I've noticed lately things seem to be going from bad to worse with customer service. I was truly hoping that it would get better since this is the closest store to me , which makes it very convient. But today takes the cake and I will not return. The amount of unprofessinalim I witnessed today was totally uncalled for and something you would expect to hear in a bar not a retail store. As I was shopping , there was young man and 2 females, one older and one wearing a bikini top under her world shirt, standing by the counter /register area, who were laughing and talking about one of the females recent "relationships" with very inappropriate, intimate details, such as a " Indian pole riding ", which is offensive in so many ways , as well as joking about how they were all violating HR policies right then . Not only that, the older lady stated that Angela , their HR person was in Cincinnati , was nice and wouldn't care. The man then said that he was going to hit on her so she could become his sugar momma, which they all found incredibly funny. All the while customers in the store could hear everything and were being ignored. There were 2 other male employees in the store helping someone , but anyone else was ignored. To me this screams lack of accountability and leadership . I know I'm only one customer. But I doubt that anyone that overheard this interaction will be back as it was disgusting to say the least . Please do better! And have more self respect.

The gunsmith on staff did an amazing job with both rifles, he's very knowledgeable and shared some useful information, as well as going above and beyond the call of duty, regarding some of the details. I always enjoy working with the staff at Indy Arms, as they have good product knowledgeable and are always friendly and professional. Historically, these types of meetings are almost always on the golf course, but we had some people who were not golfers and since its the spring of the year we really wanted something indoors in case it rained. I was able to work with Accuracy Unlimited to put together an afternoon of safe fun for our collective teams. I specifically wanted to arrange it so that we didn't have to bring anything of our own to the range, and Accuracy Unlimited can rent everything you need an sell you the ammo to go with it. We rented the entire gun range along with an assortment of semi automatic pistols, as well as the fully auto AR15 set up to fire 9mm. We had people who had never fired a weapon before, and the staff at Accuracy Unlimited worked with them to make them feel confident and safe. The fully auto AR15 was a real treat, and is a notable experience for anyone even if you have lots of shooting experience. I highly recommend renting the full auto! Lots of pictures and video's were taken, and I've already been asked when we can do that again. I highly recommend checking this place out for either personal enjoyment, with your family and friends, as a corporate outing, or even part of a bachelors party.
