Far and away the best "fast food" you can buy. It's all in the name "Burger and Fries". Burgers and hot dogs is all they make. It's gotta be one of the best burgers you'll ever have. Fresh beef with fresh "cut that day" fries. They're actually cut from a real potato with "no additives or preservatives", unlike the lab experiment fries from McDonald's. A small fry can easily feed to 2 people(saves money too). You're going to spend almost the same amount of money at McDonald's for a so-called "value meal". The burgers are great, you can get a variety of toppings that range from bacon, fried onions, to lettuce and tomato and they are all FREE. I'm that girl if its free it seriously exploit it and in this case it works because you end up with a damn good burger. The french fries are fantastic and they give you so many of them you can share. Oh man the burgers are always on point here and I always go "all the way." I tried a hotdog from here tonight, for the first time. The dog was crispy and delicious and of course done all the way! Fries were salty and delicious. Service was decent, even though we were there close to closing time and they were trying to clean around us. Other than that I love five guys and I will return. I am obsessed with the burgers and cajun fries at Five Guys Burger and Fries. The burgers are all well done (Which I love) however don't be fooled- it is still grilled to juicy, mouthwatering perfection. All the fries are made fresh daily. love how they have a board telling you where that days potatoes are from! The atmosphere is totally a burger joint so there's no need to get fancy- just make sure you bring your appetite! They have a regular burger or a double patty burger which is huge. The regular side of fries (Cajun or plain) is definitely more than enough to share- unless you're overly hungry. They have great hours which are convenient, but when it's packed it is PACKED. All condiment toppings are free- they have a wide variety which is great. All -in-all this place is so yummy! read more

My favorite fast food burger joint! I've been here on more occasions that I care to think about since they opened! When it first opened, the service was terrible. The food was good and in line with other Five Guys I'd been to, but it was so slow it drove me crazy. Luckily they turned it around, and its been happily ever after. Both the service and food are good. I always go for the little cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, raw onions and jalapenos, and I've yet to be disappointed. Their burgers are delicious for the fast food variety, and while they are pricier than other options, quality comes at a price! The fries are awesome, and there are so many of them. Unless you are gluttonously hungry, regular fries are more than enough for two people. Definitely worth checking out if you like burgers. read more

Yum. Healthy, it's not. Fast food, it's not. A quiet place to eat, it's not. It's bustling and relatively loud, but what you get is a really good burger with whatever toppings you want, cooked to order. I had a "little" hamburger - which translates to one burger instead of two - and that was perfectly fine for me. Since I've always felt that most restaurant portions are way too big, I appreciate this option. I can't imagine eating a regular (two patty) burger with toppings and a bun PLUS fries! I didn't order any fries, but from what I saw of others' fries, they looked really good. I loved the peanuts-while-you-wait feature - it's kind of fun (but make a note that if you are someone with peanut allergies, this definitely isn't the place for you!). I thought my burger was really good - juicy and flavorful, with toppings exactly as I'd asked for. It most definitely beats a fast-food burger for taste but you'll pay a bit more. I'd say that all in all, I'll definitely be a customer when I'm out shopping in the Route 6 corridor in Seekonk. read more

