They claim that the burger is the best around but that is just not true the hamburger is average at best. They are the most expensive by far though. I had a single hamburger french fries and a regular Coke and the price was just under $10. read more

We've eaten here multiple times. The burgers are good, but not great. They are pretty BIG, and the fries are a hefty amount too. I do love the simplicity of the menu, and the speed after ordering. The price is a bit much, but worth it for the size of the burgers, in my opinion. The interior is pretty small, boring and brightly lit, like a cafeteria. We usually just get it to go! read more

Great food. The girl at the cash register was very nice. Big smile and happy to take our order. The food was very fresh and excellent. I got the regular, a double with everything, my wife got the Junior. The regular fries were huge. Next time we will order the small size fries. Excellent everything. read more

9-9-22 great food staff was friendly nice and cheerful good job! hot and juice burgers and very generous portion of fries awesome job

Very good food. Burgers are solid. Staff was busy, professional. Overall ...GREAT. THX to 5 guys. Give these people a raise.

Clean and simple atmosphere but not all that impressed. Nevertheless, I liked the choices for additional toppings and services was fast. However, the burgers was dry, gritty, thin and smelled. Not the best quality beef. Surely it's not Mc D's but, I have had better at local establishment servicing quality beef like grass fed. read more

We were so embarrassed. Had family visiting and suggested Five Guys for a quick dinner. We walked in and should have walked right out. The place was busy. No line though. Not a single clean table. The floor was very cluttered. The guy at the register was not friendly at all. This is so out of character. The drink station was dirty and there was no ketchup in the two large dispensers. There were no trays for the peanuts. The burgers were dry and one burger in our party was prepared incorrectly. Very disappointed Five Guys. Not what I expected. Hopefully this was an isolated occurrence. read more

The food is great, the burgers are tasty and juicy, and the fries are fresh cut and well-seasoned. However, having been to half a dozen different 5 Guys in 3 states, there seems to be an operational difference here that is disappointing. At all other locations, my order of fries was overflowing in the cup, with a traditional "extra scoop" thrown in the bag. This location? My large order of fries was 2/3 full and there was no extra scoop in the bag. Do I sound greedy? Entitled? Maybe. But I based my order on past experiences and was sorely disappointed. Place your order accordingly. read more

Fabulous burgers, where the hot stuff is hot and the cold stuff is cold!!! Great fair quality fries just aching for some vinegar!! Love this place!! read more

Burgers and fries are good but overpriced and the service is completely awful! I didn't leave a review last time and only came with someone for their food this time but I just had to leave a review. We came in with 20 minutes left before closing and the girl at the counter was not too happy about the customers coming in within the closing time. I'd much rather go to Nonla burger where the food and service are fantastic. read more

The food was awesome and we had the best customer service ever! The woman helping us quickly noticed that we were from out of town and had never been at this restaurant so she went out of her way to explain everything about the menu and ordering process and suggested certain things and was just all around it awesome employee who did a great job at what she does. Our food got to us quickly though the place was packed and tasted awesome. My family and I will definitely return :) Thanks FGB&F what a great spot! read more

Absolutely the VERY BEST BURGERS you can get!!! HUGE portions too!! Great family friendly place. Atmosphere is spot on for the type of food offered. Even my 8 year old would rather come eat here than go eat/play at McDonalds! read more

We arrived in town after driving for 21 hours straight (from south Florida) because a family member was in her final hours of a battle with cancer. I had been awake for 34 hours and was starving, so I ordered 5 Guys from Uber Eats to be delivered to the hospital. As I submitted the order, I received a message stating 5 Guys could not fulfill the order due to them closing in 27 minutes. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Steph or Stephanie, I believe -- on Wednesday night September 25th 2019). I explained the situation and asked her if there was any way they could still fulfill our order and she said, "absolutely." She took my order over the phone and even allowed for extra time if I couldn't get there by closing time. In fact, she stated that she would have delivered the order, herself, if she didn't have to close. Honestly, I was floored. In a world saturated with poor customer service, she helped me out when she didn't have to, at all. read more

If you want a BIG greasy mash your face into a burger, this is it. Cooked to order, Fries are delicious. I only wish the pop machine wasn't as fancy with all the flavors, every pop you get seems to taste like all the flavors ran together, even if not choosing a flavor add in. read more

Enjoy the burgers. Like that you basically create what you want in a burger. The fries are also very good. I will definitely return when i get a hankering for a burger read more

Staff is always quick, everyone seems to be busting their butts, and the food is great! Love this place!

Grease that soaks through the bag. If you're into that, fine, but this is essentially the same as all of the other pretty-much-fast-food burger joints. I for one appreciate a great burger, and you're not really going to find that at a place like this. read more

5 guys is the best "fast-food" burger you can get. This particular restaurant is lacking. I asked for a lettuce wrap with my burger and the wrap was a flimsy few pieces of lettuce around the bun. Really? So messy. At other 5 guys I've been to I get a large, thick, crunchy lettuce wrap. Also, I asked for my fries well-done and they were soggy. Will I come back? Yes. I love me some 5 Guys. But this location needs some help. read more

Great soda machine, ok burgers, people clean up around you dragging chairs making loud metal scratching sounds, slowest fast service in the business! read more

Took some friends here as we ate at one on vacation in Naples FL. I guess I must have been really hungry because I thought the food was great. After eating at this one I wondered what all the fuss was. Burgers were just ok and the fries were greasy and limp. We were embarrassed cause we had talked this franchise up. Even our friends did not like it. Maybe it was not up to franchise standards. read more

Years ago when I lived in Maryland I went to this place and thought it was way too greasy. Then I heard they jumped in their ratings above the west coast's fav quickie burger spot, In & Out. We decided to give it another go and I can see now why it is considered a notch above the other. The burgers are not greasy any longer and taste great. We always choose the little cheeseburger because the regular size is really not so regular. The fries are fresh cut and they have malt vinegar to douse them in, which I totally love. Plus, this is honestly the best place for shakes and any one of their three flavors of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry is equally tasty. It's not the healthiest obviously, so we limit our visits but if you have a hankering for the perfect quickie burger, this is the joint! read more

Great burgers cooked fresh and plenty of fresh french fries definitely should try it prices are reasonable also.

