixed the car within 2 days and everything was fine. Also, my all weather floor mats went missing. I don't know if it was fix not reinstalling them after the repair...but they aren't there. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I was in an accident which is stressful, frustrating, and let's be real slightly embarrassing. I dropped off my car this morning with them after a two week wait, which had me frustrated, but I can now understand why there is a wait for this place! The whole crew is kind, welcoming, and thorough. I never once felt unwelcome, stressed, or ignored. Constantly being called by name and not ma'am, miss, or any other variation. This world is lacking human connection and communication is being lost which causes customer service to be a thing of the past but not here! Jasmine was incredibly, a woman who I may assume is the office manager was so sweet, a few "car doctors" grabbing coffee or passing by were kind, and the gentleman helping me with paperwork was so helpful! I have no idea what the outcome of my car is yet but I will tell you I feel unbelievably comfortable with my car in their hands.

proof of them returning my car in worse condition that it was in

Absolutely terrible. Referred by AAA insurance. Had me take in my vehicle for a couple days for a simple bumper repair from a minor rear end incident. Just for them to call and tell me they are are not gonna fix the car. We then scheduled a pick up time for monday the friday they delivered the news of there incompetence. Just to find out that the bumper was still missing on the car and they have not put it back on the vehicle. They also notified as a shock that they were charging me $410 for holding the vehicle and not doing anything. I had to call my insurance just for them to communicate and pay for the fair. (The agent was also very surprised by this information and was upset as well that they don't tell you there is a fee just to take in vehicle regardless of weather its a claim with insurance or not at drop off) Took me an over an hour to obtain my vehicle. If you want an actual competent, trustworthy reliable shop that is going to respect your time. PLEASE AVOID!! what ever you do if you get referred to this establishment PLEASE SAY NO and GO TO ANOTHER SHOP. I recommend Tokyo Automotive or Caliber Collision. At the very least they don't scam you by charging you excessive amounts of money just to hold your car hostage.

If you're bringing your car in for anything, repairs, maintenance, bodywork--do yourself a favor and ask for Jaime. He's genuinely one of the best people I've ever dealt with in the auto industry. From the moment you walk in, Jaime is attentive and welcoming. He takes the time to really understand the issue and doesn't just rush you through the process. His communication is excellent -- he keeps you updated, explains everything in a clear and honest way, and makes sure you know exactly what's being done and why. No guesswork, no surprises, no confusion. What really stands out is his attention to detail. Jaime notices things most people would overlook, and because of that, the quality of work you get is top-tier. He walks you through the options, gives straightforward recommendations, and genuinely seems to care about doing the job right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the final results. The service at Dealers Service overall is great, but Jaime is the reason I keep coming back and recommending this shop to anyone who needs auto body work or repairs. It's rare these days to find someone who's not only skilled but also communicates well, follows through, and treats customers with respect. I can't recommend this place enough -- and seriously, ask for Jaime. You won't regret it.

Over 2 years ago, I walked into this shop in a state of emergency with 5 small children with me. Everyone there was welcoming and kind. The service was quick and efficient with top of the line customer service. I accidentally left one of the babies sweater in the office and the beautiful lady that sits to the right met me at the park to give it to me. I just bought another car and was having some electrical issues and was stressed out. Cameron Okamoto went above and beyond to ease my worries. There isn't a single shop that would fix my rear bumper and paint on a Mercedes Benz AMG. Last time my front bumper cost $2000-$2500 and it was a minor fender bender which was done at fix auto an AAA certified place. Based on their shady way of trying to rip me off I wouldn't go back here again. Their pricing doesn't match to what they say they would charge. If you want good work come here if you want honest service don't come here. The guy thinks I'm stupid or something but nobody would only charge $500 to fix repair and paint my entire rear bumper and blend it but I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless you like shady business. I feel like I'm owed $1,500-$2000 but they were just trying to come up.

Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

"Like it never happened" is the standard when it comes to collision repair, and I'd say these guys come very close. You can tell that they care about their work and take pride in its quality. We have used them for everything from a minor scrape to a significant collision repair and always walked away impressed. You can probably find some cheaper places, but I doubt you could save more than 10% or so. Greensky doesn't often source used parts that I can tell, but they do look for opportunities to repair rather than replace, and they think critically about the cosmetic and functional considerations of each repair decision. One definitely doesn't get the sense that they are "out to get you". All that said, I would still treat their initial quote as a minimum rather than a guarantee -- both times the final bill came in a little higher than estimated. I understand this is common in the industry. One thing that Greensky is not great about is the pre-sales process. The vibe I get is that they are eager to get to work, but they don't offer virtual estimates, there is a minimum spend for even an in person estimate, and they charge quite steeply for parking if you leave your car there. My overall takeaway is that they care about their work and would just like their customers to respect their craft and otherwise get out of the way.
