Let me start by saying--my expectations for fast food are extremely low. I'm not expecting fine dining. I just want something quick, hot, and edible. That's it. I came to this location just wanting some chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered at the kiosk and waited... and waited... and waited. 25 minutes later, my food finally showed up. And when I looked at it, it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or worse) for a while. The fries were cold. The nuggets looked like they'd been cooked an hour ago and left to die. When I politely brought this up, the woman who brought it out looked at me like I was crazy for not wanting to eat cold food. Eventually, they gave me a fresh order--which took another 10 minutes. The fries were finally hot. The nuggets? Still room temp. So I guess that's a half-win? Bottom line: If you're expecting "fast" food, do yourself a favor and skip this location. The service was slow, the food was subpar, and the attitude I got when I complained was just the cherry on top. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. Waited 15 minutes for my order because they only want you to use the kiosk because they are too lazy to collect money at the cash register. I let them know that I did the option to pay with cash and the lady still didn't want to accept my order. So I just walked away and the lady gave me an attitude and called me outside my name. I'm better than that and didn't choose to engage and walked away. Slow and nasty workers. A worker didn't want to help because "she not ringing anyone up" Just bad service over all. read more

I came to this McDonalds about 5 years ago and was very disappointed by how extremely slow this place is. I thought I give it another chance since it's been a few years, maybe it'll be different. I did a mobile order 20 minutes before going there, went to the curbside pick up spot and was told to either go through the drive thru or go inside to pick up my food. I go through the drive thru and they tell to go inside. At this point I'm annoyed. I go inside and still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food, which wasn't even made yet! Though the employees were all very polite, which I appreciate, If you're on a time crunch, NEVER come here for lunch. read more

suffer from left arm and hand paralysis I had a fairly large order of food and drinks. I informed the guy passing out orders I only have use of 1 hand and could I have a bag with a handle . He then informed the person bagging the food(Jazz) my food I needed a handle bag she said NO handle bags are for delivery orders mind you I got 1 no hassle 2 weeks prior. They real trash for that and lucky I'm not a person who makes a big deal about crap. read more

Sad shame. This location should be closed. There is no consideration for the customer's our orders or experience. I attempted to use an app code as I do at any other McDonald's and was told I can't use the code in the drive thru with another code. This isn't true as I make two orders all the time and I have never had this issue at any other location. It is sad. So upon going into the location because of the lie per the app I am no longer allowed to use the code because it was opened in the drive thru. This is terrible meanwhile I'm wasting time on my lunch break. Avoid this location at all costs. There is another McDonald's near by skip this location unless you want to be lied to and mistreated. Sad McDonald's shame. Go somewhere else. read more

Like anyone should be surprised that this place has gotten negative reviews consistently for several years. I'll simply say this - they advertise 24 hrs, but they don't work 24 hrs a day. Pulled up, waiting to order, after several minutes drove around, banged on the window. Nothing. Drive around once more and tried again. Nothing. Saw workers laughing in the kitchen screwing around. Tried to call the number on the window - answering machine. Seriously, don't bother. They don't care, neither should you. read more

When you're hungry for something quick and you're watching your budget you probably look for a nearby fast food establishment with a Dollar Menu (some call it a Value Menu because choices are more than a dollar). For me that most often means a McDonald's. And that's how I ended up here for a quick bite as it was (almost) on my route. I had a little time to kill so I decided to eat in this time. They had classic counter service as well as two kiosks for fast, courteous, and efficient self service. I chose the counter and ordered a Cheeseburger, a McChicken, and a large Diet Coke; $1 each for $3 plus tax. I was surprised when I was given a plastic number tent to place on my table for delivery. I've experienced this at a few other fast food restaurants but it's not that common. I filled my drink and picked a clean, empty table and started reading an audio book. After a few minutes I thought I heard my order announced but I was told it would be brought to my table. After a few more minutes I went back to the counter to ask about my order. I was again told they would bring it out so I sat down and waited. A couple of minutes later the girl who had taken my order brought it out. It wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either. It was what I might call a cool warm. I think that it actually was my order that was announced after a couple minutes. I wasn't in the mood to have the order redone. It's unfortunate that they have good ideas but poor execution. The place was clean including the men's restroom; can't report for the ladies. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru; was told system was down and it would be 14-15 mins. Waited over 25 mins just for the 2 lazy and worthless employees to pretty much shut down the store and sit in the dining room and eat while ignoring every car including us that came. Trash of trash of trash employees. I wouldn't hire them to scoop up dog poop that's how worthless they are. read more

