I would have given a zero if I could. Food was fine, we love fuddruckers burgers and this the only location left in Michigan. Big mistake. Wish it was still self service. It is now full service but our server - the only one there - didn't even make eye contact, threw our food down and never came back, no refills. Price was VERY high so start with, and then came the cherry on top - they added an auto 20% gratuity and then had the nerve to have another tip line with a suggested tip amount of an additional 20%!!! If you like horrible service and getting intentionally ripped off, this is the place for you. If not, find a different place for a decent burger. Or better yet, make it at home because all restaurants these days suck. read more

We were excited to find one open after our local Fuddruckers closed. It's not the Fuddruckers we knew and loved. No big canister of pump cheese for the burgers and fries, no self serve Coke machine, no toppings bar, no bakery for buns or cookies. I needed to stop by and give 5 stars based on their new buffalo wings alone. They're fantastic! Big, meaty wings, fried without breading, NOT frozen wing dings, spun in homemade buffalo sauce and served with good ranch. So good. And customer service is always excellent. Had high hopes for this place. The burgers looked great, good prices (so I thought), and a cool spot to watch the big games on Saturday. Problems started when I ordered my burger which was supposed to be $17. I was then nickel and dimed for each topping (they charged me $1.50 for each, including the mushroom, cheese, and onion). I then asked if I could upgrade it to a combo which is advertised as $7. Instead of $7, I was charged for an individual drink and side which was $10. After tip, my $17 burger magically became almost forty bucks. When bringing this up to the gentleman ringing me up, I was met with an awkward situation as if he couldn't understand what I meant and was met with a receipt. On top of it all, my burger was so greasy that I could hardly eat it. Had to use a fork which ruins the point of the burger (which was so soaked it had all but dissolved by the time of my first attempted bite). I write this review a little less than 24 hours later, stomach still upset and many bathroom trips later. A shame as the staff and spot seem cool. read more

Heading to the Michigan State Police post in Oak Park I stoped and had a Ostrich hamburger, onion ring and chocolate milk shake. Amazingly enough, ostrich is 90% lower in fat than beef and even has fewer calories than turkey, while still maintaining the richness and flavor of red meat. Unlike its counterparts, ostrich doesn't shrink when you cook it, making it ideal for burgers and steaks. The place was clean and very polite and happy workers. The onion rings are awesome and they make some of the best shakes around. Ostrich has a different texture and flavor. Very juicy and flavorful hamburger. I was surprised to see elk and Buffalo burgers also on the menu. Definitely will eat at this place again and try the Elk burger next time. read more

The food is good no issue there ! The guy running the place , the overweight older guy is not very welcoming or personable . They are extremely understaffed , to the point either the guy I mentioned or a bartender is taking the order . He literally spilled my drink on me and had his fingers in my friends drink because of the way he was holding it . You can tell he is meant to supervise and not serve . The place is gets busy because of a social media post and they do not have the staff to keep up with demand . Service is non existent. With that being said charging 22% gratuity is egregious ! It was a party of 3 , and again we did not actually have a server! When I brought it up to him , he said " oh no it's only supposed to 20%" so that means they are just typing in whatever they feel . And again , we ordered our food at the desk and went to the food area to grab it with the clicker went off ... so what is the gratuity for ?!! He said it's cuz the waitress only makes $5 an hour ... again what waitress ?! Also you do not pass your costs on to the customers , pay your workers more ! read more

I ordered beyond burger and sweet potato fries online via Snappyeats and paid cash once I got there. Food was ready at exact time. The beyond burger was huge. The condiments are now packs but still self serve. In my opinion it's more sanitary to have the staff to put the condiments in the bag. To reduce the spread touching should be reduced as much as possible. I was disappointed that the manager nor a staff member that appeared to be on break in the dining area were wearing a mask. My husband and I love this place. We always get great service and the food is great. This is one of my go to places for a work lunch while I'm doing keto because the service is fast and accurate. I usually get a grilled chicken salad but sometimes I'll bet a burger and salad combo. I love how you can choose your own condiments! You don't have to tell them how much or how little you want of something because you do it yourself. I'd love to try some of their desserts sometime because those shakes look devine. read more

At lunch time, the queue moved quickly and my burger must have already been on the grill because the pager went off before I'd gotten my drink filled and found a table. Good to see quick service like this. The fixings bar was tidy and organized. No litter, neatly arranged, well stocked. The condiments were filled and pumped well. I added a few slices of very good looking tomato and a couple of onion rings, then pumped a LOT of cheese sauce onto my fries. Yeah, it's salad for dinner tonight. The topping bar for the burger is very clever. The bathrooms were super clean. They have a lot of options for condiments and also two soda machines for your drinking pleasure. At first glance our burgers were huge I wish the buns weren't so dense because they were sort of dry and too much bread compared to the meat. But the meat patty is generous in size. My sis and I both agreed that our burger was delicious with the fresh grilled jalapeño and onions and the melted cheese. My bro-in-law really liked his crispy chicken but he also loaded his with other toppings. My niece was truly in love with her mushroom swiss burger! This is a very friendly, fast and clean restaurant. I had the crispy chicken sandwich combo (it was my splurge meal). I was really pleased with the size, texture and taste (which is better than chick fil a). I like to add the toppings of my choice myself. My husband had a hamburger combo, he was less enthused. food was not too bad. it was a bit pricey but the service was quick. fries were seasoned nicely. and the restaurant was clean.

Placing an order onion was easy and pick up was smooth and fast. The food is what's lacking though. The fish and chips are extremely greasy which resulted in the fish having a wet texture vs a crispy one. Also the fish came with a prepackaged tarter sauce instead of them making their own. The mozzarella sticks were alright but nothing special and again the came with a prepackaged marinara sauce instead of a restaurant made one. Onion rings weren't too bad. Overall the food would have been a lot better if they would of had restaurant made sauces and it would of been a lot easier to overlook the soggy fish. read more

I asked them for buffalo sauce to use instead of mayo, ketchup and mustard, and you guys should try it so good!!
