This woman and her team deserve EVERY compliment that I can think of! We hired them for our wedding at Rockwood Manor in Potomac in June 2012 and they ROCKED OUR SOCKS OFF. We had visited and tried at least 7-8 of the "typical" wedding caterers before we met Keula, and NONE of them were anything more than "fine", serving very generic, bland dishes and making me feel like a cheapskate for expecting to serve 120 guests for under $10K! Meeting Keula was a BLESSING. From the first time we met, she was very attentive, accommodating, and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The food prepared by the chef for our tasting was truly superb (and -while I love delicious food- my husband is a real "foodie"). And they maintained that level of quality and presentation for the food at our wedding buffet -something I doubted would be possible! Keula responded to every question or issue I had within hours every single time. And she worked with our budget, with grace, never pressuring us to do things other than what we wanted. A few days before our wedding, my day-of wedding coordinator had to cancel (very unprofessional behavior, but that is another story...). We were impressed with the effort she made for our tasting; welcoming us into her home, answering questions, and making last-minute changes. I'd forgotten to tell her that I was a vegetarian (my now-husband is a carnivore, and we'd just assumed he would try meat choices and make those decisions), and on-the-spot she and her Chef created an alternate dish that I might also enjoy. At the time of the venue walk-through, she made excellent suggestions when we clearly had no idea what we wanted. On the day of our wedding, the food was incredible. Online payment was easy and secure, which also gave me confidence in using them. The staff was excellent. They set up all of the tables and chairs in the proper configuration. This left us with a full table, our two event coordinators, the DJ, and catering reserve's wait staff being short 20+ meals. We were only informed of the lack of food after a guest had mentioned it during the wedding and I had to ask the event supervisor directly. I was told that the shortage of food was predicted while food was still being served based and when staff reached out to catering reserved, the staff were informed that nothing was said or done about it and we were not even notified. If we would have known, we would've at least made an attempt to order a few pizzas or something so that our guests and event staff had something to eat after working for multiple hours or consuming alcohol in the case of our guests. Instead, we were left embarrassed that we couldn't feed our loved ones at our wedding and helpless that the opportunity to mitigate the situation was taken from us before we had the chance to. We would really like to know what happened and why this situation was handled the way that it was. Was the buffet supposed to be served/portioned by staff? If not, were staff supposed to say anything to guests or let people know that x amount should be taken per serving? Has this happened at an event before and how was this handled? Was the event understaffed at 10 people? Is there some reason that nobody was informed that this was going to happen until it was too late? We reached out to our contact at catering reserved directly after the wedding and one of the owners assured my wife that they would make things right however we have been ignored ever since. Aside from the shortage and communication from catering reserved, I would like to say that the linens and china were exemplary, the staff was very courteous and professional and the food that some of our guests received was held in high regard.

I think Covid is a force majeure, and they did not even honor that even when it was written in the contract. I have also read some of the good reviews here but I think there is a big difference in delivering small office lunches and catering for a wedding. The reason why we picked Premier was because it came recommended by one of the coordinators we were working with. Our initial impression and experience was great. We went out and did the tasting in Ashburn. The food was great. The owner Reza was nice and we came back thinking we found the right place for our big day. We asked them to provide food for two days. Our Henna night as well as our wedding day. He showed us a printed brochure with his menu and prices for catering. The prices go up if you order more items, and they go down if you order less items. We werent sure about our final headcount to which he said, just let us know a couple of weeks before the wedding and we will adjust the headcount. He also assured us that it wont impact the pricing. We also decided to hire them to provide other supplies for the wedding day (because we thought it will be easier to deal with a few vendors than to hire separate vendors for everything). So far so good. The wedding was 6 months away. They asked for a big deposit and we obliged. As the wedding start to get closer, the attitude and the willingness to help start to disappear. The things that we had discussed and agreed upon were now under "additional" charge category. It didnt stop there. It got to a point where my wife was in tears trying to sort things out and said I cant deal with them anymore. It felt like as of it the owner was trying to get more and more out for delivering less and less and if you are planning a big day, its the last thing you need. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my wife called and said they are increasing the cost of the food because we gave them the final headcount. At this point I ran out of patience and got on the phone with the owner and told him what we had agreed upon. He said "We werent expecting your headcount to go down this much" (From 75, it went down to 60). After a bit of a frustrating back and forth, he said, I should look at the contract (which by the way he asked us to sign on the first day when we met for tasting and by saying "Dont you worry about anything, we will adjust the count when you have it". Lesson learned -- make sure you read the contract and make addendum as needed. I still stood my grounds and told him that I honestly dont care about the contract. I care about what I was told in front of 3 other people. (My wife and my in-laws). On our wedding day, they provided half of the food and the other half of the food was provided by another restaurant (we wanted to represent our cultures and foods from both sides). Since Premier catering was the primary caterer, an arrangement was made for them to serve "all" of the food. The timing and the service was not to our expectations at all. They screwed up the "Indian" appetizers. Part of the food was not served. After dinner, when it was time for cake cutting, we found out that they didnt bring the cake cutting knife. It was embarrassing when we were handed a butter knife to cut the wedding cake. After the dinner, almost an hour went by but no dessert was served. I finally went up to Reza and said where is the dessert. I didnt get a solid answer. I asked them to put the dessert out right away. It was one thing after another and overall experience wasn't what we were expecting. In the contrast, we held our Henna night (day before the wedding day) at the Hyatt and everything went flawlessly. Both of these nights were at the same scale and with the same number of people, caterers and had a similar timeline. As a business owner myself, customer service and honesty is extremely important to grow the business. Being sweet may work up front but if you cant work with your customers and dont operate in the spirit of helping your customer, if the main goal always remains making money, then you simply can't be trusted and without trust, it's very hard to sustain business.

The food was on point and there was plenty to go around. I've ordered food for a dozen people before where the caterer brought exactly enough for a dozen with none to spare (to my embarrassment). That was not the case with these guys. Although the sandwiches were delicious in their own right, the Lasagna was the star of this show. The fruit was also fresh, but by the time we got to that we were too full to eat much of it - which left plenty of leftovers for the bottom feeders in my office :) I would definitely order from this place again.
