Never in my life has a McDonald's taken so long for the drive thru. I understand we are going through the COVID 19 situation, but even before all that this McDonald's was still very slowwwww. But even then, no other McDonald's has taken as long as this one. It seriously without fail ALWAYS TAKES A WHOLE HOUR to order and get my food. Seriously idk what the problem is, maybe this one just doesn't care as much about the customers. But I've never ever waited that long anywhere else. I work in the area I only get a 30 min lunch. I don't know why I even bother going here anymore. Every time there I go through the drive through, I get home and there is something missing from the order or something is made incorrectly. I usually check the bag before I leave but when there are 10 cars behind you, you feel rushed. Then when you call they don't answer. Since this establishment has reopened I decided to give it another chance. Prior to the remodel this McDonald's was poor service and the food was horrible. Since the reopening every time I have gone through the drive thru the Frappe machine is always broken at night, they claim. Then I am stuck in the drive thru with cars behind me, leaving me no choice other than to order something that I did not go there to purchase. If you want a Frappe don't go to this Mc Donald's. They can't seem to get the equipment working. Which seems odd with a brand new establishment. read more

Drove through the drive thru last night around 8:45 because I had a late night craving for some yummy, hot fries. My friend and I each ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and a soda. We got our food quick and were on our way. Cool, right? Nope. Both the chicken nuggets AND the fries were lukewarm at best. We got such speedy service because they gave us old food! Ugh! There's nothing worst than cold fast food. If it wasn't raining so hard, I would have driven back and made them remake my food. WORD OF ADVICE- check and make sure your food is hot before you leave (especially if you go through the drive thru) OR ask for fries with no salt. They automatically add salt to fries after they cook them so if you say no salt, they have to fry up a new batch. read more

Ordered 5 Frappes and they got 4 of them wrong. They made a big fuss of me trying to use legit 1$ off coupons I got from them. I had 3 coupons and it said, one per item. The lady in charge came over to address us to tell us no about the coupons then went in the back, came back and said we could use them. It's McDonalds, so really you can't complain to much ya know? You get what you pay for and when it come to how long it takes using the drive thru, it's really is hit or miss. But if you see that the line is going out of the parking lot and basically into the street, one would think to park and go inside ( probably take the same amount of time anyways) or drive on over to KFC, Jack in the box, Taco Bell , Carls Jr. Still $1 buck for a large drink and under $4 for mini meal. This mcdonalds is TERRIBLE for people with allergies! They don't work with you or substitute an item for people who are allergic to gluten. Unlike every other fast food place around here. Even though they HAVE gluten free subsitutes that cost way less then the gluten item. Probably one of the most inconsistent McDonalds establishments I've been to and go to. I always order the same products and they are always old and dry and inedible. Some of their employees are nice but the majority don't care about their jobs and are ungrateful for the opportunity. New staff recruitment or training is in desperate need here. Edit: gone back since, burgers are still old and hard. Its a waste of money its literally inedible half the time.