They are definitely living on their old credibility! Stopped in for what I was thinkin' would be the best burgers ever...not! The place itself is cold and sterile...except for the giant stacked bags of peanuts that traverse the room. Ordered the usual faire...burgers & fries & drinks. Definitely not the best...didn't even rival Burger King. Buns were not fresh...meat was thin and tasteless...tomatoes were old... lettuce limp. The fries (Cajan) were awful! Way too much grease and heavy to the taste. I think it disappointed sooooo badly because I had expected sooooo much more from the hype they get. This is my favorite place for a burger! The staff and friendly and efficient. The food is simple but awesome! Price is right! You can order your burger with any number of toppings (or all the way if you want the works). Burgers are always fresh made with very little wait. The fries are hand cut and made to order. Without a doubt, one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. But there are two things to remember about this place. One: it's a BURGER JOINT! Don't go here expecting healthy food or anything close to healthy eating. This is a d greasy burger joint and are proud to be what they are, with no pretense. Two: they are almost always busy, so be prepared for the wait. This is not McD or BK, they make your food when you order it, so it is hot and fresh when you get it, not warmed under heat lamps. The price may be a shock for a burger and like most places, they charge you for everything you add to a plain burger. And I don't think I've ever gotten so many fries in an order EVER! I wish I could give it ZERO stars! I am a longtime fan of five guys franchises, and although they are more expensive than typical fast food, it's worth the price. This place however just got put on my never again list. I went there with a friend about an hour from closing, and I couldn't figure out with the place so dead, why was it taking so long to make my burger? Did it have anything to do with the 15 year old girls that the 2 cooks were busy staring at? Nope, they were apparently seeing just how bad they could #$^$ up one order. Nothing was right, and the burger patties were CRISPY they were so overcooked. Terrible. So bad that I felt compelled to go on their website and write a complaint. A couple days later I began receiving phone calls from the manager, Bob. Bob was rude, and accused me of lying on several occasions, and frankly changed my issue from a 1 time incident to a never-again type of situation. I never asked for a refund or coupons or anything of the sort, but he treated me as if I was just looking for a handout. I do not recommend that anyone eat there, in my opinion you are better off eating at McDonalds. read more

I'm really, really, REALLY shocked that there aren't any health code violations here. Do the five guys followers love them so much that they ignore things? Of all of the other reviews, there is only one mention of this, and not being a health inspector- I don't really know what violations are- but I'm pretty positive that I saw some today. Like the FOUR 5 gallon buckets of frozen fries that were sitting under the prepping station next to the friolator (sp?)? How do I know that they were fries? They were open. The food on the floor not just on my side from the peanuts, but on the employees side as well. And the counter? Forgeddaboutit! Disgusting. But I kept telling myself that I have probably eaten at worse places and shouldn't ask for my money back. As a vegetarian, I had two choices, veggie sandwich, or a grilled cheese. I chose the grilled cheese, it was expensive. And why does everyone but me think these fries are the most amazing thing ever? All in all I ate it, and it was meh...but I won't be back. read more

I was super excited about finally checking this place out. I walked in and was kind of let down by the appearance of the place. It just looked like a mess. The staff is friendly but not much different from any McDonald's. The prices are a bit insane if you ask me. $$$ Holy crap, for what it cost to feed two people, we could have sat at a restaurant that had waitstaff. The shakes were small and not all the way full. I love their veggie cheese sandwiches. The cashier that took our order was very nice and he was very accurate with our order. The other one in Lincoln mall sometimes messes up but worse the cashiers are not as friendly. I love Five Guys! I have been going to Five Guys for many years, before it came to Seekonk. Hamburgers are one of my favorite foods, and this restaurant knows how to do them. The burgers are juicy and full of flavor. The bun is perfect for the size of the burgers and the toppings and never gets soggy. The toppings are wonderful with anything you can think of - for free. Among other things, they have grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, green peppers, and pickles. Totally delicious. The fries are great. The perfect cut every time. The seasoning is delicious, but go for the cajun seasoning. It's very spicy and full of flavor. The portions of fries are massive. They fill up the cup that's shown as the size on the menu and then poor an extra pound of fries on top. This place is usually clean, which I really appreciate. Although, when it's clearly understaffed or all young men working, it definitely gets a little messy. read more

We love Five Guys Burgers & Fries, and often drive thru Seekonk on our way from CT to Cape Cod. Unfortunately, I have stopped visiting the Seekonk location of Five Guys, because though the food is fine, I can't stand the volume of noise in the place, mainly caused by way-too-loud music. Yeah, I'm from the fifties, and so I am not part of the target demographic of the typical Five Guys target market. I, however, don't want to ruin what's left of my hearing by spending time in a location where background noise approaches the threshhold of pain. Other locations also provide background music which in my opinion is too loud, and I was told that it was corporate policy to have loud music playing. So I eat at Five Guys in spite of the loudness of the music, but the Seekonk location really takes it to an extreme. Soo.... in a nutshell, I love the food, esp. Cajun Fries, but the background cacaphony spoils the experience for me. read more
