Let me start off by saying that this is THE BEST PARTY BUS THAT YOU CAN GET. Vinny IS THE BEST he really makes you feel that you are more than a customer, he sincerely wants to make your experience a memorable one. We loved their service so much that we got them twice. I first got five star for my wife Pub Crawl 40th birthday back in May. We got the 50 seater and loved it. After doing a lot of research I decided to go with five star for a lot of reasons. First, they weren't about to charge me an arm and a leg because it right in the smack of Prom Season, they were willing to work with the time that I wanted, they are VERY reasonably priced, but mostly because after speaking to Tareq I knew that he would take care of us. I'm not from the area so he really helped me out with suggesting places to go, things to do and where to stay. The bus itself is fabulous. Our party was about 48 adults and we fit comfortably on the bus. There was a charging station for phones, sound system, various areas to store ice, an ipad to play music or you had the option to also use their AUX cable to play your own music. Had I known that they also provided ice and cups then I wouldn't have brought my own. Everyone had a great time and we were sad when it came to an end. We had such a great time that my brother also wanted to get five star for his 40th birthday pub crawl. Little did we know that we were in for a treat, they now offer a smaller bus that seats roughly 24. All I can say is WOW if I liked the other bus I LOVED this one! This one had wide screen televisions, decked out sound system, various areas for coolers, wine rack, bar butler and a restroom! And of course ice, cups and water were provided. Honestly there wasn't really a reason to leave the bus because we had everything we needed on the bus. Needless to say Vinny took very good care of us again! If you need a party bus I would absolutely recommend Five Star Entourage. They are easy to work with, professional, affordable, honest and will make whatever occasion that you are celebrating fabulous. read more

Not exactly sure what these other two reviews are on about. Must have been flukes. The bus that picked us up was clean and was exactly the bus pictured on the website and yelp. I don't see how it's possible to be surprised by the bus that shows up, especially when confirming with Vinny the color to match pictures. Booked a party bus for independence day for fifty people for transit to and from Lake Travis. Called five other total companies, and between the lower price and low-pressure sales tactics (most of the others felt like caricatures of used car salesmen trying to get me to rent a bus), we selected Vinny and team to take care of us. Signed the contract a month and a half or so before hand and all was well. The day before the trip (Sunday, July 3rd) around noon, our party barge plans had to be bumped up a bit, requiring that we get the bus an extra hour early. Emailed Vinny and he got back to me almost immediately with some options, which we took. Next day bus gets there, clean and ready to go. I've ridden different party bus companies in Austin and have never had any complaints about the drivers, but Clark, our driver was the best driver I've ever worked with. He was there a little early, incredibly professional, and really bent over backwards to help us load up the bus and get ready. He was familiar with the boat company we were using and ensured everyone knew about some things we might need (like ID's) and briefed us on some rules they surprised us with. Got us out to the lake quickly, but we never had any sudden stops or jerky driving. It was a tight fit with our coolers and bags, and Clark stacked some coolers next to him and held them the whole way. Gave me his cell number in case we needed anything and waited until he saw the boat leave dock before pulling back from the loading zone. We got back a bit early, and I texted him to let him know. Clark returned in 10 minutes tops, and helped our group load our gear. Trip back was much the same. At this point, it is my intention going forward to always approach Five Star with my business first. read more

Booked the Elite Limo Bus($600 cash w/ additional $100 deposit on card) for my girlfriend's surprise birthday party. The bus was awesome: the lighting was spectacular, the seats were super comfortable, the sound system was banging, and you could barely tell the bus was moving. The bus driver(Emilio) was also awesome: he was patient, he worked with us on last minute changes, he answered his phone when I called, and he was on time. Worth every penny. I used Skyline before and the bus we got was absolute shit. Apparently, their idea of a party bus is a strip of 3 blue neon lights on the ceiling, the hardest working speaker in the world, and no air conditioning. I will start with one word.. AMAZING! I booked these guys for the first time last Thursday for Wurst Fest. The bus was clean, driver was ON TIME, Vinny who helped me out was outstanding. I normally booked party buses from different companies, but Five Star was the way to go! Excellent customer service I must say! Vinny made sure the bus was on time, they provided us with coolers per-request, and most of all a safe ride there and back.. You can tell they take there time with hiring the best drivers! All of my best times I've had on a party bus are with these guys! Vinny was great! I highly recommend these guys.. My bus was on time, super clean and they always give me a bus for an awesome rate! I don't understand why this lady below me had such a horrible experience, I'm sure Vinny tried to make things right with her!! SWSW was fun but I chose to ride Five Star again! They had party bus picking up from Austin off Slaughter lane giving people safe rides to and from downtown Austin. Parking was like $30! They also provided FREE pizza! Man these guys never let me down! If you need anything from a Regular style party bus to the Fancy limo buses they are your best choice! Nothing means more that outstanding customer service and people who really care about your experience! I have recommend them since the first time I reserved a party bus from these guys! read more

I used this bus service for transportation for a formal event I was planning at UT. Vinny was amazing with responding to me fast. I asked for buses pretty close to the event and he was able to supply them! He worked with me, and even gave us a discount! After all of that, he was flexible with me in payment as I was supposed to pay in cash the day of, but couldn't! The bus drivers were super nice and friendly!! My friends and I were recently in Austin for the weekend and we rented Fiver Star's bus for the day. We had a few hiccups on the way as the bus was unable to make the hill in the steep neighborhood and as a result were delayed in getting stared. But Vinny worked with us and took care of transportation to get us to the bus with cabs. The driver was also great to work with and was understanding of the situation. My brothers wedding was this past weekend and we needed a bus to come pick us up and take downtown. The driver came 20 minutes early and was very friendly and professional, even provided us with water. The ride was nice and enjoyable and I will recommend to my friends without a doubt.
