We worked with Main Event Caterers for several months leading up to the event. We specifically worked with Jacob, and feel that he did an excellent job at meeting all of our requests, and always went above and beyond. He was able to accommodate a food tasting, and as a result we selected some excellent food, desserts, and drinks for the event. Jacob also brought in some nice dinnerware and furniture, specifically some chairs and a nice loveseat for a small ceremony and excellent pictures. On the day of, the kitchen staff were very professional and friendly, and the service was flawless. We really appreciate the effort from Jacob and the rest of the staff that supported our event. I was very happy with Main Event for our wedding! The food was delicious, and many guests told us they loved the food. The service on the day was seamless, and we didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I had a main point of contact on the day who ensured we had food and drinks at all times, and made sure we knew important things like how to cut the cake properly for photos. A few things to note that we wish went smoother. We worked with an initial point of contact leading up to finalizing the menu and tasting, worked with another person in the month leading up to the wedding (floorplans, final decisions), then neither of those two people were at the wedding day itself. I believe this led to a few requests being missed. For example, we requested cream cheese frosting on our red velvet cutting cake, but it was just normal buttercream which was disappointing. Communication via email was difficult at times, and we occasionally had to reiterate a single request a couple of times before it was acknowledged. I also wish we had been able to take home the leftover desserts (we got cupcakes and macarons), which we had been told would be boxed up for us, but in the chaos of the end of the night, we only got our cutting cake boxed up. We chose Main Event Caterers for our daughters wedding earlier this month. Overall we were very pleased despite a big fail in the entree category. The people were very nice to work with, though sometimes difficult to reach. They were knowledgeable and their advice was spot-on, which just highlights their experience in the catering business. They clearly know what they are doing. The menu choices offered to us seemed better than most other companies we researched. And when we went for the tasting dinner, we were quite impressed. In particular, we enjoyed the two beef offerings (one was an appetizer and one was the entree). Once our menus were decided we just waited for the big day. On that day, there was a wonderful atmosphere created and it was topped off with some really delicious food - well prepared and beautifully presented. We enjoyed many appetizers which were being tray served by some of the nicest people you could meet. The servers were friendly, professional, willing to please and full of smiles for the happy occasion. In addition, the bar tenders had a well organized bar and were ready to go! SO.....all that being said, we were not expecting any issues with dinner. The salad was served and it was delicious. We were told that the chicken and vegetarian offerings were excellent. That is where our luck ended. Our beef was miserable. It did not even look good, never mind taste good. It was gray all the way through and was almost impossible to cut. I took two tastes and said 'forget it' as it was like shoe leather. You could honestly barely chew it. To be fair, the risotto and broccolini were perfect. We became even more upset when we learned it was not just our two beef dishes at our table, but several tables had the same reaction to the beef - basically inedible. Clearly, this was not their standard of quality as we had just experienced a wonderful cocktail hour. However, the beef was most certainly a huge fail, especially because it was a main entree. It was almost insulting that they served it to the group. There must have been some sort of problem. Needless to say, we were surprised and felt let down. There was nothing we could do at that point and I don't think it ruined anyone's good time, but as the parents who paid for all this, we were not thrilled. After the event, we put in a call to speak to our person about this. We really thought it was something they should know, the quality of their brand really fell apart regarding the beef and they might need to be aware. They were apologetic and said they would speak to the chef. I hope the chef had a good explanation. But we will never know. read more

Main events catered my husband and I's wedding. The food was delicious! Main Events worked with our vision of creative appetizers with traditional main courses. We have received so many complements in the food. The day of staff was also amazing! We loved that they assigned a butler to us day of to take care of our needs. She followed us throughout the day, making sure we had drinks and stayed warm. The one complaint we have is our event designed. The first designer we had, Ali, was exceptional and a large reason we selected main events. However, a month out we were reassigned to Hasnaa. Hasnaa attended our walk through but seemingly did not pay attention as evidenced by the floor plans we received that did not remotely resemble what was discussed (thought we wanted the ceremony among ongoing construction). This lend to a protracted discussion which resulted in us not having a rain plan until less than one week before the wedding. She added so much unnecessary stress at the end. Overall, we highly recommend main events, but caution anyone to ensure their event designer is on the same page. read more

