I'd sooner go to a place named Five Girls, but it is what it is. Maybe they could use five more guys helping make the burgers because they were never particularly great - even though people were obsessed with them originally - which is probably because people don't understand what burgers are supposed to taste like. These days they're just disappointing. Altogether not what we were hoping for. We like them but we don't love them and they could do a lot better. The prices are obnoxiously high as well, and while these aren't the worst burgers in the world - looking at you Shake Shack and Wendy's - they are not far off.

Delicious fresh food and fast service! I got the grilled cheese and added a patty! A huge regular Cajun fry that was fresh out of the fryer!

Regular Cajun Fries - You get a bag full of fries. Probably 3-4 cups worth.

If you're looking for a juice burger with a huge pile of fries, this place is for you. They are a little pricey, but we'll worth it. The juiciness of the the burger, and getting ALOT of cajun fries - really hits the spot!

I love 5 guys and have been eating at their stores Spence they started popping up 18 years ago. Out of 100s of times I've been in to one across the country today was the worst experience I've ever had in one. I live 25 mins away from a a location and when I pop over to the doctors I some times stop in and grab a burger this is actually the 2nd time this week I've gone in. today I ordered 4 burgers this is the 1st time I've ever had to so my ticket before they gave me my order. The guy yelled out the number and I was standing there and I said that's mine and he grabbed the bag out of my hand and pulled it back and asked to see the ticket.... I thought that was very rude to pull it out of my hand but ok I got my ticket out of my pocket. I ordered for each person The way they wanted it a different way and this has never been an issue. Today all 4 burgers were totally wrong one was ordered plain plain and it had everything on it including cheese which the person is lactose intolerant and could not eat it. I'm allergic to onions and and they added lots of onions to mine. The other 2 were incorrect as well but those 2 had items they didn't ask for. They was no way for all 4 of us to even switch burgers so 2 of us just at fries. Over 60$ for hamburgers and 2 of them can't be enjoyed by people is ridicules

I love Five Guys. I pretty much love everything about this place. In the realm of burgers they are doing it right. I want to bet 3 out of 5 of you go here because you saw Daym Drops Five Guys review on youtube. I always get a warm welcome as soon as I walk in. you'll notice the bags of potatoes that are used to form a line. They take pride in knowing where their ingredients come from. When I remember, I normally call ahead. If you do call in they don't make your fries until you're there, so it's not sitting there getting stale on you. Speaking of fries, they have no concept of portions, which is a good thing in this case: 5Guy 1: Hmmm is this enough fries? (of course not) Better add more... 5Guy 2: Did he add enough fries? Maybe I should toss more in just to be sure. 5Guy 3: *tosses in even more fries because... fries* In other words, don't be alarmed when you look in your bag and can't see your burger because there is a gaggle of fries hiding it. Which now that I think about it, only adds to keep the burger warmer. Good thinking, five guys. Y'all so smart. Please get the cajun fries. They rock. They're not spicy so you can take it. I'm not done talking about fries. You're probably wondering why there is malt vinegar at the condiment counter. It's for the fries. Pick the bottle up. Take it to your seat. sprinkle on your fries. The acidity brings out the flavor (as with most cooking). If you don't like it, I can't help you. When I get to the counter they confirm my order, and the girl shouts to the cooks, "Hey Renee's here!" Apparently my call in order was enough to solidify my friendship and we're all on a first name basis. Oh btw, did I mention complimentary peanuts? You don't see that at burger joints. So once you've passed through the treasure hunt of fries you'll find your burger at the bottom. I appreciate that they wrap it in foil. Everything 5 Guys does to their food is in the name of preserving freshness. With the exception of cheese & bacon, you order in such a way you get the toppings you want and they don't charge extra for them. Get what you want. Grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, A-1 sauce, put it on there. Their burgers are juicy. The bread is always soft. Sesame seed buns. Probably because the heat of the burger steams the bun. One thing. Their regular burgers are double meat. The little burgers are single meat. I didn't know that when I first went there, I though little burger meant like a burger junior, but it's actually your normal size burger. 'Murica. All in all they make a good solid burger. It is all a la carte ordering, there isn't any meal per se, so if you want fries and a drink, you have to tell them (although they do ask). This would be good for lunch and you would do well to call the order in (or you can order online) if there's a long line. The price is somewhat higher but reasonable for what it is. I wouldn't consider this a high end burger, but it's definitely not low end, so please don't compare them to McDonald's or Burger King. They're like a medium end... the goldilocks burger. Yes. That's it.

Dang Hair Burger. I am sooo Super pissed off right now!!! The boys and I decided to go get a burger because we usually like these burgers. And I get home and find two long hairs on my burger. Called and manager said he is going to refund my purchase, like that fixes anything. Someone should be terminated for this. Guess we'll see if they really refund me. They tried asking me to bring my receipt in on my next visit and let the manager know what happened. Are you kidding me, I don't see myself ever going back there. I'm sticking to whataburger. But now I have to throw all this food away and find something else to eat. I cannot express how upset and pissed off I am right now!!! Don't know why they wouldn't take better precautions to prevent these type of things. Is there a way to report this to the health department?

I tried both Lobster Rolls, the cold one with Mayo, and the hot one with Butter, and they are both a treat that anyone who loves lobster should definitely try. I ordered the Connecticut roll, tater tots, and bottle water (combo cost = $36.xx after tax, so ~$40 after tip). The Connecticut roll (like a sub sandwich) literally only had 4-5 small pieces of lobster on it! The bread swallowed the meat - it was a ridiculously sad and pathetic sight. I was hoping to be able to split this $40 meal with my 4yr old daughter, but even with me taking literally just 1 tiny bite out of 1 little lobster piece, there still wasn't even enough lobster left to make her anywhere near full. After she ate the rest of the lobster (in under 3 minutes), she was still hungry, and neither of us are nowhere close to being big eaters. Didn't think to take a pic but I wish I did, bc you wouldn't believe how unbelievably ripped off I got, unless you saw it. The meat is tasty though. Just wish they gave a little more than one ounce of it.