Nothing special, but far from bad. I very much like the philosophy of not adding anything unless the costumer asks for it. It was nice to see this, especially given I can be a little picky with my burgers. The service at the counter was great, and the menu was explained perfectly (if you haven't been before, the menu needs some explaining, it's not your typical burger). The manager came over to talk to us periodically. He noticed my tigers hat and we started talking about the game, which we had just been driving home from. Complimentary peanuts for the ride home, and overall this was a successful stop to feed us until we got back to Chicago. read more

Place was very busy. Extremely noisy. No particular complaint with the burger but not exceptional in any way. Fries were very plentiful but I was not impressed with the flavor. Quite pricey for a burger and fry. I probate ly won't go back. read more

I was there recently on a Friday around 2pm. The place was busy. No friendly greeting when I placed my order or asking if I'd been there before. Since I was dining by myself, I was not impressed with the oversized "regular" fries--way too much for 1 person, and a higher price because of it. My cheeseburger, fries and drink cost over $11! And the quality didn't warrant that price. I do not intend to go again. Instead, I'll continue to go to Nisker's State Burger nearby--better quality at a lower price (even their beefalo burger is less $). read more

Great burgers!! The good ol type of greasy and delicious. The fries are heaven. Golden potato crisps full of flavor. If u want to stop in and get out this is the place to go. The service is fast and they cook your food right in front of you. They never give you a skimpy amount of fries. Always a great load. Great burgers and fries fast! read more

Excellent food and huge portions! Everything is deep fried in peanut oil, which is great for the taste, but not so good for those with peanut allergies. All the cooking is out where the customers can see everything, so I guess the employees are on their best behavior. The only downside was that it took awhile to get my food. The guy calling out orders had to yell, so maybe they should have a PA system. I'll be back! read more

love this place if you want a real good juicy burger go try them out you will not be disapointed

customer service is so good. i just saw one of the workers help an old man put on his coat then offer to take his trash for him when he was walking out. so much kindness read more

Oh my God! I finally tried this chain after years of hearing about it, mostly positive stuff. I don't know if it's simply a matter of this particular store being in a food desert (Kalamazoo) or if this was typical of the whole company, but the food was literally disgusting. And let me tell you, burgers are like sex to me-until I tried this one, I thought they were all good. The meat had a disgusting kind of rotting-flesh flavor, the sandwich itself was just a glob of falling-apart grease and then there were the fries. Literally soft wet hunks of greasy potato. Couldn't even force this meal down, and it cost me $12+. I had In-And-Out on the West Coast for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was like $7 for a delicious well put-together sandwich, crisp flavorful fries. By the way, the employees here were really excellent and I'm pretty sure that if I were the type of person to complain, I'm quite sure that they would have tried to make it right. But I'm not. I need to add one thing. I have eaten and loved Schlocky's for years and never had a bad one until Kalamazoo. Maybe it's the city, I don't know. Sticking with Nisker's for a great burger here. read more

The best burgers anywhere, hands down. I always make sure to get mine "all the way" with cheese, it's sooooooo goooood! Fries are always made fresh and a regular order is enough for three people. Staff is always nice. Their space-age Coke machine is fun to play with too. I love this place and I hope they are around for a long time to come! read more

From the moment you walk in, you will be all the more hungry! This very clean location serves the freshest burgers and fries. The staff is always so friendly and make your dining experience all the more fun. The Coke freestyle machines are always great, because it offers so many options for beverages. Also, there are free peanuts while you wait, which wont be long. Even at their busiest times, service is very fast! If something about your order is incorrect or you want an extra condiment, you can always go back up and the staff is more than happy to make it right. My only advice is to be VERY hungry because the portions are large. There are vegetarian options. It is cheaper to get the single patties and in my opinion all you need as they are still very large. The fries are cut potatoes deep fried in peanut oil and taste like the fries you get at the fair, especially if you get the malt vinegar with them. Also, its nice that they advertise the farm the potatoes come from everyday. read more

We love the Five Guys restaurant chain. Excellent Burgers, Fries, and everything else that they make.

Always great food every time. A little pricey so don't bring the little ones!

A friend took me tonight. I had never been. I thought the food was pretty good. The burger was made to my specs and was juicy. The fries are crispy, double fried and they even had malt vinegar to dress them.....like fair fries. Delish! The music is a bit loud, but was to my taste. The young lday taking our order was friendly and double checked our burger order. I'd recommend getting the small fries to share with two people, there is PLENTY In the bag. The soda machine is fun to operate and get your own specific drink. Something that would be fun for kids.....with some adult supervision. I'd go back. read more

Burgers are thin, dry, and over cooked. Fries are good. For a burger place they should be a lot better.