We hired Main Event Catering for our wedding after being blown away by how delicious the food tasted, and how great Ali was throughout the sales process. Things went downhill after we had our executed contract. Our wedding was handed to Jessa as the event coordinator and her work was not impressive. She was disorganized, which led to communication challenges leading up to the event. We had to thoroughly scrub her emails, as they would consistently include incorrect details and prices. We also had a call with her in which she frequently mixed up details from another wedding with the details of our own. On the day of our wedding, the staff displayed wine bottles on the bar that we asked multiple times ahead of the event not to display. We and our coordinator then had to ask multiple times for them to remove the wine from the display bar. They also failed to provide the "Her's" drink that we agreed to in the contract. We provided the alcohol and they were supposed to provide everything else. To our surprise, when we requested the Her's drink, one of the waiters went into a lengthy explanation with the groom about what the requested Her's drink was versus what they decided to serve instead, trying to tell the groom that he did not understand what the Her's drink was. Our wedding took place in August, and the team decided to put our doughnut wall against a hot window instead of the interior wall that was designated and agreed upon, so all of the icing quickly melted off the doughnuts, which created a huge mess and quite frankly, a waste of $800. To top it all off, we found out from the catering staff that Jessa left approximately 3 hours before she was supposed to, which led to chaos at the end of the evening. Multiple guests told us that they saw the wait staff pouring out our open bottles of wine and liquor that we spent thousands of dollars on. Including a wine that our venue no longer sold. The staff also did not package the food appropriately per the discussions ahead of the event that we had with Jessa since she was not there to relay those instructions. Overall, the food was tasty, but the lack of administrative oversight leading to the numerous execution failures was not worth the cost per person of $181.25. read more

When we signed with Main Even Catering (MEC), we were absolutely ecstatic! Leading up to us signing a contract, the staff was responsive, knowledgeable and professional, and were very attentive to our vision for our wedding. MEC was highly referred and the review sites were glowing with compliments. When we arrived for our tasting there were countless accolades near the entrance, and we felt wooed and courted as a knowledgeable salesperson touted experience, understanding of the venue, and understanding of the ethnic food that we were hoping to serve at the wedding. Nothing was too complex for MEC to handle. In the days leading up and after our wedding my wife and I were/are extremely disappointed in MEC. The initial courting and promises felt like a bait and switch to get us to sign a contract. Once we signed a contract, there was a huge drop-off in service, which caused the days leading up to our wedding to be unduly stressful. For one, the knowledgeable salesperson who promised their heavy involvement was no longer our primary contact after we had signed the contract. No clear transition was made - someone else started responding to our emails and became our primary contract. Details that we had mentioned and repeated appeared to be lost in this transition, and we began to lose confidence in MEC. A style of food and cake that were promised to us and that were a major reason for us considering MEC, were rescinded. We had to dig through old emails to prove that these conversations had taken place and that there was a discrepancy as both people involved seemed to try to either feign ignorance or pass the blame. Less than two weeks before our wedding, we were still having to repeat details over and over again, still did not have a final contract because items that we had agreed to or discussed beforehand were now being reconsidered, and details were still being lost between the people coordinating our wedding. To top it all off, after we were already stressed and had alerted MEC several times to the fact that they were continuing to miss major details and had lost our confidence, they sent us their final bill which conveniently appeared to overcharge us for 46 people. When we called them on this, we were apparently in the wrong for scrutinizing too heavily. Additionally, we also made sure to confirm that both coordinators would be attending the reception to ensure a smooth transition and set-up. After being continually reaffirmed and given their word that both would be there, the day of the reception a new person had replaced the coordinator who had been working most closely with us. There was no explanation for why someone we were promised and working closely with was replaced the day of the event. There are some positives to this - the wait and bar staff the day-of were professional, attentive, and fantastic and the food was phenomenal! Everyone seemed to enjoy the event and while there were details that were still missed during the reception, they did not prevent people from enjoying the celebration. It was unfortunate that we had so many struggles and missed details to get to this point and that we were derided for pointing out discrepancies and details that were getting lost in the shuffle. While my wife and I are not planning another wedding, we will not be using MEC for our future events and will not be recommending them to our networks based on our experience with their business team. ************ Addendum***************************************************** To MEC's credit, Sarah, MEC's Director of Sales and Business Development reached out immediately after this initial review was published. We appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to details. She treated us like dissatisfied customers who deserved better, and exhibited empathy, actually listened to our perspective without getting defensive, and sought to figure out where MEC had fallen short and why these issues had occurred. We were really impressed with Sarah's customer service after the event and had this been consistent throughout, we would have been far happier with our experience. read more

