Then use the bathroom that has 2 rolls and it's almost out of toilet paper while you're hanging with friends is not acceptable. It had been a long while since I checked out Five Guys so I was overdue. I stopped by on a Tuesday evening for a late dinner. You order at the counter and then they call your number when your food is ready. Five Guys has a simple menu. Burgers, hot dogs, and fries for the most part. And you can customize your toppings and sauces and all that good stuff. I went with a bacon cheeseburger with a small fry and a drink. One of the things that Five Guys is known for is that they give you quite a generous portion when it comes to your fries. They'll just pour them into your brown paper bag so it's overflowing. And you can also go with Cajun fries if you want a kick. The burgers aren't as large but they do have a nice griddle on them. And they also have complimentary peanuts. You won't leave hungry. I'd put Five Guys in a similar echelon as Shake Shack and In 'n Out. I will say I was surprised at how pricey a meal is here. It's not what you would expect from fast food. read more

The employees at this location just ruined my experience at my favorite burger restaurant. I usually spend around $75 each time I visit feeding my family. On this day after driving 20 minutes out of our way i was lied to for no reason. I was told that they were out of fries. I inquired as to why and was told that they stopped serving fries at 9pm. I refused to believe that they were out of fries, after I saw 4 out of 6 employees scatter to the back, I was then told that they were understaffed as the next reason they didn't have any more fries. After I told the young lady that I just saw 6 people gathered together, I was then told the store would be closed before any of the fries were finished. My kids told me don't worry about it dad we are hungry we can go somewhere else. Had I been by myself I would have spoken to the manager. That was unacceptable for such a great franchise. read more

Before I start, I'll say now that I was slightly disappointed by the unvaried menu options, and I'm not likely to go back. Now then, the BLT wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was up there. The Cajun fries could have been slightly spicier, but they were evenly seasoned, a major plus. Prices went waaaaay up! $18 for a little burger with little fries and a regular drink. Crew is unprofessional and seem to play more than they work. My burger was missing condiments; I feel like I should at least be reimbursed for the mustard they forgot to add since it was probably a good $5 in itself based on their expensive pricing. Yesterday I decided that I should check out this location as it's been too long since I had Five Guys. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will go back to this location. I went there with my partner and we ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 1 small fries. The guy wanted to charge me over $30. Instantly I knew it's wrong and I pointed the error to him. He tried to argue with me and convince me that he is right. I had to told him three times he was wrong to have the error fixed. I don't like the fact that he keeps arguing and then no apologies when he corrected the error. The whole process made me feel he is dishonest and tried to cheat. I placed a to go order online and went in to pick it up. As I waited, I noticed a young lady going between the burger station, fry station, and cash register. I observed her handle cash, dig in her ear multiple times, pulled her hair off her face, bag orders, serve fries, etc... and never once changed her gloves. She rested her hands on counter tops and rubbed her clothes with the same gloves on and proceeded to handle food! I watched for about 10 minutes, maybe more, and decided I couldn't stomach it any longer. I asked for a refund, which has yet to be credited to my account, and left. Whoever told me that Five Guys Burgers and Fries was good was taking me for a long ride. After hearing that 5 Guys was better than In-n-Out Burger and Smashburger, I had been itching to go there. So today, when a coworker suggested that we go there for lunch I was all in. We arrived just after noon and went inside to what was a fairly empty place. I ordered the Little Bacon Cheese Burger which is a single patty (very tiny) burger as opposed to the regular one which consists of two. Add to this a small fries served in a 12oz cup and a regular iced tea - all for $12. Sadly not only is the burger not better than Smash or In-n-out its not even better than McDonalds. Where do I start? For one, the bun is a wonder bread bun that is of the cheapest quality possible. Nowadays where most restaurants strive to be innovative and more importantly healthy, these guys serve their slop on a bun that rivals a hotdog bun from the Dollar store. The bacon was burnt beyond recognition and thus also inedible. The burger besides being miniscule and severely over cooked had a very unpleasant taste to it. This is no more a 100% beef burger than the one served at McDonalds - but at least the McDonald's burger tastes better and is considerably cheaper. The fries on the other hand where not bad but not enough to make up for the awful taste of the burger - the iced tea was not bad, but since it was machine made not too much credit deserves to be given here either. For $12 I had the worst burger that I have eaten in probably a decade - I could have gone to Fuddruckers had a real beef burger and enough money left over for a Milk Shake.
