The burgers here rock!! Try the Cajun fries they rock as well. Burgers are fresh and they wrap them in foil so they don't get ice cold by the time you get them home. read more

The burgers are good, compared to in and out burgers! The fries are wonderful. A bit pricy, but worth it.

I loved five guys in Colorado, really awesome, but that was when I was a kid so maybe things have changed since then. But I went in today and got two cheeseburgers, two large fries, one with Cajun, and two regular drinks. That totalled an arm and leg amount of $35, for two people. I was astonished at how ridiculous the price was. The burgers were regular, not better than in and out or even close to it. I could have gotten way better Cajun fries at wingstop across the street, five guys Cajun tasted like greasy fries with lawrys seasoned salt. I was just extremely disappointed, won't be returning or recommending in the future. read more

I gave this place 2 stars because the food didn't taste horrible. It was good...BUT, We probably won't ever come back. First of all it was $45 for a grilled cheese sandwich, and 2 burgers with fries. I would have much rather went to In N Out and spent half the price and got the same meal if not better. 2nd of all and this was the worst part, this place was so dirty it was disgusting. You look up at the menu directly above where they are cooking the food to 50 flies welcoming you. The counter had ketchup and crap all over it and the floors were gross. I would understand if it was busy...but there were only 2 other people in the place when we came in. Come on, you can't charge $45 and have the place not even clean. No thanks... read more

The reason why im giving this a 2 star is because of the price. Good burger but not for the price. For a small cheeseburger, small fries, and regular drink it costs me $13!!! Save your money and go to in n out. You can get 2 meals for that price. I cant believe they charge so much!! They do have good customer service though. read more

Absolutely amazing food and amazing customer service Kim was absolutely amazing. I am definitely returning to this burger place fries were fantabulous. Super happy this place came to the Central Valley read more

Five Guys - Amazing bacon cheeseburger - Fast Food Near Me - Riverbank, California

Great food, not too bad of a wait. I especially love their Cajun fries!! Their burgers are great and their milkshakes are great too. I've never been stuck waiting there more than ten minutes, and all the food is fresh too! read more

Bring a sweater or sweatshirt it is freezing in the restaurant. Have been to several other 5 guys and this location by far has the worst customer service and food seems to never prepared correctly read more

Bring a sweater or some arctic parka or something because they keep it so cold you won't be able to feel your food to lift up to your mouth. The person working there said it's to keep the flies out. And it probably work because flies and humans would probably not survive long in that climate. Its very cold. The burgers are decent. Not bad. Nothing spectacular. We got two "small" cheeseburgers (normal ones are double-patty so we got the "single patty" version), one large soda, one large fries and it was a little over $20. What?!?! Crazy. Just go to Burger King or something. It's closer and tastes the same and you'll save money and not die of hypothermia. read more

Wow wow wow wow where should I start !!! I walked in 2 employees working ???? Waited 5 minutes to get my order. Burger is not worth that money !!!!!! Cheese wasn't melted ok flavor don't come here go to the habit way better cheaper and quality !!! Fries where horrible frozen fries are better !!!!!! Don't come here don't plz listen listen read more

Waaayyy overpriced oh my god. $20 for two small burgers. They are out of their minds. It even tastes like something Uncle would barbecue in his backyard. Not worth 20 bucks. read more

First time eating here and i liked it alot. Very friendly workers and my burger was delicious. I even ordered the wrong burger and they had no problem fixing it for me. The only thing i would have to complain about is there A/C was on full blast and i was freezing but other then that im very satisfied. My family and I will defenitly be back.. read more

Wanted to check out all the hype on this place and came in at 9:40pm twenty minutes before they close. First thing the associate asked me was how many patties I'm I going to order, no hello or welcome, made me feel like I was an inconvenience for coming in late. Ordered the bacon cheese burger and over all wasn't bad, however I will stick to In/Out for the price and service. read more

way over priced. for me my honey and our daughter was 45 bucks. hubby got a bacon burger they forgot the bacon. he goes up and asks for his bacon, girl behind counter says sure shes on it. girl goes in the back for the rest of our stay. another couple was waiting for their order to be fixed it never happened either the gentlemen said never mind we will eat as it. is was just us 2 there they were not busy. hubby gets tired of waiting for his bacon and eats his food, even though they charged him for bacon. entire time one girl is in back doing who knows what and another is just making fries cleaning her nails. yeah no more five guys, we will stick to habit. read more