We did our due diligence in choosing MEC for our daughter's wedding. Spencer was our contact there, and he was gracious addressing all our concerns. The tasting went well, and we were confident in our choices. They have a large wedding business, and their social media reviews are positive overall. Looking at their pricing list, there was some confusion, where higher priced items were listed in a section with lower priced items. However, when the final estimate came to us, we were willing to pay the added cost. Our first setback occurred when the meals for 10 vendors went from the $180 estimate for cold meals to $330 for warm meals. This was the same as we were paying for our guests, even though the vendor portions were smaller, did not include a salad course, and did not need expensive place settings. Our next concern was over the appetizers. We ordered 800 of them for the120 non Kosher eaters. I was standing close to the bar area during the hour when appetizers circulated. I was able to get 4 of them in that hour. Either they weren't served in all the areas where people were located, or the full 800 weren't served at all. I have no way of knowing if they were all served, and clearly MEC knows that there is no was to keep track of this. This brings me to dinner service. The salads served during the first course, though beautifully presented, were very lightly dressed. That would have been ok if additional dressing had been available at each table, but it was not. Both entrees were supposed to have crispy frizzled leeks over them in addition to other components. They went missing. The beef served did not resemble the beef at our tasting. We got multiple complaints about it being too tough. The Salmon was overcooked and dry. To be fair, the green beans and citrus rice components were nicely done. Finally, we had numerous guests that required Kosher meals. MEC obtained them from Moti's Market. They selected the lowest priced offering, the General Tso's Tofu ($23), and sold it to us for $40 a plate. Then they proceeded to take these cold plates and serve them without heating them. Either microwave or steaming these sealed entrees would have enhanced the the flavor, and made them more palatable. As it was, a large portion of the Kosher food went uneaten. So MEC initially seemed to be what we were looking for, but ultimately failed to live up to our expectations. Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend them. read more

They absolutely knocked it out of the park! We got three quotes from our wedding venue's list of preferred caterers, and Main Event was my top choice from the first email with Elyse. On top of that, they had the best menu options with the most staff on-hand for over $1,000 less than our second choice. We totally customized our appetizers, and after we picked out dinner choices from their menu, the chefs customized everything again, down to the amount of poblano crust on the salmon. My only tips would be that, if you are providing your own alcohol or dessert, to discuss plans ahead of time for recovering leftover booze at the end of the night, as well as displaying desserts. read more

