Staff was very friendly and took my order promptly. There were no customers waiting ahead of me but my burger and fries still took 20 minutes. Burger was lukewarm, they forgot my fries. Glad I looked in the bag. Crew was talking back and forth with what appeared to be non-customers in the dining room. Crew didn't seem very focused on completing orders. One of the soda machines was inoperable. Fries were good. Overall not a very satisfying experience. I doubt I'll return. read more

Burger was fresh and good but toppings seem to fall short of variety. The overload of fries that leaves your bag drenched in grease in my opinion is unnecessary. I got a bacon cheese burger with small fries and a medium drink. Price was 13$ which is too high in my opinion. May limit the time I visit there for the days I was a grease overload. read more

I enjoy Five Guys. The lines are never too long and they have great customer service. I wish they stayed open later though! It's always very clean and sanitary in there as well. Parking can become an issue if you go during rush hour but that's just the nature of the area. read more

Perfect customer service. Friendly staff. Burger prepared just the way I like it. Perfectly cooked fries. I mostly eat chicken and fish -- rarely eat beef ("aspiring vegetarian"), but when I do have a burger craving, this burger is worth every bite. Best bet for burger lovers. I come here all the time on my lunch break. Today for some reason my card kept not being approved, I had them swipe it 5 or 6 times. I know I deposited money into my account just this morning, but to no avail. The manager, a tall guy with dark hair and glasses came over, and marked it as a "no sale" he told me it's no problem, don't worry about it. That is by far one of the best moves for customer service I have ever seen. Besides the food being absolutely amazing, their customer service is outstanding. read more

The location is my favorite. They are FAST and they generous with the fry portions. Go to location for sure. We always get double bacon cheese burgers. Add the BBQ sauce if that's your thing because it's amazing. You HAVE to try the Cajun fries. To die for! read more

I usually love the place, but after the last 3 times, I won't be back. Burgers were good, but the fries were soggy. And the help behind the counter were screaming and yelling nonsense, repeating each other dozens of times as if they were off their meds! So loud, you couldn't carry on a conversation at the table. It was dirty and greasy as well. To bad the help has let this good business slip away. I hate burger king, but I'll eat there just to avoid the yelling. read more

Had the double burger topped with bacon and all the fixins with fries. I was stuffed! The burger was as expected, tasted just like any other corporate chain burger. But I gotta say, the big brown grease stained bag full of fries was the best part of the meal. Couldn't finish them off at first, but found myself picking away at them until they were all gone. These fries are the real thing and the tastiest I've had in a long time. If your looking to fill up on a decent burger with fries, spend a few more dollars than what you would normally spend at micky d's or bk and go to five guys. read more

We love Five Guys burgers but unfortunately the one closest to our home closed and we now go to this one in Southfield. The food is still good but service is very spotty. Tonight was on other example. Placed our order on the web and when we arrived told them we were there to pick up our web order and went over to the pick up area to wait. Staff was so poor communicating that we ended up wait 10 minutes for what I thought was my order being completed only to find out it was not ours. Asked again and this time it got communicated correctly - our completed order had been sitting there the whole time. We have also had incorrect orders in the past as well. NOOOOOO! Let me start by saying I LOVE Five guys!!! It's like my favorite burger place. I decided to stop in on a whim today. I've never been to this location but I guessed they would be all the same. I ordered my usual- a little cheeseburger with lettuce, onion, pickle, ketchup and mustard. It was delicious!!! So why the one star? Well I went to my moms house to visit her do it started getting late so I got in the come. Then My stomach started cramping up so bad I thought it would bull over to get sick. i hadn't been to this location before but it was close to my friends' house. i was ready to go and she actually brought up the site to order online. i had totally forgot about online ordering! just pick what you want and put in your info. when we got there, an employee actually brought it to the table we were going to sit at. no less than FIVE employees asked how we were doing/how everything was. i even saw two of them open the doors for customers..highly impressed with the customer service at this place..the only sucky part is the parking lot--really small read more

I have been going to Five Guys for many years in my hometown of Suwanee,GA and I have been satisfied every time. While on vacation in Michigan I went to this location for lunch and I was thoroughly disappointed but not by the burger. The burger was absolutely delicious but where this location fell short was with the fries. The fries were overcooked and they had a somewhat burnt after taste and this is what led me to be unsatisfied with my meal. Even though I was not happy with my meal I will still continue to go to the Five Guys near my house as I have never had bad service there. read more

Just excellent period. Im a huge cheesburger fan. Gotta be cooked right, juicy and no grizzle. At 5 guys, the hamburger quality is just excellent. Period. Plus the bun is so nice and soft! Lettuce crisp, they put the perfect amount of mustard and ketchup on it. I mean its perfect. Consistant as well. I go there so often they know me by name! So if you want a great burger, your search is over. I love the fries myself but some may not as they put tons of salt on them and the bag of fries is wet from grease and its thicker kind of fries. Too me, they are great however with tons of ketchup! You should try them for sure. I order the lil cheesburger and the lil fries. Lil burger really is the right size even if starving. So far all 5 guys i go to are no different. This one i just go to the most. Biggest complaint is there are not more locations! I always get takeout.
