After munching popcorn nonstop at the Galaxy Theaters, I needed to grab an unsweetened iced tea before heading home. One iced tea turned into an iced tea and 20 spicy nuggies, and here we are. We placed our order at the mobile kiosk, which went smoothly. Sometimes there's an issue getting a number assigned, or a receipt, or anything that goes wrong with technology. But not here-- ordering was easy and we felt confident our order was correctly input and on its way. We grabbed our number tent and found a table. The tables weren't freshly wiped, but they weren't gross. Just some suspicious sticky spots and crumbs. There appeared to be only one or two employees working (not counting the cooks). There weren't many other customers but we waited 10 or more minutes for nuggets. The employee brought them to us, apologized for the wait, explained they were fresh out of the fryer, and let us know to ask if we needed tea refills. The wait was worth it! The inside was flavorful and not dry. The outside was crispy but not burnt. I can only describe the nugget as airy. When we went for refills, she asked if we wanted new cups and offered new straws. Btw, the tea was fresh. You can always tell when the tea isn't freshly brewed or the dispenser isn't clean because the tea tastes meaty. This tea was refreshing and not weak. We really appreciated the employee's friendly and customer-focused service and attitude. We weren't there for long, but her good attitude made an impression. As we were leaving I noticed a sign on the table indicating you can have table service. Something to try next time! read more

This franchise location charges about $.5 to $1 for each item, they add an up charge of 40 cents to get a milk with the kids meal, what is a standard drink option everywhere else! All the McDonald's are getting expensive, but this one is ridiculous, for my family of 4 they add about $4-7 of charges. Done!! read more

Don't agree but as I had my ice cream I witnessed a mid 70's lady wait in line 20 minutes with mcds kids running orders to cars and never acknowledge her and a couple other people in line all along a handful of people waiting for door dash! This across lot of mcds not the only one I've witnessed this I myself a couple weeks ago had to say excuse me I need to order after 15 + minutes! I have never seen a drive thru line so long. The speed at which they are serving the line is utterly unacceptable. I can count more than 15 cars in line and it's moving at a rate of less than 1 car every 2 minutes. Unbelievable! I mean what can they really be doing in there? Seems like this overflow of customers should be the foremost priority. I would normally give up and go inside but I was more interested in reviewing their drive thru so here I am. I took me more than 5 minutes just to get up to the screen to place my order. That's not ok. The person taking my order was stressed out too. They were in so much of a hurry that they forgot all the important pleasantries generally used when conversing with another human being. I truly felt rather unwelcome. The food was just your average slopped together McDonald's so they didn't make up anything there. Bottom line, if you are looking for a quick on the go bite to eat try somewhere else. While I was eating I noticed many files in the customer Area, which means there are lots of flies in the kitchen. When I looked at the doors, I noticed none of the doors had air curtain fly fans. When you have restaurants in agricultural areas, you can guess where those flies visited. McDonald's is a big enough chain to require air curtain fly fans. Getting the order right would also be nice too. Last but not least, I ordered a burger and a cup of water. I received fries, which I didn't order, and I was charged for a meal. I went through the drive-through this morning and ended up having to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for my food which I never received. I went inside to find out why we haven't received our food yet and it it still was not ready. There were several other people waiting for their food inside the restaurant. I live in Riverbank and I would rather drive to Oakdale or Modesto for McDonalds. This place is SLOW. 20 min for a double cheeseburger and fries. I ordered in the drive thru and was told to pull through and wait out in the front of the store. I ended up going inside and asking for an estimate on the wait time after 15 min and the manager said "Nope" I asked for my money back and he begrudgingly gave it back to me. There were 6-7 people working and nobody could explain why it was taking so long. The drive-thru was backed up into the street and the parking lot was a mess with people waiting for their orders. Nobody knew what to do..or where to park and wait. What good is having a drive-thru when you are basically turned into a carry-out customer. It would have been more bearable with an explanation and some basic customer service. I will never eat at this McDonalds again.