Allow me to paint you a word picture: It's January 23, 2016. Winter Storm Jonas is raging, dumping 2 - 3 feet of snow across the MidAtlantic region. Most people are hunkered down, warm in their beds or snuggled on their couches, cup of cocoa in hand, ready to weather out the storm. What am I doing? I'm gettin' married. Yep, I got married in the middle of one of the worst winter storms to hit the DMV region in many, many, many years. I got married amidst feet of snow, raging winds, and freezing temps, and -- thanks in HUGE part to the efforts of Main Event Caterers -- we still got hitched without a hitch! When news of just how bad the storm started to circulate, I was already dealing with vendors freaking out, stressing me out, and ultimately canceling on me. So when I got a call from Adeline with Main Event, I was expecting the worst. Instead, I got the most awesomely reassuring call I could have received: "We'll be there no matter what," she said. "Don't worry about us." And so I didn't worry. Well, I *tried* not to worry. But after some of my other vendors started canceling out on even their contingency plans, I was still nervous. After all, a makeup artist, a hair stylist, a DJ, whatever. The wedding can still happen without those people. But the caterer? All the tables and chairs and cutlery and, of course, the food? Hell, the BOOZE?! There's no way that things would have gone on without them. But all that worry ended up being needless. True to their word, Main Event not only showed up, they ROCKED my wedding. I was expecting maybe half of the staff to be there, for things to be a little bit slow, run a little behind, but no. Despite the insane storm, the ridiculous amounts of snow, the horrific conditions, Main Event had a FULL staff, set up the reception BEAUTIFULLY, the food was DELICIOUS, and the service was IMPECCABLE. They were incredible, and I seriously cannot express my gratitude enough. I came to find out that they prepped for the impending storm by delivering all of their equipment and all the rentals the day before, had the food supplies on-site in a refrigerated truck, and even put up some of their key staff members in hotels next door just to be sure that they'd be there! All of this happened, by the way, without me hearing a peep about it. No stressing me out with multiple potential plans, no asking me to pay extra to cover the added costs, nada. Talk about true professionalism. Tim Gunn would be so proud at how Main Event simply MADE IT WORK. So, let's step back from the extraordinary circumstances of the storm, and just evaluate Main Event as a caterer. They catered my brother's wedding a few years ago, so I already knew the food would taste good, but I wasn't prepared for how great the entire experience working with them would be. The tasting was outstanding -- what a great, thoughtful, and personalized experience. Working with Adeline and Spencer was seamless -- they responded to my emails promptly and thoroughly, worked with me on costs, gave me suggestions, and were so pleasant to work with. The value of what you get is outstanding -- their pricing was already so competitive and so great, but as you can see, the extra lengths to which this company will go to ensure you have an amazing event. And, of course, the food on the night of the event was great. I got tons of compliments on the quality of the food from my guests. I sincerely cannot recommend Main Event Caterers enough. I wish I could give them TEN stars! If you're looking for a caterer that not only serves great food, has a truly thoughtful, considerate, professional staff, AND that you can fully rely on (even in a crisis!), you should look no further. Do Not Book Them! Main event was selected for our wedding in VA and we live in San Francisco. The catering menu looked fantastic and we picked to use them based on our wedding planners recommendation. We did the tasting and everything was made perfectly and well done with some critiques on the salad for the day itself. They quoted us for 150 person wedding and ended up have 109 total. The cost went up by 5k after the initial quote for 150 was dropped to 109 and they couldn't give me a valid reason why except they needed more staff to move furniture at the venue. The salad we chose was incorrect on the wedding day (Blue cheese instead of Parmigiano-Reggiano. The cost was dramatically more than was quoted upfront. The final straw was after the wedding and paying them over 20k to feed 109 people food that was incorrect to what we chose originally they send me a request to pay $33.72 6 weeks after the wedding. I would of never written this review until they were petty with the small extra amount they want due. Again no reason outside of saying we increased headcount, yet we had 3 less people than 109 at the actual wedding due to a few last minute cancellations. We also paid for our own alcohol prior to the event and they over estimated by double and told us to purchase an additional 10 bottles of hard alcohol and 3 cases of wine and 84 more beers. We had 12 bottles of hard alcohol and 5 cases of wine plus 120 bottles of beer. read more

Everyone - I mean, everyone! - commented how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. It was so well done, and I was so thrilled because the food was most important to me for the wedding! Overall we had an enjoyable experience and received rave reviews from the guests about the appetizers, salad and chicken entree. The butlers and waitresses were great! Attentive, quick and very polite. Planning the wedding with the event designer we worked with was also enjoyable. She was attentive to my needs and did her best at accommodating our increasing guest list for our relatively small venue. If you're on a budget and getting married in the busy months, Main Event Caterers may not be worth your time/energy. It wasn't for me! Be forewarned that their questionnaire is among the longest I've seen. Weddings during the busy season (Sept-Oct) are a minimum $10k regardless of size or menu preferences with Main Event. Customer service rep Bryan had the courage to ask if I could change my wedding date if I wanted to not pay this premium. This is frankly just rude. If it's not a good fit--own that, communicate that. Don't ask me to change my schedule because you place an exorbitant premium on weddings during busier months. Absolutely appalling. read more

