From June 21st
Terrible 1st experience. Went in on Father's Day. I can understand things are crazy today. I went in with the intention of whatever happens happens. I arrive, I'm told by the young lady in the front no available spots. I tell my significant other let's go to the bar and enjoy some drinks while we are here, and it occurs to me go back and ask if anything becomes available that if she can tell me as I'm drinking oat the bar. Where she proceeds to check and tells me about two different times available; 200 - 230pm and 230 - 330. I tell her let's do 200-230, and if we can from there 230:330. We agree, she has me fill out the waiver and we are set. I head back to the desk at 159 and ask about the bay, where proceeds to tell me, "no it's at 230 instead". I'm not a confrontation person, so i brush it off. 230 comes around and head back to the desk. Get escorted to the bay, which was still filled with people and a mess. Didn't walk into the actual turf till about 240. The sensor was then not working had to call someone over, wasn't till 248 where someone came and rebooted it. Four minutes after someone came to tell me i had 10 min left. That it was Father's Day and needed me out. I was confused. Began telling him about the conversation i had with the young lady at the front. He even offered to comp me for next round. I told him something needed to be done. He left and then came the young lady, again making claims she never made. Saying she something when she didn't. I told her i disagreed with her. She advised she call her manager over i said okay. Then came the manager, and i expressed to him all of the above. He understood, acknowledged and apologized for his mistake. Said he would comp some time off my next round and comp me a round of drinks. The drinks were competed, and the round was never given as i never saw him again.
Point of this post, work on your customer service. While working on that, they should be able to listen and communicate effectively and avoid disgruntled customers by their own fuck ups cause they aren't paying attention.