First time at Five Guys period. I purchased two, made to order, double patty, bacon cheese burgers, with all toppings, plus one large fries, to go, for $25.86. Service/cook time was very slow, for a burger joint. I ate one burger and half the fries. Burger taste, quality and appearance was ok. Fries were different and taste ok, but at $5.79, were not worth the cost and seemed skimpy (a cup and a little scoop dumped in the bag). The burger was very big and reminded me of a Carl's Jr. Six Dollar Burger, but more expensive. About a half hour after eating I had the runs. The other burger eater did not get the runs. Staff seemed courteous. Cleanliness was fair. I won't be back at this location (expensive). I have tried Farmer Boys, located in the same shopping center, and Farmers seemed some what better in taste, quality and value and did not give me the runs. My go to burger joint is In-N-Out, due to price, taste, value, cleanliness, consistency and not ever giving me the runs. read more

I'm not giving 3 stars for Five Guys in general but just for this location. They can be unusually slow even though there's a ton of staff. My biggest issue is the stinginess with the fries portions. Disappointing as they are delicious. read more

Food is always good when I do come here! I love their customer service though, employees are always ready to help and are super friendly! will come back :) read more

You people need to lock up your customer service. Hands down the worst experience of our year. You are way too new to let this happen. $20 for two people one order of fries and no drinks... pricey pricey. Won't go back. We'll do in-n-out next time. read more

I have never been to Five Guys. Right away noticed how stuffy and oily the place is. Price tag is over-priced. Spend over $20 for a kids size hamburger and a regular cheeseburger w/ 2 fries (no drinks). Overall, 1st Time experience is a C-. read more

This was my first time ever trying five guys. Waited in line about 15 minutes before getting to order. We ordered a little bacon cheeseburger($6.69), little cheeseburger($5.69), little fries($3.09), a shake($4.49) and a soda($2.70). Total came out to be $24. I thought that was a little steep for fast food. I also don't think fountain sodas should be almost $3. I feel like$1.50-$1.99 is a good price. About 5 minutes after we ordered they called our number I went up there and only the shake was ready. Waited about another 20 minutes for the food. By that time my shake was watery. I Wish you got it all at the same time. I got my burger with jalapeños and grilled onions. Took a bite into my burger and the grilled onions were not so grilled. Yuck! But other than that the quality of the meat is very good. But I do wish they had other choices for cheese instead of American. The French fries were very pricey for a little cup of not so good not cooked all the way fries. The shake was very good quality, but I think it should have been a bigger size for the price I paid. We will come back to try again soon. read more

I've had a couple different burgers from Five Guys and I do not think they were worth the price. The first time I got a burger with everything on it. It wasn't bad but all the different things made it a bit sloppy. The second time I had it custom made and it was better but for the same price I could have gotten a better burger at Carl's Jr. read more

Wow! Very disappointed in the customer service at this location! I came in about 20 minutes prior to closing to grab something quick and togo (I mean it is fast food after all).... but was unable, due to the poor attitude of the staff... I was waiting for someone to take my order, but found that the employees were to busy to help me; being that they were more worried about cleaning up to go home.... while waiting I heard the employee, who was sweeping the front of the restaurant, call to the employees behind the counter so they could take my order; and let's just say the guy and girl were less than enthused! The girl behind the counter had said "Are you serious!?!" In a very irritated tone. And that's when I decided I wasn't going to be getting my order taken... And while walking out the door... the guy behind the counter (I think he had gauges or some kind of earring in his ears) had the audacity to say out loud across the restaurant "THANK GOD" in response to me walking out the door.... I must say it is an absolute shame for the way that these employees were acting, and also for them to treat a customer this way! And coming from the restaurant/service business personally, it is not okay to have employees 1.) be so completely rude and 2.) represent a business in such a negative way. Staff should really step up their attitudes, there is absolutely no excuse for acting that way, regardless of how bad you want to go home! read more

Long wait... Super pricey, too loud inside staff yelling how many people come through door every time! Yelling orders, blaring music. $18 for 1 burger $8.69 fry $4.19 and a $4.50 basic milkshake yikes! read more

First time here today and can't say I'd be dying to come back...$30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and 1 fry? Way to pricy for a burger place in my opinion. Place was super packed but was expected because I've heard a lot of good things about them. One of their soda machines were out and took forever getting our food, the burger was very good, skimpy on the sauce but the meat was cooked right! Food was great and really cool how we could "design" it but the prices will keep me second guessing on going there for dinner lol read more