I would give this McDonald's 0 stars if I could. I've worked at a McDonald's before. The staff are incompetent at their jobs, are rude, and sit around doing nothing or talking. The food is almost always incorrect the wait time is horrible and can't even be considered "fast food" It's taken over 30 minutes to get 2 McChickens before. If I want McDonald's, which is rare, I would drive 30 minutes just to avoid this place. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I walked into this place and it smelled SO bad like feces. I am not being dramatic, it was rancid. I can't even believed this just happened. Nothing seemed to be wrong with the bathrooms, the entire building just smelled so god awful. Immediate loss of appetite. For some reason, I keep coming back to this McDonald's. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain, a medium fry, and a small sprite. The fries were sort of hard, and they were very bland. No salt at all. They forgot my straw, and they messed up one of my burgers. The guy at the window didn't even say hi to me or say anything to me. He just gave me my drink and food and didn't say have a nice day anything. I get working at fast food is not really great. But act like you're a person at least. I can't believe this McDonald's has been open for more than seven years and yet it's still a crappy McDonald's. I looked at the yelp app reviews, to this day has not improved. All ones stars. I would figured that McDonald's or any managers were proved at the seeing so many bad reviews but yet it's still crappy. read more

Woah, I was there earlier today. The owner should just close this place down. I could hear the entire conversation of the manager telling her staff things that they could be doing because the place was filthy! The workers aren't teenagers. These are older adults. Bland workers with horrible customer service skills. They don't smile. Really rude too. "Um anything else?" ... I tood her nicely that I was seeing what else we wanted. We went to the retroom and came out. Our food was done. I find it weird that they only give you 5 ranches for 30 nuggets total? 6 nuggets per ranch. Impossible. They give you one ranch for a 4 piece. So... 30/4 is 7.5 ranches. I should have at least got two more. It would make sense. Worst part is that I was ignored when I tried to ask for more ranch. Finally, she looked at me annoyed when I got her attention. I asked how many ranches come with my nuggets. She said "I don't know, whatever you got." She said they charge $0.50 per ranch. Ridiculous. Even my work charges $0.25 only for theirs. I was trying to find some change and told her it didn't make sense. She puffed annoyingly and threw two ranches at me and said "there have them." So I walked out awkwardly. Quite rude and a bit embarrassing. No one should treat customers like that. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Horrible service, unprofessional staff.

0 stars for the no mask wearing NIGHT SHIFT MALE manager Jacob he sure was showing off his yellow teeth while messing up a DOUBLE HAMBURGER...not a cheeseburger..(because cheese does not come on a HAMBURGER , you can even look at the screen where you take the customers order and it shows a picture of the item @ mr smarta** :)) ) ......Asked for an apology/refund.....he said no to both but decided to make a rude and untrue remark about a customer....Id also like to add a female admitted he fingerf**ked my burger :( but he Unplugged phones when I called to ask about general manager.....Sis mouth was a little too wreckless and unbelievably disgusting. Problem must be solved the right way. and looking through these reviews I see alot of similarities based on what I seen during my last visit. NOT COVID SAFE FOR SURE. yes read more

The young lady taking payments at the drive-thru window on Thursday, July 8, at about 11:00 A.M. had such a nasty attitude that I actually felt sorry for her. To some of my questions, she just shook her head, looked away, and would not give me a verbal answer. To others, she spoke barely above a whisper, and I had to ask her several times to repeat herself. I was as polite as I possibly could have been, so there was just no reason for her to have such a nasty, surly attitude with a customer. And then, there was what you see in the picture. I am not a fast food eater anyway, I was just there because I had a power outage and could not make coffee at home. But under no circumstances would I ever patronize this location. read more

So we just went to McDonald's for breakfast what a mistake. I guess I should expect bad food, but, bad service that is something that can be controlled. Confused, I said, ok, and handed her my card, waited for a receipt, and she said, "oh there is no receipt paper"....Moving on, we went to the next window and that was even more ridiculous.