Main Event catered our wedding in May 2022, and they were hands down my favorite vendor to work with. The food was AMAZING - our guests raved about the passed hors d'oeuvres and main meals equally. Throughout the entire process the staff went above and beyond. Melissa and the chef were extremely responsive and patient as we worked through multiple iterations of our menu. The tasting was one of our favorite experiences of the planning process (make sure you come hungry!) We are foodie vegetarians, and the staff really worked with us to make all of our wedding dreams a reality, as the food was one of the most important details to us. The level of customer service was at the same par as the food. I cannot speak more highly of Melissa and Greg. Greg ensured that we were taken care of throughout the whole wedding, even down to ensuring that we both drank enough water and had time to eat. We had a follow-up conversation with Main Event to discuss our problems at our request. They then wrote us an email to respond to our phone conversation, and I closed the loop with a final follow-up email. Here is their response to our missing chairs: "Chairs: this was a mistake of not ordering on our end, quite frankly, this should have never been brought to your attention that the second set of chairs was never ordered. We should have just taken care of it without flagging anything to you all." Here was my response to that rationale: "First, why would the preferred way to handle the chair situation be to not tell us about it? Is the hope that we may have never noticed the missing chairs? I think you handled it properly by telling us about the error, but the error never should have happened." Here is their response to our missing flatware that we agreed to pay an upgraded rate for a year in advance: "Flatware: This is a mistake that I believe was not clearly communicated. The rental order was placed, as you mentioned, after your initial selection here. The problem is the rental company promised it to two companies and the other company had reserved the item first, they did not tell us that until April. Regardless, this reflects on us and no one else. Understandably, this is upsetting as financially speaking it was a good portion of the rental aspect." So, be very concerned about their relationships with their subcontractors and the (lack of) leverage that they have. Here is their response to our missing "stalker": "Stalker: After speaking with the supervisor, this person was assigned to you all. HOWEVER, the person had to be pulled for a few reasons at various times throughout the night to assist with some small tasks and this was not communicated to you all. Because of the lack in clear communication, the service was not provided as promised." Here was my response to that: "Second, you should know that it was never apparent that there was a stalker. We never met anyone that even remotely appeared to be serving in this role. No one was introduced to us in this role. There was no stalker, period. So, whoever you pulled away apparently was working on a few small things all night or decided to take the rest of the night off." They also claimed that they were training their recently promoted planner on her interpersonal communication skills. This is a company that you are giving a significant amount of your wedding budget to. Think carefully about whether Main Event is the best way to spend your resources. read more

We hired Main Event for our wedding on super short notice notice after our original caterer went out of business. My husband likes to say that we failed up with our caterer because Main Event is fantastic. Their food is delicious and their staff is very professional. We worked with Rebecca and she was really responsive and organized. I docked a star for for 2 things. One of our entrees was supposed to be served with a mushroom gravy, but ended up coming out only with a plain gravy. It's not that big a deal, but you know, you want your guests to get what they were supposed to get. Also, they forgot to serve to entrees to one of our tables, and although it was rectified once they were informed about it, because of the error, I heard from my guests that food was not warm when it came out and so didn't taste as good as it should've. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Main Event to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. Husband and I decided to "elope locally" in part because the idea of planning a big wedding gave us hives. But when we started telling friends and family we'd gotten married -- suh-priiiiise! -- some kinda got their noses out of joint. "Why didn't you tell us?" "We would have loved to have been there!" "No friggin' way, we thought you'd die still living in sin." You know, the usual reactions. So, to please everyone, we decided to throw a fête. Yes, a reception without the wedding. Everyone wins, really, cuz let's face it: the reception's the best part about weddings anyway. I don't know anything about fancy shindigs, however, so here's where I give a major Yelp-out to Julie M.: with her wealth of wedding-planner-extraordinaire savvy, she graciously pointed me in some good directions by recommending a couple caterers we could use for our soirée. Once we began communicating with Main Event, tho, we were sold. Their customer service was top-notch from start-to-finish over the month or so that we were planning the party. We dealt directly with Event Designer Andrea Falletti, who could not have been more helpful, communicative, patient, or professional. She guided us through the process of selecting our menu and planning out the party down to the finest detail. And our guests were blown away by the food Main Event provided. We noshed on offerings like various panini with gourmet fillings; a Mediterranean spread of pita, falafel, tzatziki, hummus, and baba; adorable crudité in shot glasses with pesto; sticky rice with roasted red pepper spread; and international cheeses...everything was fresh and flavorful, impeccably presented, and absolutely delicious. We were also thoroughly wowed by how friendly, pleasant, and efficient the staff were: the buffet spread never dwindled, alcohol circulated on silver trays, empty plates were swiftly removed. The Main Event staff were completely unobtrusive, yet they still kept everything running like a well-oiled machine. I would use Main Event again in a heartbeat. Main Event catered my wedding reception and morning-after brunch. We initially worked with a Main Event event designer who left the company a few months after I began working with her. No worries - we were given to Spencer and his assistant Meg, with a seamless transition. From the beginning, Main Event was EXCITED about my wedding menu, and worked with my fiance and me through several iterations of it until we finally decided what we wanted. The tasting blew me away and sealed the deal. We also got our wedding cake through Main Event - we gave them two flavor ideas, and they gave us a cake that exceeded our expectations. Through the entire process, the chef was very accommodating to our special requests; and Spencer and Meg were available to answer all of our questions - and helped us design an amazing/memorable gastronomic experience for our big day. We wanted our guests to be blown away, and they were! As for the morning-after brunch, which we held at our home as an open house, the food was equally delicious. Spencer came over, figured out a way to arrange our tiny living room and porch in the best way in no more than 60 seconds, sent two absolutely amazing staff members to help us and even came over to help oversee setup at 8 am. We didn't have to lift a finger, which is what we wanted. So happy we chose to use Main Event, and will be using them in the future!!! read more