Never tried it, but heard about it. Now I have tried it, would not go back for seconds. Too expensive for the bland taste of the burgers and salty fries. Can't believe it was zagat rated... Really!??? Would not compare to the great taste of In n Out. read more

The burger was pretty good. Can't say I will be back. Everything thing separate. No combo meals. 8.96 for a double burger. Total for two burger and shared a French fry and two regular drinks. 30.00 dollars. You get the same burger at in and out and in and out fries are better and it is have the cost. read more

Yummy burgers fries could be a little more crispy and less salt. Service was fantastic

Way over priced and the food wasn't that bomb as some people say, In and out has way better tasting food than this place at a fraction of the price. A meal for 4 rang up to $40+ that's with 2 of us not getting a drink or fries. Definantly wont be going back. read more

Had a burger at Five Guys today. Have to say it was just ok! They asked if it was dine in, I said yes...what's the difference the burger and fries came in a bag! A bit pricey for what I got! It would be nice if they could clean up the tables so the guest doesn't have too and maybe empty the trash contaners. This was a second time eating there. I don't think I need to go back! SAD! read more

We've never had five guys ever before and it was the amazing! A bit over price but well worth it. Fries were good(salty) but the burgers were delicious! Totally recommend it. Will be coming back to eat there again! read more

I don't want to dock this place too much the food is good and I don't really mind pricing it is a little expensive compared to fast food but as me I have celiac and cannot have gluten! so if food can be prepared for me as most people know its hard to come by in restaurants around here I was so happy as I've been to a five guys in another town and they took extreme precaution. This one almost every time I've went they seem like they are bothered that I ask and have to have my meal that way even the lady behind me noticed the looks I got. I still ordered everything was fine until I noticed everyone kind of has there separate jobs the person making burgers (the meat) was also making them and toasting the buns goes over with the same gloves and throws fries in the fryer! I think everyone should have a different station like it was preparing meat and then touching produce and fries etc.. not safe and hoping I don't get sick. read more

A little taste of disappointment! It was extremely over priced for what you get. It took quite a while for our order and we were the only customers in the restaurant. That should have been the first clue already! The food was average at best. So you get to decide what goes on it, wow impressive-not really! Took our food home and thought probably not ever coming back. read more

My first experience at 5 guys was in Dublin and it was great. The burgers and fries were made perfectly and tasted incredible!! However, I recently went to the 5 guys in Riverbank and I was displeased with everything! My burger and fries weren't up to scratch. The burgers and fries were soggy and greasy. My fries were practically like mashed potatoes. It was just terrible! read more

Had the WORST customer service. The employee who helped us, AASHNA C. was rude! She gave not only myself, but other guests a bad experience. If you deal with her be prepared for attitude and entitlement, and "know it all" service. I hope she gets set straight, she can't do ANYTHING without an attitude. Maybe more customer service training would do her good. Or maybe she should be fired. Never had a problem with any other employee! Horrible experience with her! read more

Such a disappointment! It was filthy. Floors and tables full of crumbs. I found one clean table with at least 4-6 dirty! After waiting at the counter for several minutes I asked for a cloth to clean a table and they sent someone out soon after. The waitress said they had just served a lot of people, and they hadn't had a chance to clean! It was 1:00 or so when we got there. The food was expensive, and average tasting. Way overrated!!! Don't waste your time or money. read more

I am so disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. I've had better tasting burgers at fast food joints. Seriously! The food is extremely overpriced. It took forever for them to get our food out to us and there wasn't barley anyone in the restaurant. When the food finally came out they made the wrong burger. So we had to wait even longer The kids grilled cheese looked more appetizing than the burgers. Not sure what all the hype is about this place because I will never go back. read more

so we tried five guys for the first and last time. I had to laugh at the banner proclaiming it to be the best bargain at $7.69 for a double cheeseburger alone no fries no drink what a joke. So mine had it "all the way" with grilled onions and mushrooms it completely fell apart the bun turned to mush and the whole thing became inedible and the patties where totally bland (try some salt at least guys). Mind you I like a good sloppy burger but the bun needs to hold up to it. As for me I'll stick to In & Out Where for $6.99 I can get a Double Double with fries and a drink now that is a bargain and it'll taste good as well. read more

the food was a 7/10, and it was a decent sized burger, but the price was UNREAL. i got two little cheeseburger, large fry, and a regular drink, and it was 23$!!! i feel as if i could've gotten more for my money. the atmosphere was alright, and the seating was good. overall, i'd rate my experience would be a 6/10. read more
