I came here on my way to work. I was feeling lazy to make lunch so of course I had to grab Taco Bell. There was no one in line so that was a score! I ordered the chicken quesadilla, nachos with cheese, and a Baja Blast freeze. The chicken quesadilla was surprisingly so full of chicken. Honestly the best quesadilla I've had from a Taco Bell thus far. So full with chicken and cheese and it was so good, yes I devoured the whole thing before I got on the expressway. The nachos with cheese were good, chips were soft and not crunchy though which was weird and the Baja Blast was amazing. Overall, it's cheap, fast and easy. The drive thru lady was rude and wouldn't acknowledge their fault. I was told in the drive thru to go around to the door to pick up my in store order. The door was locked so I waited. The lady refused to acknowledge I was there until a coworker told her to talk to me. Instead of coming over, she waved at me to go back through the drive thru. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food, and by the time I got it, the food was cold. After she handed me the food, I tried to talk to her and she shut the window and walked away, and wouldn't come back until I drove off. Poor service and disappointing. read more

Oooh taco bell.... I tried to give you a chance. I thought maybe just maybe you were stepping your game up. Sadly NOOOOOPE which is super sad since our office building is right next door. Contrary to all other reviews I actually had a pretty decent customer service experience. It was 5pm on a Friday they were fairly busy but I didn't wait long. The issue here is food quality... I literally picked through the box looking for the beef. This is touted as a grande nacho box with double the beef. In fact it's just double the chips not meat and with a squirt of guacamole. Smh ‍ What good is an advertised promotion when your staff doesn't make it as displayed??? So I guess the trade of doe getting it timely, was getting it made haphazardly!!!! I'd give a lower score if there was one but this was the final straw! No more Taco Bell in our home! Tonight we thought we'd give it another try because once in a while whoever is cooking does a good job and the food is great but tonight it was disgusting. I ate one taco and said I'm not eating this garbage! They throw in too much greasy meat and it makes the shells soggy which in turn they tear and make a mess, very little lettuce and cheese and it was barely warm. I'm so disgusted with how workers get paid a lot more to do less, skimp on food and don't even drain the grease! We don't have the money to waste so from now on, taco hell is dead to us! This is the closest Taco Bell to my home so I've been here a couple of times...most of the time at night. It's always the same thing. Nothing but teenagers giving you attitude, you wait in line for 5-10 minutes before you get to the window and then you see what the hold up is. The girls are usually on their phone, playing around with the other staff or talking to the teenage boys that seem to always be inside. It doesn't matter if it is busy or not. The drive through is the slowest I have ever encountered. The staff is eh, at best. The order is accurate less than 50% of the time. The food is always messy. Sour cream on the outside of the taco shell, lettuce in the bag, cheese cup lids not shut all the way. Normally forgets the chips part of "Chips and Cheese". The last two (and final two) times I went they "couldn't accept cards at drive through". Ok, sure. This place is a joke for breakfast. I'm not even sure why I come back to this place. For years I've been told "Sir, the coffee machine is broken." I asked the young man behind the counter how long he'd been working there. He said for 6 months. I followed up with asking "has the coffee machine ever worked?" And he said no. This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. If I could rate them 0 stars I absolutely would!!!! I pull up to the window to get my order and they hand me a dinky bag. Obviously I know it isn't what I ordered because I ordered $22 worth of food. So I tell them it isn't my order.So I wait at least 5 minutes and then they give me my order. So I pulled in a parking space to eat. Remind you the inside is closed. I open the bag and absolutely everything was wrong. Both nacho bell grandes had everything on them they weren't supposed to. Staff wasn't the worst but my food was. For some reason they didn't care about making it messy. I ordered a Mexican pizza (ingredients thrown on & dripping off the sides so much that the box was soiled) plus my soft taco supreme had everything that was supposed to be inside of it on the side. This is a safety concern. Everyone (about 6 working) was wearing a mask...on their neck, chin, everywhere except covering noses. Two didn't even cover their mouths. There was one outlier wearing his mask correctly. I asked to speak to the manager (Robin...I think!) She was assembling product before coming over to talk. Her mask only covered her chin. We stayed at the hotel that's basically a five-minute walk from this T-Bell so we ate here one (late) night because we had been imbibing. They were open until at least 3 a.m., which suited our needs, and the staff was friendly enough. Menu is identical to every T-Bell in the nation and the food was just as delicious. Came to this location and had a order for $18 and some change, all my grandfather had was a $100 bill. The lady with braids in her head was BEYOND rude and we were nothing but friendly to her even while she took the order she was rude toned.