We worked with Main Event Caterers for the annual celebration event for our professional organization. They not only provided incredibly creative food that was unlike any of the other affairs I have attended in town, they were involved in the process of our event from the beginning. They helped us to find a unique venue that really appealed to our members who have "been there and done that"... then they helped to coordinate our music, the flowers, everything. The staff they provided were friendly, efficient, and most importantly... they were subtle. I spent the evening with my friends... not working around staff to enjoy myself. The experience Main Event brought to bear made the burden of planning one of these events practically non-existent. Bottom line? In addition to doing amazing food (required for a caterer, don't you think?) they brought so much more to the table to make our event absolutely outstanding. Main Event catered our wedding reception, and I can't say enough good things about them! We worked with Rachael, who did a fantastic job coordinating everything. I gave a vague description of the type of food I liked (Californian-style food with lots of fresh ingredients, and also some French-inspired food) and she came back with a few mouthwatering menu ideas. Seriously mouthwatering. We were actually about to book with another caterer until we found Main Event, and their menu ideas just won us over! Main event provided the tables, chairs, and all the equipment, and Rachael did a wonderful job helping us think through all the details. It was the first wedding I was so involved in planning, but whenever the decisions started to seem overwhelming, Rachael did a great job of giving us her honest advice, on everything from quantity of food to serve, size of the tables, types of chairs to use, centerpieces, etc. They even helped coordinate with the cake provider (and the cake was amazing!). Oh, and we wanted to serve our own wine, and Main Event has no corkage fee--whoohoo! We were very pleased with Main Event even before the actual wedding, but on the Big Day, I have to say they even surpassed our expectations. Seriously, we were blown away. The service was amazing, with the staff doing a great job of setting up quickly, being attentive to our needs, keeping things on schedule without seeming pushy. Main Event catered our wedding in August in Washington DC, and we had such an amazing experience working with their team. They handled everything on our wedding day, including chair set up, room flip and dinner, drinks and desert service. And the food was exceptional! Their sales people are great and make you believe the company is one of the best caterers in the area. The food quality is good, although the food I tried at the tasting was much better than the food prepared for my event. For example, the duck we ordered was missing pecan and cherry relish. It was present in the menu and at the tasting, but not at the actual event. The rockfish was missing the agave gastrique, which as well was present at the tasting and in the menu. Basically, all the ingredients that made the main dishes interesting were missing. There are several more reasons for 3 stars. The Main Event staff scratched the floor of our venue by dragging a piece of furniture from the elevators. During the event, I had to remind them to pick up napkins from the floor, clear up extra glasses from each table, cut more cake. After the event, while they packed some of our main dishes, they didn't pack any of the cheese or crab cakes that we had as appetizers and that we barely ate. Overall, if you have time and energy to supervise them during the event and make sure they brought everything they promised to deliver, it might work better for you that it worked for us. read more

The worst catering company I've ever encountered. Where do I start? They catered for my brother's wedding and it was awful. The steak was raw. The gnoche was tasteless and dry. The fish was edible yet bland. The cake servers were rude. The only good thing were the lemonade drinks. Please listen to all the bad reviews. This company should be out of business. Main Events did an amazing job with our wedding. Daniela was absolutely wonderful to work with. We interviewed a lot of different caterers, and I worked in the catering business throughout high school and college so I had a ton of questions and requests for them all based on my experience. They stood out well above the others from beginning to end. Daniela paid attention to all of the things that were important to me, and she followed through the day of the wedding. They helped us so much to make the day perfect. The food was wonderful as well. Our guests raved about it after the wedding and said it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding, as if they went to a great restaurant. We had a dual entrée - the chicken was moist and the steak was cooked perfectly!! I would recommend them to any other bride/groom in the area looking for excellence. I had three entree options, real-time changes on when we would serve each course and many individuals with food allergies.
