Five Guys, Centerville OH

Lunch today was very good. Busy at noon but they were cranking them out quickly. I was envious of my colleague who had the BLT. That was a LOT of bacon on that sandwich and it looked delicious. I chose the bacon cheeseburger and skipped the bun (keto diet!) for a lettuce wrap. It stayed together very nicely and wasn't too messy at all. A lot of food, very tasty. Coke fountain and some ice tea urns. Of course, lots and lots of peanuts everywhere. [Review 11447 overall, 1225 of 2019.]

Went here for super. It was super yummy! I had a small cheeseburger and fries. I got right in. There was no wait. Food did not take long to get. The fries they give you are huge and so many of them. The prices of the food is a little expensive in my opinion but it's definitely worth it. The food tasted so good.

Great Service, Great Food, Great Staff... My son and I had dinner here last night. The staff tonight was working liked a well oiled machine. The food was fantastic, the staff was super nice and friendly, and the place was clean... What else can you ask for? THANK YOU GENTLEMEN! Five star service all day long!!!

Hard to go wrong with Five Guys. Had a great lunch here and the burgers were cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and the service was really quick. It always amazes me how fast the can pump out the burgers. Great job!

There's a traditional burger called Signature Burger, then numbered 1-3 depending on how many patties. They have three fancier burgers -- Mushroom & Swiss, BBQ or Jalapeño. There are three types of chicken sandwiches -- Regular, Mango Habanero or Nashville Hot. They also offer chicken wings or chicken tenders with 8 sauces to choose from. Side options are waffle fries or onion rings. If you have a sweet tooth, they offer six flavors of milk shakes. I went with the Signature Burger 2 and a side of waffle fries. In addition to the two patties, it comes with two slices of American cheese, caramelized onions, signature sauce and mayonnaise. It was ready in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. They do have about ten tables if you want to dine inside. The burger comes wrapped in foil and stayed pretty warm by the time I got home. The flavor was excellent but after a few bites it almost seemed too decadent for a burger. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than it was so rich and dense that I think my taste buds were confused. I couldn't really taste the signature sauce, so I think next time I would ask for extra signature sauce and get it without mayonnaise. The fries were crispy and all in all it ended up being the perfect amount of food. I'd be interested to try one of the chicken sandwiches next time.

I recently placed a DoorDash order at Doubleday's Home Plate…read more Doubleday's Home Plate offers a variety of food options. I elected to get the Ooey Gooey Smashburger and an order of fries. The smashburger consists of two smash hamburger patties topped with American cheese with cheese sauce between the patties. I added pickles on my sandwich. The burger was cooked well, in the typical smashburger style, and was very cheesy and delicious. The fries were good. The order came in a plastic container. Not quite eco-friendly but it kept the food warm and fresh. I highly recommend this establishment. My order was filled quickly and my DoorDasher delivered the order quickly. I like having different dining options and this is one place I do intend on visiting again.

Now, they are basically based at The Famous restaurant which too has gone down hill in quality of food. I had made an order last night after long day of work (work a hour away), and the order was wrong and high priced for the portions. The fish was not a good portion like it was previous and did not even give me tartar sauce with fish. I was not aware of change of location to Famous Restaurant until I made the order and had to drive out of my way after long day at work. Management had refunded me money which was appreciated, but I would say that maybe they should just add this menu to The Famous Menu or to the Doubleday locations and close the doors and concept of this restaurant.

The Classic Smash Burger consists of two all beef patties on a sesame seed bun. The burger was cooked very well, was cheesy and very flavorful! The fries were seasoned well and are shoestring style. They were good. Not too oily and very plentiful. The chipotle ketchup was okay but not really what I was expecting. It is a bit spicy, perhaps too much to my liking, but I am sure many people would enjoy it. Everything was carefully placed in a nice cardboard box lined with brown paper and sealed. The order itself was placed in a brown paper bag. I do recommend. Food is good, plentiful, and a decent value compared to other chain type restaurants! I would go again as they have a pretty decent selection of food and this experience was good. Recommended!

Monster Pizza My…read moredear wife reminds me that we have not had pizza since before Thanksgiving. Never ever purchase frozen cardboard pizza, and given years of exploring area pizzas, we have a Top Three pizza favorites. The downtown Bellbrook pizza does not open until 4:00PM, and the nearby Chicago style pizza place is relocating to Clyo Road. Monster Pizza has merited our business for years. We received 14" of snow on Sunday, and driveway is cleared on Tuesday. I love winter, snow, and cold, but not ice. Roads are clear on Wednesday. January 25, 2026 offered the delights and challenges of early winter snow and ice storms. Mother Nature is Impressive; loved the fourteen inches of powder snow in January. Ron's Viking and Norman blood welcomed the enchantments of a northern winter. January 25, 2026 witnessed a national and South West Ohio major snow event of 14" and zero temperatures for a week or longer. This Grand Nature event reminded Ron of epic Ski Resort visits in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Whistler, Snowshoe,.... Given the thrill of skiing, the low temperature and deep snow are welcome. From age 12, I regularly installed sawdust tires on family cars; I was a huge fan of studded tires, and now insist on AWD. The short drive to Doubleday's was uneventful, and there were few drivers on the road. Doubleday's offers an excellent pizza, and my wife prefers the Voodoo Veggie with tomato sauce and regular crust. She is not disappointed with this pizza. The parking at Doubleday's is snow cleared, and the young lady delivering the pizza to the car is enthusiastic and excellent - she merits an additional tip.

We placed an order for four people that included a fish sandwich, malibu melt, buffalo chicken quesadilla and the boss italian flatbread. They usually bring take out orders to your car, but did not have that available the day we ordered so we were told to pick up the food at the bar. The only problem was, they didn't have the bar staffed and we ended up standing awkwardly at the corner of the bar waiting for someone to acknowledge us, which took far too long and most other employees would make eye contact and then look away as if it wasn't there job to assist us. Strike 1. After about 5 minutes somebody came out of the kitchen asking if we had a take out order, then she heads back to grab it and we went on our way. However, when we got home and unpackaged the food, we were missing an entire entree (the italian flatbread). Strike 2. I called to inform them of the problem and that I would be back shortly to pick it up. When I arrived, it was about another 5 minutes of waiting at the bar before being acknowledged. This was becoming infuriating. Eventually, I got the flatbread and headed back home to my family who had already eaten their food. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was that I never received even a simple "Sorry about that" from anyone at Doubleday's. Strike 3. Since Doubleday's branding is rooted in baseball themes, I'm sure they'll understand that my experience was literally three strikes, and now they're out -- I won't be returning.

I ordered the onion rings as a side which is about a dollar up charge. I also ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese. Delivery was really quick. The hamburger bun is a little thicker than most burger joints. The onion rings were very good, fried perfectly and not overtly greasy. The onion rings come with your choice of sauce. The employees are friendly and helpful. The food is good and made fresh. I like that they have more than just fries as a side option. Their cheese curds are great, as well as their onion rings. Tonight, 3 of us ate there and watched out the window as several employees hustled to and from cars in line for drive through carryout. You just don't see employees who are cheerful and hard workers to serve and make your experience great nowadays. But here, we do! I had the limited time Colby-jack pub burger. I got it without the specialty mayo and added lettuce & tomato. It was great! I also tried the raspberry smoothie- delicious! The food is great, but the cleanliness and friendliness is what brings us back more than anything else.
